For the City of myrtle beach the old train line running down from the intercostal waterway to the city train depot by the redevelopment zone - the land is being fought over. Private tourist train ride as one idea and a city run project. The county and the city need a green way for bicycles, golf carts and pedestrians. I don't know of any overpass of the intercostal which is designed for non cars/truck. There is Greenway by the YMCA and not sure if plans to connect the path with the The Hulk - Horry County Bike & Run Park. The city also needs better access for bike or cart from market common and 29th Ave south to myrtle beach state park. That intersection. By South end of city on kings highway is not pedestrian safe especially in the evening.

Route 501 has had the same orange and white construction barrels for the last 6 years. It's a horrible road. It has been overdevloped right outside city mbeach limits for property taxes. 501 has these left turn (no traffic light) and it's a death accident waiting to happen. It's the only road for evacuation onto. Horry County and scdot doing nothing.
501 does indeed suck sometimes. I had an entire section on roads that I cut out of the video series because it was already so full of stuff. Wonder if anybody could get anything out of a short video on the roads?

Your figures are way off about the Del Web. You can get a villa in there for like 3 1/4.💁🏻♂️
