    No good for a foot bar that doesn’t lock

      Hi Briony, you're absolutely right. Unfortunately there is no way around it or modification. I wish all reformers have locking foot bars! Hope to see you soon for a new workout anyways. 😘😘🌹

    Can we do Pilates daily or we need to give "rest" to muscles like conventional exercises.

      After exercising a specific muscle group, let it rest for one to two days. This gives your muscles a chance to repair and heal. You can train different muscles. Be sure to work opposing muscles to keep your body balanced.❤️
