Many yoga classes, they start asking us tod asanas, surya namaskara. But we cant do sin e joints simply dont allow. Your teaching first to make joints conducive and your precision in teaching is very very correct. 🙏🙏🙏

I thank you for the flexible joint video. I practice every morning. My 60 yr old joints and circulation are feeling much better. I am looking forward to a winter without the usual poor circulation (constant cold fingers and toes) and joint pain which has plagued me for a decade.
