Few days ago I played against the normal AI instead of the extreme one in order to test a build order: I didn't even notice it until I got the achievement "victory against normal AI". I'm only 14xx, so clearly at the level of project belgium the skill of the AI doesn't matter.

How would you rate this strategy for Lithuanians compared to Byzantines? Byzantines seems to have the better bonus for Feudal war (25% cheaper vs 10% faster moving) - is being able to click up faster (using 150 food bonus) enough to make it equal or even stronger?

in the long run byza would be better, like you said i would value -25% on skirms and spears more than the movement speed. The 3 best civs for this strat are prob byza,lithuanians and huns

Lith is all about having the army faster. The +150 is huge to enable 19pop, and the early army will be better thx to mobility.
Byz bonuses do take over in the very long run but this is a rush.

How does this strat do against a feudal man at arms strat?

Probably not amazing, but you can at least out-run their man at arms (except Celts ofc)

You will have units out before they get man at arms since you will be up quicker. you can just ran around until you have 4 skrims and spears and then engage with your army+fwd vills and should be an easy cleanup.

it could yeah. depends on how good both of you scout. you can always avoid the drush and run around and then build ur fwd. Wall in ur res at home and you are safe

I'v beaten nicov with this. problem is that maa can counter this. It works mainly vs scout civs
