    What a beautiful experience thank you so much. I came here to start 21 days challenge as part of my morning dance stretching routine but now it feels like i came here for something more, i came here for my soul, to give justice to my soul and body and feel myself more with the universe.     Best Yoga teacher, period. Than you so much 😊. I sit working for long time and my lower back is killing me. This exercise is just not easy. But I feel so relieved of my lower back when I finish it.

    Hi, thank you for the video. Your explanations are so great and detailed. But there are just too many ads, literally every 3-4 minutes :( I feel it completely defeats the purpose if I have to keep getting up to come and skip the ad. If possible, please have ads just before the start and after the end of the practice. Thank you 🙏

    It was a very nice stretch on hips but I couldn't do as I have sevear stiffness and pdin is there in hip joints. But slowly slowly I will do practice. 🙏🙏
