Very nice beginner streches . I am doing yoga for past 1.5 years.If u do certain things regularly only you can enjoy the results. If the beginner follow this streches daily definitely we can see how much stiffness in body is relieved we can feel . Thank you this is amazing.. i am a runner suffering from ITB syndrome .. the pain hasnt gone completely but it has brought me back to my roots and i have started doing some yoga aasan like markat aasan etc ...
Now i plan to include yoga long with running in my fitness regime to hopefully have fitter life for as long as possible

Namaskar Prashant ji, I have a question. While I am doing some of the joints, I have a clicking sound coming from them which bothered me and I stopped. My question is whether there's an Ayurvedic medicine to smoothen such joints or should I keep doing these practices and eventually the joints will smoothen on their own & the sound will stop coming?

Please guide on yoga exercises for acid reflux for 6yr old. TQ. Love this 20 minute vedio. I am 77 yrs young. So slowly , slowly catch the rat.🤗
Ask the child mother to give lemon juice every morning in empty stomach. Don't add sugar or salt, just dilute it with water. It will heal , I am a living example. Note: Lemon is not acidic , it becomes fully alkaline after consumed as raw.

Prashantj first of all let me thank you for providing these insightful yoga videos.I am really impressed with your technical information for doing each movement to make it simple to understand. I have AS ankylosis spondylitis from last 7 years. Treatment is going on from many years and now I got some relax on pain. However my Body posture is impacted badly shoulders are down and I can not move my neck right and left and so on . Do you see anything which can help me to work on my posture back to normal.

Namaste I practise yoga regularly and have used ayurveda for many health issues sadly I cannot tolerate Ashwaghanda ,it causes immediate vomiting and diarrhoea, advise please, thank-you. I do suffer from IBS
