Takes a special guy to be able to sit there and listen to that testimony of his friend without sliding under the table.
Without shedding a tear of remorse.
“Special”, indeed…Not the word I would have used.

@@macb8309 That was a poor choice of wording without the s/
You nailed it. Incapable of feeling shame.
The hero of the day for the PROSECUTION was the defense’s witness, Mark Ball! Alex is learning 99.9% of his (former) friends are not going to lie for him, but tell it like it is. Bravo, Mr. Ball. 👏👏👏
Yep he was definitely getting some payback and good for him too !
Indeed
Definitely!
I've been checking South Carolina Law! ! ! Lawyers/Law Firms AND Banks are to HIRE an OUTSIDE Accounting Agency to have ALL THEIR Accounts/Books Audited "EVERY THREE YEARS" ! ! ! ! To me. . .No One Is OBEYING "any laws" ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
AND, South Carolina Law states all LAWYERS every 3 Years have to take an EHTICS and HONESTY TEST! ! ! You get 3 chances to PASS, FLUNK, loose your Law License and have to GO BACK TO AN ACREDITED COLLEGE TO TAKE THOSE CLASSES OVER, PASS, TAKE THE ETHICS AND HONEST TEST "AGAIN". PASS, GET YOUR LICENSE BACK. South Carolina has SUCH STRICT LAWS for Lawyers and Banks, IF they OBEY their own laws, this MESS may have been PREVENTED. . . . . . . .
Not a single sign of remorse on Alex's face during Mark Ball testimony. This guy is a real piece of work!
you already convicted him , so if he showed remorse you wouldn’t see it - he certainly DID NOT look proud of himself . IS IT only because he’s busted in front of the world ? i have no idea . BUT he’s not guilty just because of all those other slimy things he’s done to do many people - THAT ! is how the jury is supposed to operate
@@forpetessake3532 you honestly think this guy is in any way not guilty?? What trial have you been watching?? Sit down young man.

@@tinab3627 Ive watched every second of the trial, what is the State's best evidence that he murdered?
The state totally flipped the defense’s witness Mark Ball into a state witness. Loved it. The defense is grasping for anything.
I thought he was a witness for the prosecution!!! 😮
The defense witnesses actually did more to convince me he's guilty! I feel for Mr.Ball, must have been heartbreaking to testify for your ' friend' only to end up being more of a States witness.
Yes true but I can say I thought he was a very believable witness
Absolutely I was pretty surprised
Eeelick’s own actions caused that. It seemed that Ball wanted very desperately to back his buddy up with nothing but truthful testimony and love, but his friends water is so putrefied with lies, deceits, odd comments, and strange behaviors, that there’s really not much that he can talk about where it doesn’t lead down some dark road.
I feel bad for everyone who thought they knew Alex Murdaugh. Mark Ball was also the treasurer for the firm formerly known as PMPED so his old buddy made him look even worse. AM also cost his partners a bunch of money cleaning up his mess.
Forgot
A person who is willing to steal from his company, his friends, and a loyal housekeepers children seems to be someone with a seriously broken moral compass; therefore, it wouldn't be a far stretch to imagine this broken person could and would do anything.
Totally morally empty. Brain is empty. Tear ducts are empty.
@@pandaman1968 well said! I obviously have my own opinions with regards to AM BUT I do feel that all the financial crimes being introduced into this murder trial has caused Alex NOT to be given a fair and impartial trial and will definitely cause a bias jury for the murder charges. Why didn’t Alex spend $350/hr to bring in these experts right after the murder was committed? Why didn’t he hire a private investigator to find the murderer of his wife and son?!!!
Yes why.
I thought the same exact thing. Why didn’t Alex (or ANY of the Murdaugh’s) hire a PI to find the killer/killers. Oh, that’s right, cause the PI would find out the killer is Alex. 😂
This guy is the best witness the prosecution has had. Thanks to the defense calling him LOL
I can't believe he just found his wife and son dead and he's on the phone calling as many people as he can to come over. He just wanted everyone to feel sorry for HIM.
I think he knew exactly what he was doing by calling all those people. The more people that came, the more evidence destroyed. Almost every law officer, lawyer and friend in town acted as he expected. They themselves were in shock and rallied around him. I think the place was total chaos as he figured it would be. They felt so bad for him that they didn't even take him to a place of law for questioning that night.
He deleted his wife because she was leaving and divorcing him and his son was trying to protect her so he deleted him also ! I don’t believe he meant to delete his son
@@PaddyWagon-7 right!! And he had the housekeeper come asap to "clean up, like she knew Maggie would want it done!!!
Yeah I couldn't understand why kore people didn't find this odd. Like of course call Buster and maybe his brother(s) but calling all these other people in the middle of the night after such a traumatic thing seems odd, there's no way I could compose myself to do that nor would I be thinking about it!
I think y'all are forgetting why the financial crimes are so important to the prosecutors case and motive. But what's crazy is he literally did this a second time for the same reason when he set up an fake stage murder he orchestrated because of his financial crimes coming to a head. This is why understanding what he done and his financial crimes is important to the murders
ALEX IS THE OPTIMY OF TRIFFILIN
That's true! I hope the state brings that up
If only the state could show some proof
Only if he deleted his wife and son for their insurance money , but generally someone who steals money doesn’t mean they are murderers , although I definitely believe he’s involved in the murders but I believe he only meant to delete his wife not his son as why leave his other son alive … it doesn’t make sense
@@Angela-ed3hf you have to think if he was the sole person providing for both of them he selling drugs and now Paul going to be headed to prison for 25 plus years his wife was stressed saying she didn't want anything but to just pay the 10 million dollars back they found his bags of pills he know he was about to completely embarrass them lose his wife and kid going to prison because of his "financial crimes" aka stealing money from dead people handicapp ppl friends and family his life was about to be over and he couldn't face the music so he killed them. I have always cringed when Alex M cries "on demand". Then dries up immediately and looks calm and remote. The defense witness Ball was believable and hurting to have to testify, but his truth was damning to Alex.
When your own witness does more damage than good 🤓
Creighton Waters is a fantastic prosecutor. He’s always prepared, to the point and has great tempo in cross-examination. Can’t say the same for the defense, unfortunately.
The hours that have been lost in this case by all the lawyers except Waters. Leaving notes on the lectern walking up to the witness than back again, errrr, ummmmm, “let me ask you this” not having the right papers to hand, not being able to work the technology immediately repeating the witness’s testimony and eliciting clarification for the sake of it. They all have years of experience but you would not believe it from their performance.
Nope, the defense just yelled on all of their cross examinations instead of actually asking a question most of the time.
Creighton’s attitude in cross-exam. 💯
Im now a big fan of Mr Waters👌
I agree
He is a lawyer. He knew that having people come would muddle the crime scene. He planned all of this. This man couldn't be the only one thinking these things. He should have told them no, absolutely not. Everyone get out and don't touch anything. That's basic, grieving or not, that's basic. preserve the crime scene. Might I just point out that stare alec has is so creepy.
I agree, he knew exactly what he was doing.
Yep. I said that a while back. He got special treatment at first. And he used it to his advantage. And his glare/ stare is cold and creepy. Kind of wild eyed look with eyes darting back and forth when he talks like a true PSYCHOPATH!
How can anyone physically check bloodied bodies in a pool of blood and not have blood on them or their shoes and socks? Impossible.
The lack of evidence can be very proving too, and I’m sure the jurors took into consideration that reasoning as well. One of the witnesses, a SLED agent I believe, stated that she thought it was very odd that his clothes smelled like they were freshly laundered, as typically those who were at crime scenes have SOME type of musk to them. He had none.
Maybe he paid someone to do it
Because he didn’t check the bodies, like he claimed. He had no reason to check as he knew they were dead. He couldn’t have parked the car, got out, checked the bodies, and connected to 911 in 20 seconds. THAT’S what is impossible.
It’s true, being a liar doesn’t mean one is a murderer, but the fact remains, most murderers are liars.
Partner Ball was a great witness for the state 🙄
Wouldn’t the dogs have been barking if there was a stranger nearby? And if they were barking wouldn’t that have warned Paul and Maggie that something wasn’t right? Lastly, if the dogs weren’t barking would that support the theory it was someone they were familiar with?
Yeah but that’s not enough to say it’s definitely Alex. However their is a mountain of evidence to prove he’s guilty.
I have asked several times about the dog, Cash, in the video Paul sent just brfore the murder. Why was Paul in the feed room--I think he was trying to escape and was trapped. Maggie also tried to run.
The dogs were barking during paul video
And the former housekeeper that died being tripped by the dogs. They said the dogs were not allowed in the house. That is very suspicious and AM collected 4.2 mil on her death.
Good point!
The last witness. What Maggie’s phone tells us is Paul is shot/dead and she was running for her life and fumbling with her phone to try and make an emergency call of some kind some way. When Alex calls and the side buttons is pressed so it will go to voice mail and he tossed it out the window. The next calls he can’t press the button to shut off the screen cuz it’s in the ditch. I hope he pictures them every night in his dreams the dirty B
Justmejo: I agree with you comment's assessment.
My personal description of
Alex Murdaugh is he is a man(?) of arrogance without a soul.
I do hope all the evidence presented will expose him as the evil, most contemptible
person he WAS to his family and IS in the eyes of the jury.
He represents a true menace to his profession as well as to SOCIETY.
Anyone notice mark ball wanted to finish his testimony about the hug with AM and the comment of 'they' rather than go with the defenses next topic
The prosecution needs to paint a crystal clear picture for the jury of what PRESSURE causes humans to do, which is to abandon all ethics and morals and grasp for the only lifeboat they can find. Unbearable pressure and having no other options is what made AM plan and execute these murders. With Maggie gone she doesn’t get to take whatever’s left after he answers for all the law firm fraud/theft. Paul being gone puts up a roadblock on the boat crash lawsuits. Wall Street traders jump to their death because in their mind the pressure gives them no other option. In this case though, Alex made sure Alex was left standing at the end.
During Ball testimony, topic of jewelry came up. If it wasn't Alex who murdered them, wouldn't killer have stolen that diamond bracelet and other jewelry?
I didn’t understand why Ball was asked to gather the jewelry.

Well. I don't think Mark Ball was the defense witness they were hoping for. "Very cunning". What damning testimony.

Usually they go over the testimony of every single witness. Geez. I thought the crying/bobbing was annoying but AM sitting there smiling is even worse.
PLEASE, prosecutors, STRESS IMPORTANT EVIDENCE. The fact that someone turned off the backlight on Maggie’s phone AT THE SAME TIME Alex was “calling her” is a very big deal. Either she is alive and dismissing his calls or she is dead and Alex is faking the phone call and hitting the side button to make the phone stop ringing.
The prosecution has done a better job but having followed the trial live I have little faith that either side will do a good summing up. The defence has been woefully presented so far with the biggest blunder which allowed all the financial testimony in.
@@irisdown9758Your comment didn’t age well lol but I get what you meant at the time you made it.
no steps on alex's phone from 8:09 to 9:02 because he thought leaving it at the house would hide his location during the murders
Yes, he left his phone at the house, which is probably the longest he’s ever gone ever without his phone in his hand
@@shelleyplemons1362 I think us detectives have solved the crime! Guilty beyond a reasonable doubt!
On the night of the murder, why did alex call everyone under the sun to come to moselle to put everyone else's lives at risk of being shot or killed by the "shooter who is on the run or hiding in the bushes " ?
Is it because there was no shooter hiding in the bushes or on the run ? Because it was alex ?
If i knew there was a killer hanging around and didnt feel safe, i would just call the police only and hide in the house until police arrived. Not call three friends and other relatives , police, then call your son and then call the whole city over to come and observe , manipulate the crime scene
Funny how most people would stay away due to contaminating a crime scene, but these people who were present, knew they were not suppose to be there...almost like a cult....
Yeah. Whether there was an accomplice, or he had seen the killer, he KNEW they had left
Yes I found it strange even when someone close to you dies it is natural to phone whoever is closest to you but certainly not lots of people. If I was called under these circumstances I certainly would have kept away.
Maybe to create total chaos during the onset of investigation? To increase the likelihood that the crime scene would be considered “contaminated”? To decrease probability of crime scene being able to be “properly preserved”? Just “food for thought”! ?
Like the old saying goes - if you can lie you can steal if you can steal you can kill.
Never heard that saying in my long life.
Watched the Netflix series- Can't John Marvin be charged with obstruction of Justice for removing the guns from the home?
Buster showed no emotion when prosecutor said he was sorry for all of busters loss. Buster didnt show any emotion when shown photos of maggie and paul three times.
I lost my two cats 4 years ago and i cried then and i cry now when i see photos of them.
I noticed this too. I thought it was extremely strange that he showed no emotion. Everyone deals with pain differently, but I did find it odd
totally agree...hes sly like his father
So, you’ve never heard about, or knew, a man who doesn’t cry in a public setting? You do know it’s 2+ years later, which means he’s also had a lot of practice to control his emotions, if that’s important to him.
@@cherylj7460 well actually 1yr and 8 months since the murders. I could see Alex not crying even though he does fake cry but you’d think a young man like buster would not have the type of control skills you need to be emotionless. I bet he didn’t cry at the funeral. Strange. Also most kids can not handle seeing a parent cry and would start crying himself. But maybe he knows Alex is fake crying. You’d think he would cry for his father facing life in prison. Or maybe he is doing the bare minimum and really does not believe his dad is innocent. He might be waiting to get the money Alex has hidden.
@@eloise22422 What is fake crying? How would you know it’s fake?
NOTE: The Defense's experts don't have reports because, if they had report, they would have to provide those to the Prosecutor ahead of the Trial. No reports means the Prosecution cannot prepare ahead of time for cross examination. So, for example, we now know from an interview with law enforcement after the Trial ended, foot coverings are not usually used for outdoor crime scenes because they actually pick up and then shed debris AND the coverings are made of paper - what happens when they get wet? Without a report the Prosecutor couldn't consult law enforcement about this and confront the expert.
The only thing proven thus far is the financial crimes.
He’s definitely INVOLVED son his wife’s and son’s deletion … he may have not pulled the trigger but he was there ! But I definitely think he only meant to delete the wife not his youngest ! I can’t see him deleting his son
👍🏼 For the video since it was a such a good day for the prosecution
If you look at Alex face, he is still upset over the last witness. I think he knows how damaging that was.
It does not matter how short or how tall the shooter was. For all you know a midget walking on stilts could have a gun and shoot people. The most important fact in this case is the gun, the bullets used, alex lying about being at the kennels and the reasoning as to why alex called maggie and paul to mossel, , how he changed clothes, why he drove 120 km per hour speed so fast to his mothers house who would not know if he was there or not. Why did the care taker say that you told her you where there for 45 min. Why alex and buster felt so safe not to have security with them considering there is killer on the loose and that killer can come back to kill alex and buster.
That law firm was set up like the worst group project ever! Imagine everyone except one group member doing their part in the project and they think they’ll make an A+, but one person caused all of them to flunk and make an F. Smh!
the book keepers were slow to pick that up - OR AUDITS
If his last name wasn’t murdaugh, I doubt he would have been there as long as he did. His family has pull and power in South Carolina. They are like your stereotypical wealthy corrupt family you see in movies except they’re real.
Why didn't the state call the first witness to testify?
May not have known he was going to say what was said. The defense obviously didn’t know either. 😂😂
State is showing how many enemies Alec has
He committed his last name!
the most telling thing is how he offers suggestions to all the hired help to cover his lies. what a position to put yr employees in. so if they don't lie for him, what would happen to their job and reference for future job in a town of only 2k people??
Exactly! Hostile witness imho
SLED and the officers did a poor job in securing the crime scene and obtaining evidence.
Wow....I don't even know if I'd be able to speak so clearly. I would have been screaming help
Oh please don't tell me that "jackass"...killed himself. I didn't believe him...the defense witness says. This is priceless
It just occurred to me that when witnesses testify about how close the Murdaugh family is, never once have I heard a reference to Alex’s sister. She’s been sitting behind Alex every single day of the trial yet she’s been invisible in this trial. Very odd.
🤔🤔🤔🤔
The defendant sucking on those lollies is making me feel sick! I wonder if he is a smoker?
Sign of an addict. Always chewing on candy
I think people are not realising what a conniving person Alex M is, he is a former criminal lawyer, he would have planned this murder meticulously. Making sure his wife and Paul were at the kennels, using two weapons, possibly crouching to disguise height, when questioned by police using the term ‘they’, he had time to dispose of his clothing, guns. But, the video in Paul’s phone, he couldnt have foreseen that the dogs owner would call at that exact time.
Does anyone ever notice besides me how much Alex chomps on his dang breath mints when testimony tends to blow him out of the water.. it drives me crazy. I know I would not be able to sit by him through all his chomping and wrappers... when he gets un easy, he reaches for his bag of treats.. oh boy
Mary Chavez-- I was thinking the same thing!!
Yeeesh the expert at the end w all the phone details😮
I wonder if Buster is starting to realize that his dear father might just be GUILTY
Buster is more worried what hes going to be using to pay for his privileged lifestyle now..nothing else..he had no remorse..not one tear..this family is weird!
He doesn't seem to care either way..no emotions🙄
I think the whole family knows what happened! Especially AM brother! How he's the first at every scene, running to help cover stuff up as soon as it happens! If you haven't watched the Netflix episodes, you should! The people tell alot about what has happened in the housekeepers "accident" , Stephen smiths death, boat accident and PM & MM murders. I didn't even know about the young man Stephen that was found in the middle of road.
After this Trial, I've been WONDERING, if Buster will be talking to his father, so often? Will he leave and start his New Life? Who's going to GIVE $60 Per Week into Alex Murdaugh's Jailhouse Account? How HE'S going to UNRAVEL not being able to talk to family members?
@@deidremiller6216 Absolutely they do!!!! Id like to know if they realize he was paying $50 Mill a month for pills. Its unbelievable that he got away with this lifestyle for so long.

Deep seeded corruption is RARE now? Are you SERIOUS? Wake up!?!
I'm curious why Law&Crime doesn't have someone watching for the return of the court proceeding so they don't just cutoff the anchor's inviews and the "live" court proceeding take over.
I honestly think the reason the investigators didn’t do much of what should have been done was probably because they feared the Murdaugh family

Law and Crime, during lunch the question was raised about how AM started oxy. It came out earlier that it was during a college sports injury I believe.
It only takes a few days, one prescription, to become addicted and the tolerance is quick.
He appears to have a surgical scar on one of his knees. I'm not sure if that's the injury they were talking about.
That one defense attorney keeps wiping his face during this testimony like oh crap.....
Why don’t they call lead defense “Senator Harpootlian”, why use “Mr Harpootlian”? Are they trying to hide that he’s a politician?
I would say yes
I just call him pootie-tootie.
I think the defense witnesses are more incriminating than the prosecuting witnesses!!
If he pronounced his name Al-lex Mur-daw then he would have had better karma
We know Alec was at the scene. We know he lied about that. Why did he lie? If he didn’t kill his wife and child, he saw who did and he’s protecting them.
I believe he only meant to delete his wife nor his son but I do think he got someone to do it , I don’t believe he did it himself but he definitely set it up and was there
It has to be someone else that did it and he set it up, or it could also be possibly that he was on a riding cart or crouched down severely when he was shooting (hence the 5’2 heights and why there were tire marks). Regardless, why would he tell Maggie’s sister whoever it was must’ve been planning it for a long time? Seemed like a premeditated comment to me.
Never thought I'd see someone from here in CT in this case haha.

When being cross examined Ball decided to get real about sleazy Alec* *The prosecution brought up a "Golf Cart" parked in front or at the side of the main house which was confirmed by Ball ! * The golf cart totally explains why the bullets came from a lower angle. I bet he drove up in the golf cart and shot them. It explains the lower angle of the gun fire and it also explains why he was able to use 2 guns. It explains why he had no blood on his clothes. He was trying to make it look like multiple shooters. I believe the tarp was used to hide the guns. He might have changed his clothes just because of the gun residue on his clothes. This guy was a con artist and thought a lot about how he was going to do this. He has no remorse. He didn't care if he stole money from people dying of colon cancer or had brain injuries. He stole money from his dying Dad. He tried to get people to lie for him right after their death. He could have even used the golf cart to get rid of Maggie's phone ? ( not sure how far away that is) does anyone know? The attorneys on the witness stand showed more emotion over Paul's death than his own Dad right after the shooting. He was more concerned with trying to spin the yarn that the Boat incident was the cause of the shooting. Why didn't the prosecution spend more time on this theory !!!!!!!!!!! The defense team actually did the prosecution a favor ! At first Ball was painting the pic of a compromised crime scene. But on cross examination he told everyone the truth and shared what kind of feeling less monster and narcissistic liar and con artist Alec Murdaugh really is.
Agree that he was on the ATV or golf cart when he shot them.
The prosecution I believe will bring it all together on closing arguments
That makes sense...the golf cart! But he still needed to be close within 3ft due to forensics
He could also have knelt to shoot...or on tbe ground on his belly hiding like a snake. Snipers do that

That defense attorney, Harpootlian, drives me insane. At this point if I was on the jury I would have a hard time listening when he stands up. He’s soooooooo slow and confused about what he is trying to ask most of the time, just wasting more time. Maybe his goal is to confuse the jury but really the only thing he is doing is showing that he should’ve retired already.
Because the defense is so unorganized and have no clue what their own witness is going to say, it really makes it appear that they are scrambling.
I think some of the confusion is done purposefully - why? NO IDEA!
Harpootlian’s folksy “old school” act is really annoying. He’s not as charming as he thinks he is. Judge Newman has been very patient with him.
@@angelasimpson4980 Jim Griffin the other defense attorney is as bad or worse!! Stutters, seems lost trying to find out where he is when reading off papers, talking, shuffling paper! Trying to pronounce words!
Everytime AM startS bobbing his head I'm trying to make yourself cry, I want to throw up🤮🤮🤮
Let me be the first to 'free'ly say FRY HIM!!!!
Well your a See you next Tuesday
🤏🤏🤏🤏🤏
Creighton for the State today. 🔥
Wow..Mark Ball helped the prosecution big time👏👏👏
Good to see that the good ole days are still alive and well in the south !
Just as they are in the North.
Seems to me these people are slower than the average joe🙄
@@kwazimokava6499and you are some BIG BRAINIAC i take it ? pffft
@@forpetessake3532 nope just saying whats on everyones mind🤭...but hey all sides of the globe have their weaknesses so dont feel offended...
One thing I was wondering and maybe I missed it...or maybe no one even said it - but they had all the vehicle data stored on the computer from the car. It said when the car was taken out of park and put back into park and when it did this and that. Is there anything on that computer which would say if a window was rolled down and then rolled back up during the time that would coincide with tossing a phone out of a window? Seems like it would have kept that info on a computer in the car somewhere.
Great point and if they do that data I don’t anyone stated that in the trial. But that would be great to know!
Alex put himself in the murder scene when he said he was not there. Also the video that his own son where clearly Alex voice was heard put him on the scene. Guilty
Paul being "The Little Detective" from beyond the grave
Alex told he took nap 8 pm to 9 pm do u take nap 8 pm not past bed time? 🙄
@@jenniferharris7133 great point!
Does anyone know who the older guy that sits behind the defense table everyday.
I believe he he in law enforcement. He’s received a lot comments. Haha. He dresses very nice
Most likely a state Marshall in glass and then behind him is well known SC attorney Charlie Condon.
I think it’s someone assigned to protect Alex in the court room. I’m pretty sure he’s packing a pistol.
If Alex is financially broke why would any defense team pick him up as a client. He must have hidden money somewhere.
I was thinking that as well, but you have to think about the generational wealth of this family, and how they seem to work together to protect each other. I just watched the Netflix series and i was blown away!! Just rotten to the core.
I think when Alex said look what they did he meant Paul n Maggie......look what they did, they made me do this to them
State doing great
God bless them bc this level of corruption from a wealthy, southern lawyer who spent his life covering up deceit would be a huge task.
Absolutely. Alex is so guilty
Buster looked disappointed that AM didn't turn to him after court was adjourned. 😟
Defence got their witnesses to research only small portions of the evidence. Prosecution f surgically fills in the blanks
THIS JUDGE IS SOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!
LOVE HIM :)
So the defenses big bad expert can only say how they do things in CT. He can't say SLED and GA did things wrong - just differently than he thinks they should have been done or would have been done up north.
And he is soooo boring to listen to, sounds like he's about to cry.
It's my guess right now that there were so many 'high-up's' and 'authoritative' people involved in all of this mess, i.e. the boat incident, the drugs, the money, etc., that there is much more to this than meets the eye. I don't think he did the shooting himself and I wouldn't be surprised if he's covering and/or protecting someone. I also wouldn't be surprised if there's police and other notable lawyers involved in it all.
For the big fish bad-actors to last this long in such a small pool, LEO involvement seems inevitable.
Alex walked or drove Maggie’s phone around 8:53, 59 steps recorded, and backlight was on/off on/off. Alex was pretty squirmy when the witness started describing what the camera was doing on Maggie’s phone.
The Defence did not do themself any advantages with their witnesses
His defense team did not object nearly as often as they should have…leading much?
Why does this man have 20 plus people at his house with in 20 minutes of this crime scene ! his murdered family members still on the ground !maybe to create a mess?a bigger mess ..it’s absurd ! I’m done wavering ,he had a lot to do with this mess.
Same thing Jon Benet Ramsey's parents did. Invite your friends over to contaminate the scene.
Yes guilty! They have a mountain of evidence. His voice on Paul’s phone video, exact shell casings and bullets around and in the bodies was found all over his 1,700 acre property and in the house. I’m sure no unknown killer could pull that off. He also was asked by law enforcement did he think cousin Eddie did it or drug cartels and he said no. How does he know? He did say that it might be the family or boyfriend of the girl that died. Trying to bribe his caretaker, trying to get her to lie about how long he was there at his moms and trying to convince the housekeeper what shirt he was wearing. That shirt pants and shoes have conveniently disappeared. He also wanted to sell the beach house but couldn’t because it was in Maggie’s name only. He sold it after he murdered her. Maggie’s sister really hurt Alex’s case. The car data the phone data and the timeline sink Alex. I think the prosecution is doing an outstanding job showing guilt. I mean this is just a few pieces of evidence that will sink him. They have more and every hour this trial goes on he gets more guilty. Alex is a psychopath sociopath narcissist thief conman coward lying murderer.
Seems all Alex’s witnesses have nothing nice to say about him
Had Maggie’s sister and Buster been questioned with the strength afforded to other witnesses, like Mr Ball, their true feeling and opinions about Murdaugh may have come out. Maggie certainly hinted her feeling towards him changed after the murders. This should have been followed up.
His jacket....100 pds shoulder PADS.????😆😆😆😆😆
If this man is innocent why hasn't the family kept the reward going ? Billboards private investigators ect ...
If you listen to the jail house calls he never says ANYTHING like "I'm going to do everything in my power to find out who did this", instead he's mainly wanting money in his and someone else's canteen and getting favors done by buster and his sister in-law as well as John Marvin and something we don't know about with Blonca.
Another Attorney on YT said it, Its strange how AM left right before the murders and returned right after them..........Come on !!
What about Blanca? She was so terrified and did not want to destroy Alex but she did. I think she was an outstanding witness however it was hard for her because I think the Murdaughs were like family to her. Especially Maggie and Paul. The murders are obviously still causing her PTSD. I feel for that woman
@@eloise22422 she wasnt scared. Shelly was petrified and crying. Shelly said she saw alex at almeda but did she...or was it so.eone else?
@@lollypop2413 I say she was scared and it was hard on her to testify against that was like family to her. Her and husband even moved in there for months to take care of the property. A lot of people fear the Murdaugh clan and for good reason. Did she see someone else? So someone else had Alex’s phone and car? The car data phone data and timeline show his car was there 20 min no 40 like he tried to get her to say. Even offered to help with her wedding. Oh a stranger would not know that Alex did not have cameras on the 1,700 acre property but Alex knew that. A video or blood or eyewitness is not needed to convict him. A stranger would not know who was in the house but Alex knew. It all points directly to him
I don’t like this defense Lawyer he’s rude. He got whipped by Mark Tinsely. Lol
He sure did!
This vile man never seems embarrassed at all. I’d be unable to look up or face anyone.
Christine isn’t he just gross to look at. I mean he doesn’t even try to look pitiful. He is nothing but a psychopath sociopath narcissist thief conman coward lying murderer. He fits every one of those adjectives
Whenever something is said that seems like it would embarrass him, he often just seems to get angry.
Or when someone says something he should be ashamed of he sneers and bobs or nods his head
Maybe because he’s always been forgiven if he just says “I’m sorry. My bad” no matter how despicable his actions were. Alex has a PhD in manipulation.
What did the cell phone guy find that hadn’t been found before? I musta missed that…
Since bodies are covered, why can’t we view it?
