Hi.....a couple of things....did you not get a heat shield plate that you put at the back of the engine where the mass air sensor is? You have to fix it to the engine cover points. And also did you know you can break off the oil filler neck extension tube so its then nice and flush with the rocker box cover.....its only glued on and can be twisted off with large grips or stilsons.
Hi Dave, thanks for the advice. I didn’t get the heatshield, I know what are you reffering to, I’d like to have it too, but it was not included in the package. About the filler neck I know I coud take it of so the cap will look nicer, but I didn’t knew is so easy to get it out, I thought there’s something else I should buy to do that. I’ll remove it at some point. Cheers
Salut, ești pe stock sau pe vreun stage? Nu ai pierderi de putere la joase? Consum mai mare? Citisem pe forumuri că sunt unele devieri din cauza formei tubului din zona MAF senzorului. Cel stock e oval, iar ăsta vine cilindric
Salutare, stock. doar induction kit-ul l-am schimbat. i-am dat drumul si n-am avut erori, nici pierderi, dar nici castig. Mai mult am schimbat pt capacul ala ca arata ca dracu si acum pot si sa vad motorul si sa mai umblu pe acolo cand am probleme...
My "carbon" plastic filter was shit, breaking down from shocks already, and also the factory intake was not well designed in my opinion. After mounting the aftermarket intake filter from RamAir I can say the car feels a bit different, especially the intake temperature, is much lower than before with the stock intake. And the benefit is that if the filter is too big, you can always buy another smaller one and fit it there, so you have more access around it.

THEG12EG normal. The oversized just looks better/bigger. I don’t think the difference in power will be so big. Maybe just the difference in wallet
