Charge it up full then put it in a drawer and try to fire it up in 30 days. Not sure how long it will stay charged but it is not long. Just a heads up.
Why spend more? I mean, a bic pen will serve you well for a long time and costs pennies. My favorite flashlight that I own only costs $18 and I have had it for years. Your budget (junk) gear may be all that someone else can afford.

I like the bolt action pen - only the government needs fully automatic pens. Bolt action is more than enough for regular people.

I looked at that pen, but with the reviews of the bolt falling apart I decided to go with the OLight pen.

the little bolt part on my pen came unscrewed after a couple of days so look out, maybe some loctitie haha. Once you lose that its over.

I’m on my second sd clip, they break easily on the bottom if you drop them on floor.

What does budget gear accomplish? Just junk that won't last. Why not spend more money on a quality flashlight or pen?
