Thank you so much!! For months I’ve been trying to figure out my Comcast email issue and the minute I enabled Third Party Access Security as you described everything started working.

@@HelpCloud I am, I never do anything on my phone other than Ebay when I am scanning something to resell, or checking on offers.

Will they limit the size of the email storage? Meaning after I cancel my Xfinity services, will the attachments in the old emails still be there?

Can anyone tell me why I receive 30 to 40 SPAM CALLS everyday. How do turn it off, short of changing my provider?

Thank you. I was able to log in and see my emails, but I could not see all my folders that I had created earlier. I do see them on the website though. Can you please guide me to link my folders?

I've paid for Xfinity internet for the past five years, I pay for 100mbps and it's never above 30mbps unless I call and complain, then it's around 100mbps for a day or 2, and back to 30. I've called about this no less than a dozen times over the past 2 years... and the last two times they scheduled a technician to come out where I had to be home for a 2-3 hour window, and both times the technician didn't show up, didn't call, didn't care. Comcast is the most awful atrocity of customer service on the planet. Last time I spoke with them, their suggestion was that I pay more for faster speeds and lock into a 3 year contract with them. Why would I pay for faster speeds when you only give me 33% of the speed I'm currently paying for?

Comcast and other ISPs are known to throttle your speeds. You could try a VPN service to hide your traffic.

You can access your email via the web browser on your phone. Or you can setup the mail app on your phone with your email.

@@HelpCloud Thanks, bud. Going to Comcast via a web browser is pretty clunky and the mail app on the phone takes me to my Gmail. I can’t figure out how to direct it to Comcast.
