I think is because your gentle voice and slow pace...I've tried another fitness channel but many times just could not complete the whole workout! In the end I still prefer your pilates workout !! Please come out with more pilates workout, I really look forward to!!

Can I get your opinion on weights? I use weights in my workouts, but the instructor says to use heavier weights if its too easy. I only use 5 or 8 lb weights for arms, sometimes 10 but not often. I don't want to be bulky & I was getting bulky. Even guys were telling me my arms were getting bigger than theirs🤨. That being said I've asked about this many times & instructors tell me you can't get bulk unless your eating a ton of food & bad food (which I was not for the most part). The only time it wasn't bulk is when I would practically starve, but that caught up with me over time. I want long lean arms not muscly. Can you give me your thoughts? No judgement at all. I just have a picture in my mind of the arms & legs that I want & its reachable, I just need to know how without bulking up (I'm short too which doesn't help 😂). I have 3 lbs not 2, but I will do this workout with the 3's for now. Thank you
I think if you’re arms are looking bulky, you might have to lower your body fat and keep working out so you look more toned. If you’re never increase your weights, your muscles will adapt and no longer get more toned.
@@MenchieExtrakt thank you. I work out 5-6 days a week, but over time Ive started getting bulky with the weights I have. I haven't done this particular workout. 3lbs is light, I'm not worried about that. It's the 8lb+ weights
