Semolina Cake Recipe Soft & Delicious. depending on location semolina is known as rava or suji or sooji. Hence semolina cake is sometimes known as rava cake or suji cake. Due to coarse grain, this cake is popular in different region of the world. To make the cake softer, I have added milk after baking. To make it more delicious, desiccated coconut is added in the cake. Hope you enjoy!

Semolina cake
Dish 18cm x12cm
Ingredients
1 cup semolina
1 egg
A half cup suger
A quarter cup oil
1 tsp vannila essence
1 tsp baking powder
Whisk all together
Tgen add
A quarter cup dedicated coconut
Mix well
Add the mixture to the prepared dish greased and floured
Then add some raisins scattered al over the mixture
Bake it for 30 to 35 minutes on 160C or 320 F until golden.
Then add 1 cup of room temperature milk poured over the cake.letvit cool completely.tgen keep it in the refrigerator for one hour. I hope this helps anyone who will make it.greetings from dublin Patricia 🇮🇪
