Depends on where you're looking in Longs...I look at the darn flood maps so often my computer almost does it for me at this point LOL, so if you have concerns about a property or an area send me an email or a text or whatever you like and I'll double verify for you how and where it sits relative to the flood zones 😁👍
I miss upper SC coast so much. Little River has a special place in my heart.

Little River seems to be such an amazing town. Was looking to see if you had a video featuring what the city center and town amenities are, but could not find one? Did I overlook it? The neighborhood of Bridgewater would be my choice as I would not trust DR Horton to build a house for my dog. Their reputation out here in the West is very poor. I loved the Caribbean style home in Bridgewater, too! I am looking for a builder that would allow me to make some upgraded changes. Do you have a recommendation even if it's another neighborhood. Really enjoyed watching this video. Thanks so very much!
I've got a video in production that's going to show more of the "downtown" area (even though it's not huge, it's just the Little River waterfront). Revamping the entire shooting and editing process and it's taking a while but behind the scenes production is still producing and shooting is still shooting, I'll have it up for you guys as soon as I can 🤪!
Love Bridgewater and their home styles, they're in the process of starting a sister development right on the North Carolina line that also is going to be put on camera as soon as there's something worth putting on camera. Chesapeake homes does Bridgewater and I'm one of their top "outside" people. They'll definitely let you design whatever you want as long as you're building from scratch, but if there's a spec house in the process of being built they can't change much there because the county permitting won't let them. But you can absolutely option out whatever you want right out of the gate as long as the permitting isn't set in stone! 😁👍

Are there other new neighborhoods comparable to Bridgewater being developed by reputable builders? You have the best real estate videos on youtube - just love to watch what you create! Specifically speaking about Bridgewater, they have sold out of the cute single-story Caribbean homes and they're filling in the back sides of the development; however, they're in the process of building a new subdivision where they'll have more of those for you and it's right nearby 😊

Bridgewater or heather glen flood rating. Recommend one? Area?
I don't think either place has anything in a flood zone, but for each individual house I always always ALWAYS check. It's just a matter of what's right for you style and price wise 😊👍
I have lived here since 1991. Little River is nice, but too far away from everything.
