Very nice beginner streches . I am doing yoga for past 1.5 years.If u do certain things regularly only you can enjoy the results. If the beginner follow this streches daily definitely we can see how much stiffness in body is relieved we can feel . I have been suffering from hypothyroidism for the last few years, and I am trying to control it by practicing yoga. So, this is my humble request, please make a video on how to perform Ujjayi Pranayama in the right way. There are many tutorials available on youtube, but I am waiting for your to follow up. Namaskar Prashant ji, I have a question. While I am doing some of the joints, I have a clicking sound coming from them which bothered me and I stopped. My question is whether there's an Ayurvedic medicine to smoothen such joints or should I keep doing these practices and eventually the joints will smoothen on their own & the sound will stop coming?

Prashantj first of all let me thank you for providing these insightful yoga videos.I am really impressed with your technical information for doing each movement to make it simple to understand. I have AS ankylosis spondylitis from last 7 years. Treatment is going on from many years and now I got some relax on pain. However my Body posture is impacted badly shoulders are down and I can not move my neck right and left and so on . Do you see anything which can help me to work on my posture back to normal.
