Fantastic Video !! Looking forward to the next one !!😊
Thank you Deb, next one should be total fire! 😁👍
Great informative video! Thank you for explaining about the water currents and how they affect the weather and potential hurricane landfalls.
That makes a lot of people feel a whole lot better when they realize that 😊
Lance this is the most comprehensive birds- eye view of any area I was ever interested in. Your video is full of useful data. I'm interested in purchasing a home in the Myrtle Beach area and your videos are a valuable resource. Keep the videos coming. I will reach out to you in the second half of 2024.
That is one of the nicest things anyone has ever said to me about this stuff, thank you Juno!! Happy I can help 😁👍
Great video! Very informative.
Y'all had a nice weekend up there? Been solid rain/clouds here lately
@@MangoHomes it was good. But would be better if we were at Myrtle Beach!
When the time is right it'll happen 😊
Hey Lance this video was a home run. I’ve never seen a video like this done before it gives plenty of information I’m very pleased with all the facts you supplied you even put your cursor over the lot that I own in Carolina in Forest keep up the good work.😊🎉
Now that I'm dialed in the next one will be 100% awesome!!
Watching now very well done 👍
I think I talk too much sometimes 🤣, think I got it dialed in now though. Part 2 is going to be fire!
You're doing fine! I've been looking for several years in the area and more info I get the better 👍 We'll be down for a couple weeks in September hopefully we can meet. You keep up the good work 😎
🫡 aye aye Cap'n!
My gosh, your videos are so helpful.😎Thank you!
Thank you! Happy to help 🙂👍
If you like that style of video, I'm working on a neighborhood-centric one literally right now that will debut tomorrow!!
❤this is the BEST regards real estate learning tool for me to learn more about Myrtle Beach...thank you!
Thanks ZZ, happy you're getting something out of it! There's a LOT there, best to digest in chunks 😂!!
Will do an in depth version of those vids in each suburb/area as time moves on, so if there's any place you'd like to see first let me know and I'll see if I can't get it in sooner rather than later 😁👍
@@MangoHomes ...ton of questions about buying in Myrtle Beach. Will watch all 3 videos before I give you a call!
That's 60 mi worth of beach information!! Grab a frosty cold adult beverage, some healthy snacks, and a super comfy chair because it's going to be a bit 🤣😁👍
This is great Lance ! A new, more in-depth look at Myrtle Beach! Especially helpful for those folks that haven’t been to MB yet but are considering a move! Well done Lance!
The place that you guys are looking at, it borders one of those Carolina bays which is so utterly and totally cool
That is sooo cool ! Hey we also heard you can literally take your bike from Carolina Forest, ride through DR The Parks, and there’s a trail ??? That takes you all the way to the ocean ?? So awesome ! Not that we’re going to go with The Parks, but, good to know.
There's a trail that runs the entire length of Carolina Forest, I don't know about making its way to the ocean though. That would require a glass of wine and a little bit of time on Google maps to figure out 😂
Just for giggles was in Google Earth looking, the problem is is you have to get across the intracoastal waterway. Technically you can do it, but from the subdivision y'all are looking at it would be a 10 mile ride one way just to get to the inter coastal waterway and then have to climb the bridge. There's a bike lane there kind of but I wouldn't trust it...!! Then you have to weave through a bunch of back roads to get to the beach but I mean technically you could do it...but would you WANT to do it 😂😂😂?!?
@@MangoHomes yeah ummmm nope ! Lmao !!
Great video!! You now have a new subscriber 👍👍
Thank you! If you have any questions I'm here for you. 😁👍
Great idea and well spoken, just bought a new build home in Arcadia yesterday, wish I found you prior!
Well you still might bump into me, I live right down the street from Arcadia 🤣🤣🤣
Happy you enjoyed the video, welcome to Myrtle Beach!!
Also, the Carolina bays deserve a visit when we move there at the end of the month.
When I was a kid I think I'd have the gumption to go in there, I would do it now but I'd want rubber collages up to my knees lol God knows what's in there...!!
What part of the beach are you moving to? It might be near one of those Bays
Wow, learning more and more from you. Thanks so much!! I didn't know there were all the large amounts of wetlands there. Good to know about the "cul-de-sac" preventing a lot of hurricanes. Do you know why they created the man-made intercoastal coming all the way from New England? I've been in the desert for the last 30 years and don't know these things 😂
Well if you're in the desert this is the exact opposite of where you are lol! And from what I understand the intracoastal was created as kind of a highway for boats that weren't necessarily ocean worthy or couldn't handle the open sea traveling up and down country ⛵😊🌴
@@MangoHomes Oh wow ok, so that is intracoastal not intercoastal. Still learning, lol. Yeh, I'm so tired of the desert, I get excited when I see green. All I see is brown out here and boring looking birds. I'm gonna love it there!!
You will 🌴😎🌊!!
Very informative! Been looking at homes on maps and noticed those round areas. Now I know what they are. I need to book a trip to come look around. very cool.
Happy you got something out of it! Just released part 2 of this series by the way, it gets into the neighborhood level. Super informative! Thank you for watching Dave 🙂👍
