...and disappointing that GM lacks the courage to do this kind of work. Honestly, Trans Am Worldwide just needs to buy GM and boot out the envirotards and make internal combustion engine vehicles last forever.
My Dear and beloved father STILL HAS his original 1964 Chevelle, He has it in a barn in San Juan Puerto Rico. The paint is not original. He had it repainted at least 5 times that I remember and it looks outstanding. Dad is now 84 and recently told me to “ Come get the car” He was a Jersey City police officer and giving us a great childhood, beautiful home and upbringing… This is his baby. Now he is passing it down to me. It will be back in New Jersey in August of 2024 Lord willing.

I bought a low-mile 1966 Chevelle Super Sport in 1975, just before I turned 16. Paid a whopping $1000 for it. Red with red interior. 396 and 4-speed. A lot of car for a teenager. The '70 Chevelle is a beautiful car. You have captured the essence of the car with this deal.
I remember seeing the 70’s all over San Diego in the 1970’s. So many muscle cars I remember from those times. You have absolutely killed it with this design and engineering! Your dreams and vision are what other car companies WISH they could do.
I love what you guys did to modernise the look of the 70 Chevelle. It has a OE feel to it as if maybe what GM might do now if the produced this car, but to an infinitely higher standard of course.
I had a 67 Chevelle SS. I just loved that car. Just getting into it and starting the engine brought a smile to my face. Now, I have a 2023 LT1 Camaro with a manual, of course. This car also brings a smile to my face every time I hear that pushrod motor start up with a nice grumble. The new interpretation is killer. I would be proud to drive the car and take no "poop" from anybody that challenges the looks!
Bro! Great job bro. Super happy for you bro. Bro, I hope you have many a great night where you don’t drink and drive and realize just how great these modern pushrod engines sound. The rest of the world was so stupid for going to multi-cam engines that rev past 6000rpm and get more than 65hp per liter. I mean cubic inches! Yeehaw no replacement for displacement, am I right!? Wish me luck bro, I’m about to get the wife and kids home safe from the bar with my overpriced Harley Davidson. Don’t worry though, I’m not going to wear a helmet!
Nice job, but I always loved the 66 SS396 over the 69 and 70. They were lighter and the front end looked cleaner. Saw a restomod done on one which made me wish GM would bring an updated version to market.
very good to hear that these are built by them and choosing fiberglass. Whichever engine choice you go with, you're still getting some serious amount of Power!!
I owned a 70 Chevelle and now own a 6th Gen Camaro SS 1LE. I miss my Chevelle but am torn if I would want it based on a 6th Gen Camaro. Very cool concept guys!
@trollolol its the head light bezals, there flush and not recessed as originals, plus the bumper is to square. I had a 1970 LS6 SS IN THE 70'S IN fOREST GREEN AS PICTURED.
My dad bought my brother one of these, in that green!! It would fly!!! The 1970 chevelle SS. He and myself out run a state trooper!! He couldn't catch us.. It was beautiful!!!
I'm a '69 Mustang owner and classic muscle car lover. Absolutely love what they have done here. I wish Ford would get it together and come out with a proper re-creation like this. The last 50 years of Mustangs have been an embarrassment. (present Mustangs included).
I been a GM man all my life, Vettes are one of several dream rides for me. It saddens me tho the newer ones look like the foreign styles of the hand built vehicles so much they do not look USA Made like the Vette is supposed to be.
@@ITPAPA69yeah the new ones are nice but too foreign. I'm sitting inside my beautiful c5 and the FEEL of Corvette is there but the new ones are just too foreign
I had an 1970 LS6 SS in the 1970's in Forest Green, white stripes as pictured. My 64 GTO coupe was faster and a lot lighter. Design looks pretty good. Like the TA's and Judge u guys ,make also. Glad u have the balls to come out with these.
I was born in 1970, but when I was 12 years old I remember my mom had a 1970 Chevelle SS in green color, that car was so cool, I remember that was she was driving that thing in every roads and highways in Puerto Rico, truck drivers used to blow their horns as we were passing by them, like saying to my mom girl you got big cojones driving that thing, good job bringing back an iconic and cool car!

Wow, what a masterpiece. You guys knocked it out of the park with this one. Wish I had the money because I would buy this car in a second. Sadly as a retired police officer I could not afford the wheel of this car.😂
As a young man in High School, my first car was a 64 Chevelle. I drove that until I enlisted in the Corp and sold it. Came out of the service in 84 and bought a 72 chevelle. The 72 was by far ands down the best car I've ever owned. A chevy man for life.
Stunning work gentlemen. I keep thinking a small chrome bumper on the front and rear would break up the front and rear fascias and just add a bit of complexity and class....wrong? Still completely enamored
These are not just cars, they are art works. They are the Von Gogh's, Rembrandt's or Picasso's of car's . Beautiful masterpieces!! They deserve to be driven, but also belong in museums.
@@ae747sp5 Rest of the world? You mean like all 3 or 4 of the major countries that drive on the wrong side of the road: UK, Australia, Japan, and maybe one other.
I 100% agree about the '70 Chevelle. When I was a kid in the '70's - early '80's that was one of the top cars for teen drivers to get for their first car. Black, white stripes, raised in the rear a little, deep dish Cragar SS's in the rear, standard in the front, lettered tires, and chrome tip duals out the rear. To really top it off, a racing cam to make the idle sound throaty hit-and-miss. The thing is, for the time, these cars were already expensive. Where you could buy a typical used car for $500-$750, these were often $1500. A LOT of money back in circa 1978! HAHA.
I practically had one handed to me for $1200 - BUT, I didn't have the money & my local bank wouldn't lend it to me. I'm probably still alive because I was too immature at that time to be driving a car like that..
I don't know Joseph when I was a kid my father bought a 1980 Buick skylark brand new for 8,000 bucks 4 door not a sport's car so I'm pretty sure a car like this would be more expensive and that was just a two year difference but then again there's always Google haven't checked but correct me if I'm wrong
I grew up with the 70s muscle cars 5 of my friends had Chevelles l had a Olds Cutlass 442 with 455 others dodges mopar we owned the roads. Boy if we would of saved them.We all would be sitting good. Now picture's and memories
This is absolutely amazing to me what you guys can do, I can only dream of working for a company like this and watch something born into a beautiful piece of artwork. God you guys are blessed with such talented people.
Great work. Really unfortunate that the executives at GM can't figure it out on their own. Rather a smaller company has to produce what the public really wants. John Delorean must be laughing in his grave at this point. Plate C
What a great film and what a killer car !! Y'all should get serious awards for this one !! I love you guys work and dedication to bringing back powerhouses and at the same time making them works of art !! Would love to own one of your green and gold 70 ss's with the supercharged 396 but my having to rely on disability since my back went out in 2007 kinda limits my budget! I can hardly wait to see the hardtop version !!
As a forever Ford guy I have to give credit where credit is due, I’ve always said that everyone should at one time in their life should own a Corvette, and now that they are bringing back the 70SS Chevelle along with the Pontiac Trans Am, I’m beyond excited for the company and the public. Even Dodge has recaptured its heyday lust for the muscle car era and now the field is set with Ford now being the one that’s looking a bit behind in its Mustang lineup as far as retrospective looks. I have no doubt that they will bring back the classic look soon… I think they have no choice but to. Amazing American Technology and production, keep it up man! 🎆💪🤘
What beautiful capture in time to relive. The car is the most amazing I have seen in a while. I personally was a Cutlass man but loved GM cars period. This reborn is perfect to me until I saw the front end. I think You guys could have made it a little more sexy. The Bumper pertruded more in the center on the original. This modle looks like one big easy way out wrap still an Amazing piece of machinery.
The target market is all the retirees that wish they had that car when they were teenagers. Now that they have their money that they saved ,they either want to race the car or invest it, keep it and maybe hold on to it for their children. Unfortunately there's a low amount of cars that are going to be made so therefore a lot of people won't get the chance being able to buy one. You won't be able to make them fast enough and I'm sure the price is going to be through the ceiling Great design Good luck
Stunning car, the best engines, paint, tires, carbon fiber body, and leather, but there's is that "something" about the original that can never be replaced
My Brother had the 70 Road Runner and my Brother n law had the SS 396. They were both very fun and very fast, but I have always loved the body of the SS. I was younger but I got the 78 Trans Am. There is something about loving a vehicle that I understand. Today, I have a Model S Plaid.
I had a 70 Chevelle back in the seventies and it was one of the greatest vehicles that existed mines had a lt 1 in it instead of A396 they swapped it out I had a lot of bars on it tunnel ram the car was just a monster but like you said the stance of the vehicle was just untouched so to make an upgrade at 70 Chevelle with the same body style just more advanced is just an amazing idea you guys hit it out of the park with this 1
Absolutely fantastic, just excellent execution. Far too much money for me, but since chevy will almost certainly never make retro Chevelle, this is the only game in town.
YOU’RE KILLING ME SMALLS!! 😱 My first car was a 68 Camaro, I have a 2010 5th Gen Re-emerged Camaro now! 😎 My second car was a 71 Chevelle!! Loved that car as much as the Camaro. I hope you’ve inspired Chevy to bring it back! I love what you did! You did to the Chevelle what Chevy did with the Camaro, retro yet modern!! 😎 I wish they were back! I still remember Cragar SS wheels on my 71, with raised letter tires, and lifting the back up with air shocks! Let’s not forget the shag carpet on the rear deck! 🤦🏻♂️🤣
Flawless execution. I don't think anyone else but you could have pulled this off. 1500 whp is insane. And the fact that it is streetable is makes it even better. Great job.

Of course!😉
What do you think of them doing a 67 Chevelle version
'66 Chevelle SS, is what one of my brothers owned, ... a sharp looking car for it's time.
I love the red one with the chrome bumpers. Nice
This company is killing it with there builds nothing but top notch quality.
💯
I’m a Mustang fanatic but you guys absolutely nailed it !! Keep up the good work !!
U a closet Mopar man cause mustangs are for da F boy's.....js
Man when you see craftsmanship, creativity and ingenuity on this level it doesn't matter what we love, it deserves that respect!
I'm a '69 Mustang owner and classic muscle car lover. Absolutely love what they have done here. I wish Ford would get it together and come out with a proper re-creation like this. The last 50 years of Mustangs have been an embarrassment. (present Mustangs included).
@@RickMidnight2005 to 2009 GT mustangs look pretty goodbut I got to admit the sixties mid-to-late 60s or the best-looking mustangs of all time
@@RickMidnightyep and now it's an SUV
I am blown away! I am a Corvette fan and would love to see your take on the C1, C2, and C3 models respectively. Great craftsmanship to all of you!
I owned a 1970 396 hsp. Then dropped a 454 into it. The car was a beast!
No matter if you're a die-hard Ford GM or Mopar when you see beauty and recognize it and tell it like it is then you're a True connoisseur of classic cars muscle Cars👍
Wow, what a masterpiece. You guys knocked it out of the park with this one. Wish I had the money because I would buy this car in a second. Sadly as a retired police officer I could not afford the wheel of this car.😂
And that is SHAMEFUL.. you guys put your lives on the line every day and are paid terribly. Just like teachers. Its a damn shame.
Someone should buy one for you! Thank you for your service as a protector of the people!
As a young man in High School, my first car was a 64 Chevelle. I drove that until I enlisted in the Corp and sold it. Came out of the service in 84 and bought a 72 chevelle. The 72 was by far ands down the best car I've ever owned. A chevy man for life.
I would ABSOLUTELY like to buy one; highest trim 😁🥳; but I ain’t never getting rid of my ZL1/LE. A new Chevelle would be nice though 🔥
$738K
I LITERALLY got chills when that engine roared. ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
What a beautiful iteration of the original. Simply stunning.
Beautiful work on awesome cars. This is what muscle cars should look and sound like. Well-built and stout! Great work guys!
Stunning work gentlemen. I keep thinking a small chrome bumper on the front and rear would break up the front and rear fascias and just add a bit of complexity and class....wrong? Still completely enamored
AGREED! I've thought for long time now that the newer Challengers would look awesome with thin chrome 'bumpers' front and rear.
I agree. The bumper area needs some more finessing. Otherwise nice. Also, the hardtop would be the one I would want.
And yes...hardtop...maybe vinyl?...but as soon as I win the lottery twice, I am buying!!!.🤠
Good call on the chrome bumpers
Definitely needs some chrome.
Wow! A piece of art that you know exactly what it is. Absolute perfection, performance, handling, A legend.
I wonder how it would look like with chrome bumpers
That's what I said immediately too! Kind of cynically said "they still couldn't put a bumper on it." 😢
It def needs chrome bumpers and trim
That green and gold, omg, looking at it makes me feel 15 to 18 years old again 😮 grate job guys perfect ❤😮
That car looks alot like the original, im a mustang guy but that chevelle looks great, you guys did a great job man.🙂
These are not just cars, they are art works. They are the Von Gogh's, Rembrandt's or Picasso's of car's . Beautiful masterpieces!! They deserve to be driven, but also belong in museums.
Beautiful. Wished we would be able to place orders with GM for Australian car lovers.
Please built some RHD for the rest of the world.
@@ae747sp5 Rest of the world? You mean like all 3 or 4 of the major countries that drive on the wrong side of the road: UK, Australia, Japan, and maybe one other.
@@dannyberry8725 much more than that like 40%.
I'll never be able to afford something like this but it is cool seeing others live the dream.
Never say never.
When you account for inflation, in 1970 a Chevelle SS was about the price of a Honda Civic Si today.
Sorry Joseph I assumed you meant used 1,000 dollars up for these sport's car I thought you meant new
I grew up with the 70s muscle cars 5 of my friends had Chevelles l had a Olds Cutlass 442 with 455 others dodges mopar we owned the roads. Boy if we would of saved them.We all would be sitting good. Now picture's and memories
I'll take one in triple black with white stripes! Design is a masterpiece and just as exciting as the original with performance at another level!
how bout blue/black stripes.... it would remove a 8-track if you were not careful ss454 torque@510
Plate C
You guys are amazing; World Class+. I love what I do, but certainly would to work with you guys on these projects.
The legendary Chevelle 70/SS 🙌 want! And you did it right offering the manual transmission.
Amazing I'm absolutely in love with everything you build. I think it's very cool that your views are at 454 as I'm typing.
I believe this is every man's dream car. I would give 2 outta 3 wishes to have a car like that
I love it but to me its missing chrome bumpers . Great job guy's another beauty.
Die-hard Stang guy here, and I would definitely OWN THIS!!👍💪
Now can you make one the average Joe can afford?
No
Nah. The average Joe will still be stuck in a pinto. 😂
You would have a better chance of seeing Elvis.
What they said!
Exactly 💯....
Good evening 😊
very beautiful design
this car is awesome
The target market is all the retirees that wish they had that car when they were teenagers. Now that they have their money that they saved ,they either want to race the car or invest it, keep it and maybe hold on to it for their children. Unfortunately there's a low amount of cars that are going to be made so therefore a lot of people won't get the chance being able to buy one. You won't be able to make them fast enough and I'm sure the price is going to be through the ceiling Great design Good luck
The target is the uber rich collector who wants a car nobody else has.
Dude just retired people? Hell no, I want one of these. I think you couldn’t be more wrong.
Their children will want avocado toast and rainbow flags, not 1,500 horsepower carbon machines!
Stunning car, the best engines, paint, tires, carbon fiber body, and leather, but there's is that "something" about the original that can never be replaced
Wow you guys did a incredible job 👍
My Brother had the 70 Road Runner and my Brother n law had the SS 396. They were both very fun and very fast, but I have always loved the body of the SS. I was younger but I got the 78 Trans Am. There is something about loving a vehicle that I understand. Today, I have a Model S Plaid.
I am a die hard fox body mustang guy, but you guys did an incredible job with that car. Hats off. Any chance of a 70 El Camino SS, or a 70 Nova SS ???
OMG, a '70 Nova!!!
Love It, would love to work on a car like that from start to finish!
finally, they are back with the legendary vintage exterior designs. That's what I want to see on the streets, not some boxes on wheels.
You can't beat the original cars.
Flawless execution. I don't think anyone else but you could have pulled this off. 1500 whp is insane. And the fact that it is streetable is makes it even better. Great job.
Wish GM would produce these. They really have dropped the ball on the Camero and basically a lot of their models.
Camaro is gone after this generation
It's always nice to see aftermarket places and such do to GM vehicles ,what GM SHOULD have done themselves from FACTORY
Absolutely love it !
😂
67 and 70 chevelle,with the 454 big block , is my favorite car 🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️
What a work of art, didn’t realise how much time n effort especially in-house to building this muscle car👍 I was thinking maybe one off build of using Holden VF ute n building into dream El Camino ute?
Finally a video where they show more of the car than they do the people talkin
