Hi everyone,
In today's workout we will be working arms. This is a body part that many women seem to forget or not prioritize enough. If you made it this far in the 7-day Pilates challenge I am so proud of you and I know you can do 15 minutes of arms as well! It is important to work out arms and shoulders in order to be strong enough to keep a good posture. Let's do this!
I am so excited for you to join me for the rest of this 7-day challenge. You will only need 15 minutes a day! For anyone who is new to the channel, welcome! We will be focusing on all body parts, lengthening and toning all those muscles.

I absolutely love all of your pilates workout!! It's challenging but somehow I will manage to finish it! I think is because your gentle voice and slow pace...I've tried another fitness channel but many times just could not complete the whole workout! In the end I still prefer your pilates workout !! Please come out with more pilates workout, I really look forward to!!

I feel so sad now, because each time I see you it's always night time here and I need to set my phone up to buzzz me to watch you at day time, I am sick of not seeing it as if I am there at day I feel better then. But good work anyway I always be here to see😊

Empecé con el reto de 7 días hace dos semanas pero paré por los dolores menstruales y a una reacción alérgica (se me hinchó un pómulo).
Esta semana retomé el reto y puedo decir que estoy sintiendo unos leves cambios. (Inicié una rutina de pilates hace dos meses)

Can I get your opinion on weights? I use weights in my workouts, but the instructor says to use heavier weights if its too easy. I only use 5 or 8 lb weights for arms, sometimes 10 but not often. I don't want to be bulky & I was getting bulky. Even guys were telling me my arms were getting bigger than theirs🤨. That being said I've asked about this many times & instructors tell me you can't get bulk unless your eating a ton of food & bad food (which I was not for the most part). The only time it wasn't bulk is when I would practically starve, but that caught up with me over time. I want long lean arms not muscly. Can you give me your thoughts? No judgement at all. I just have a picture in my mind of the arms & legs that I want & its reachable, I just need to know how without bulking up (I'm short too which doesn't help 😂). I have 3 lbs not 2, but I will do this workout with the 3's for now. Thank you

I think if you’re arms are looking bulky, you might have to lower your body fat and keep working out so you look more toned.
If you’re never increase your weights, your muscles will adapt and no longer get more toned.
@@MenchieExtrakt thank you. I work out 5-6 days a week, but over time Ive started getting bulky with the weights I have. I haven't done this particular workout. 3lbs is light, I'm not worried about that. It's the 8lb+ weights
