Today we are focusing on gentle yoga exercise with deep breath flow. Sometimes it is very important to be very soft and gentle with your own body. Because more you will accept the current state of your physical body and allow your breath to work silently faster. You will see the results. in today’s class, we are focusing on hip opening posture, but with gentle efforts, we also practising Bhramari Pranayam in each posture which gives extra support towards your flexibility. Bramley Pranayam increases the Pranic flow in body and helps body to be energised.

Thank you guruji, it's been 16 days and my periods became normal ❤ it feels like my system got corrected, I am getting good sleep as am free of tension. Even if I dance so hard and get tired also I won't sleep but yoga and meditation has made me get sound sleep. Thank you ❤
