Wow you guys definitely knocked it out of the ballpark with that one. Really looks like an old school Chevelle that has been done as a resto mod. Beautiful paint!!
You guys are have created the car that Chevrolet & General Motors dont have the balls to bring back The 70/SS deserves the Chevelle name regardless if GM & Chevrolet ownes the name or not, what a work.of art
You don't know how manufacturing works. By regulation they can only have so many vehicles in each market. You never wonder why Ford, dodge, GM only have 2 sports available at a time..... If they were to bring back the Chevelle it'd be a 4 door like dodge did with the charger. Because to bring it back as a 2 door sports car theyd have to ditch the Vette or Camaro and that's not happening
Outstanding guys! The bump in HP also makes this a cut above. There is nothing usual or similar with your creations. Keep up the great work and never look back my friends...
Thank God for Trans Am World Wide for making the modernized versions of the iconic muscle cars of the late 60's & late '70's. Stepping up to do what GM should have done, but they did it better than GM would & could have.
Wow, That Color "Big Brad Blue" is my new Favorite color! Beautiful Car, Amazing Build and Amazing video. Trans Am Worldwide and Roughcut Productions knocked this out of the park. 10/10 guys. Amazing car.
I know you here this all the time, but you have made some of the most beautiful cars ever made. Congratulations to the whole team, you're the best artists of the 21st century...
I have a 70 SS 454 that I built at home. Did everything there except for final painting. It's also blue with white stripes and a pearl white interior. Looks stock but it has lots of hidden mods. 600 HP 500 inch big block with EFI under the stock air cleaner, 2004R overdrive trans, 4 wheel disc, Hotchkis suspension etc. Will probably never sell it. It is cool that they are resurrecting an iconic car here but if I'm being honest I'm not gushing about it like some folks. Maybe if I saw it in person that might change my mind though.
Kudos to the owner of that exquisite '70 SS! And Great Job, to Trans Am Worldwide for producing that amazing beauty! I know a thing or two about 1970-72 A-Bodies.... I've owned a 1971 Convertible Malibu350 since 1985 and she is a beaut.
These builders are insane. They did the damn thing with the firebird, but they straight killed it with the 70 SS. My lord that thing is next level bad-ass. Each rendition is killer, every one I've seen vids or pics of are phenomenal. Of course the 454, 1,500 horse package is the way to go, but any of them are perfection. That interior on this blue one is 2nd to none. The paint, love the fact it's paint and not a wrap or vinyl stripes. And the painter, no robot gonna be that meticulous or do that quality of work. These cars are worth every penny and if I ever hit the lottery. Lol, I'm gonna find one or order one if they are still building them. You guys are awesome, hopefully one day I will be a customer.
Great come back gentlemen, bringing back the SS . Life is amazing to have this as motivation for my truly my next generation legend of a true muscle car.
Love seeing y’all show it off in my backyard! Spent two weeks every summer at my grandparents house in Biloxi and have been to that event multiple times. Such an awesome ride in an awesome place!
The vision, the craftsmanship, the passion, all of the hard work to bring this iconic classic car back up to date, NAILED IT!!!! You guys are the ABSOLUTE BEST!! Now, do a real picture perfect 77-78 bandit. On the same body lines of that year model. I'll buy 2!!!
First of all I want to thank the Trans-am team for the t-tops that got my attention over a decade back but this 70/SS has been perfected in the last few years. Seems to be aging quite well. Sounds subtle for 1500hp cam to exhaust. Only the lucky few can experience such mastery. “Standing innovation” is the best way to describe this rendering. The front wheels input sensor registering with the rear give velvet smooth acceleration. Caprice PPV finally best AMG of the dig with a progressive stability/traction control I learned to tune during Covid. You can control input and errors to 3 milliseconds. Why the 19 plus Camaro is limited at 180mph GMLAN.
I wish i had the means to own one. From the T/A to the GTO to the Chevelle SS. I Could Die a Very Happy Man... Please Continue what you guys do... Dont Ever Stop with the innovations that will push the Automakers to do more and to do it at another level... Thank You Trans Am World Wide. My very first car was a black and gold 78 Trans Am. My biggest regret in life was parting with it...
You nailed it with the Blue nocked it right out of the park just like the one I had out of High School and the chrome is the topping for sure the best of both worlds Hands down!!!
I consider my self a chevy guy. But when the hellcat arrived I was speechless. So Impressed that I purrrrchased a challenger hellcat. Not only because the hellcat revived the muscle car area back but because chevy never got back their b@ll back after the 70's. Seeing this third party build is amazing. If chevy recreated this and the trans am I would of stayed a chevy fan. But the hellcat is crazy fun "Mopar or no car"
As a craftsman who "only" unleashes my talents upon HIGH END EXOTICS in the buffing/ceramic(detailing) realm; I was astonished by their creativity and results😱
All it needs is a big ol' black rubber bumper pad in the back instead of that flat black paint. Also did they ever say who is the artist that sculpts all these different cars they are building? Because whoever it is deserves some credit for getting all the body lines balanced on these and on the Trans Ams as well. A real artiste!
Brothers at trans am world another home run with the Chevelle we need that olds 442 brothers the only American muscle car to not have been reincarnated long live all American muscle 💪
That would be awesome (especially with the 5.0L Coyote V8 under the hood) and would be based off the S650 Mustang chassis as well, speaking of the S650 chassis they should use it to make the new Cougar as well.
I actually seen you guys while I was at home for crusin the coast last year I saw the cars at the Beau Rivage I was like omg I was in my Monte Carlo SS Ls4
This is an absolutely gorgeous piece of art. However, I would stand in line and lose my freaking mind for second-gen Camaro version. Complete with the RS options.
Ive always wanted a 70' Chevelle LS6 since I was a child....unfortunatly Ill never be able to afford one as prices increase as time goes on. Looks like this one will have symmetry in that...
I wish I was blessed enough to be able to afford one of these cars. The 70 Chevelle is my favorite muscle car of all time and you boys really did it justice. 😮😮😮 Wow. That's better than Chevrolet could have ever done. The last 10 years could have been amazing if GM and Ford had the same balls as Dodge had.🤷🤷🤷🤦
Wow you guys definitely knocked it out of the ballpark with that one. Really looks like an old school Chevelle that has been done as a resto mod. Beautiful paint!!
Awesome!❤❤💯💯

GM would eat all car manufacturers lunch if they brought back the old bodies with modern safety, handling, economy and comfort.
Facts
Right Chevy fell all the way off but this is magnificent
You don't know how manufacturing works. By regulation they can only have so many vehicles in each market. You never wonder why Ford, dodge, GM only have 2 sports available at a time..... It's going to devaul if everyone gets one
The Chevelle has always been my absolute favorite muscle car. What a masterpiece well done, guys.
Awesome!❤❤💯💯
Wow! Couldn't stop watching. Incredible.

Magnificently badass!
Just fantastic. From design to fab to final production. Mad respect for you and your team of craftsman.

Awesome!❤❤💯💯
Gotta love the modern Chevelle cause it has the looks of the original 70 Chevelle SS 454 but with modern performance.
These were running 13.1 13.2 in 1970. A new 2024 corvette is a measly 2 seconds faster.

I got to sit in one at SEMA….the highlight of the show for me. That car is special.
If gm made this an limit the production this car would be a legend
It is.
Awesome!❤❤💯💯
@@WITTYFAM its not GM/Chevy.

Make mine black with white stripes, 6 speed manual, red calipers.... That creation is a MASTERPIECE! 👍👍

My dream car, updated and upgraded. Absolutely beautiful
Awesome!❤❤💯💯
Ash killed this video. Screams RED cameras. I liked the Trans am but LOVE the SS. And I'm a die hard Ford guy. Unbelievable work all around.

Omg that is just as nasty as the 1970. I’m drooling!! It sounds so good. It’s like a piece of art. Absolutely beautiful!
I'm salivating. The OG was my dream car but now she is anew...a must have.
I wish i had the means to own one. From the T/A to the GTO to the Chevelle SS. I Could Die a Very Happy Man... Please Continue what you guys do... The 70 is the baddest sob on the road. This car just might top it.

Can’t wait to see y’all being back more old school muscle, Ford Ranchero for future idea?
That would be awesome (especially with the 5.0L Coyote V8 under the hood) and would be based off the S650 Mustang chassis as well, speaking of the S650 chassis they should use it to make the new Cougar as well.
