Okay wow. I’ve done this 5 days straight already. And I’ve already noticed significant changes. The 11 line ab is showing and my stomach is looking a lot more toned. I’ve already lost 5 pounds I’ve been doing this and her slimmer leg workout.

Doing this workout for 2 weeks!! Day 1:I can tell you that this is NOT beginner friendly😢, but for me it was pretty easy to do, I wasn't sweating that much nor struggling. You can feel the burn from this workout and even though I haven't gotten results yet (ofcourse) I can feel my abs tightening, it's going pretty good honestly! Like to remind me!

Did this for a week , morning and night plus cardio and gotta say I've graduated from this , no longer feel that sour pain so Iam Gona up the intensity. The results: definitely more toned and defined abs but the most noticeable difference is the strength I have in my core now , the exercise that I usually have a hard time doing are like simple walks in the park . You probably won't get rock hard full on abs with this workout alone but you gotta stay constant and not do it for only 3 or 4 days and call it quits .

im 5'1, 128 pounds. my goal is to gain strength (without too much muscle) and bring myself down to 110ibs-115ibs. i will be doing this workout for one month (including break days to prevent damaging my muscles) alongside a slimming leg workout, arm strength/fat reduction workout, and fat loss yoga. i will keep updating until i finish 😊🫶🏻 day1: hello!! i am very sorry for not starting. i started my period and got soo busy. i did it last night though!! in total i spent around an hour and 15mins working out. i was BEAT afterwords 😂🫶🏻 for this workout specifically: i 100% felt the burn and it was NICE! 🥰 i typically work out before my nighttime shower because i feel like it works better (for myself, everyone is different with their schedules, bodies, etc!). id give it a try if i were you!! 😊🫶🏻 day 2: break day! still doing yoga today though. im not sore, but that's probably because i slept for 12 hours 😅 also, im only eating a small semi-healthy breakfast and whatever im being served for dinner. i cut out snacks yesterday as well, and im going to keep doing that. remember that you need food though! your body can't work without it 🫶🏻
Surely you can’t gain strength without muscle as your strength comes from muscle. If you want to be ‘lean’ then you need to eat less. If you look at Lilly she is pure muscle, she just has barely any % of fat, so is lean with it.
like my comment to remind me! day 1 ✅: burned!! some burned more than others day 2 ✅: my core is already feeling tighter, i'm able to thug out the reps longer than i was able to yesterday day 3 ❌: super busy today :( day 4 ✅: did it twice to make up for yesterday day 5 ✅ day 6 ✅ day 7 ✅: noticing changes in my stomach omg! i can see the 11 line day 8 ❌: busy again :( day 9 ❌ feeling really unmotivated.. i might quit 😕 day 10 ❌ day 11 ✅: bounced back today! ate really healthy and disciplined myself to do the workout day 12 ✅: doing a lot better! did it a few times today day 13 ✅ great! my 11 line is coming back again :) day 14 ✅ last day woo! feeling super accomplished and im excited to weigh in MY THOUGHTS ON THIS WORKOUT (After completing) - Okay! 1000% recommend this workout. My starting weight was 58.5kg and i've plummeted down to 54.2kg (but please do note during this time frame i've been eating in a calorie deficit.) i'm super proud of myself for never giving up no matter how much i wanted to, this challenge showed me that even if you miss a few days, what matters the most is that you get back up and keep pushing instead of quitting altogether as for the results! WOW! i can just say i am absolutely amazed by the visible 11 line i have on my abs now (i would show pictures if i could) not to mention i feel so much stronger not just externally but internally, and on the last day (day 14), i was able to get through the entire workout without stopping or pausing once! so all in all i would 100% recommend this if you're looking for something simple to keep you motivated and if you're looking for quick results. thank you lilly sabri!!!!!

Day 1: ✅ Hard but not super difficult. Immediately felt sore in my core, thighs and arms after. Gave me energy. (weighed in at 148 lbs, horrible bloating)
Day 2: ✅ Core was sore even before workout. Workout seemed easier and faster today.
Day 3: ❌
Day 4: ✅ Doing the workout twice to make up for the previous day. Felt much harder to do even during the first session.
Day 5: ✅ Less hard than day 4, noticed way less bloating.

I’m doing this for 2 weeks, my weight is 123.5 I wanna see a smaller waist and stomach, my goal is 110
Day 1- it was okay it was kinda hard
Day 2- I felt the burn and I already feel good about myself
Day 3- I’m not as bloated as I usually am and I’m starting to see some results but not that much
I skipped 2 days since I was very busy but after doing the workout for 3 days I was getting less bloated and had a slightly slimmer waist

Did this for a week , morning and night plus cardio and gotta say I've graduated from this , no longer feel that sour pain so Iam Gona up the intensity. The results: definitely more toned and defined abs but the most noticeable difference is the strength I have in my core now , the exercise that I usually have a hard time doing are like simple walks in the park . You probably won't get rock hard full on abs with this workout alone but you gotta stay constant and not do it for only 3 or 4 days and call it quits .

Please bear with me, I’m one year postpartum looking to slim down and possibly tone a little bit. I haven’t exercised since before my pregnancy.
Starting date: September 20, 2024
Starting weight: 139.8 lbs (I’m 5’4 and 21 y/o btw)
No diet, but I cook everything homemade if that counts for anything?
Day one: ✅ Very difficult but I kept up very well.
Day two: ✅ A little sore today but the exercises felt so simple compared to yesterday. Post workout weight- 139.3
Day three: ❌ sorry I didn’t do it today yall. I had such a terrible migraine I was feeling sick from it. I’ll double the routine tomorrow!
Day four:❌ I was exhausted from work so I skipped out. I’ll double down!
Day five: ✅138.6 lbs pre workout weight. I did the routine twice today and my goodness AHHH. Anyway, I feel like I’m slowly seeing something happen even tho I wasn’t up to it the last couple days I’ve noticed a slight improvement in the way my waist looks I’m starting to see those 11? Lines idk what they’re called lol. Anyway I’m going to do this routine twice tomorrow to make up for the other day I didn’t do it :)
Day six:✅ 139.3 lbs. I did lilys 8 minute lower ab Pilates before doing this routine and omg i was burning up so bad I was really struggling to keep up but I did it yall! My weight seems to fluctuate and I have seen very very slight changes but i definitely feel stronger in my core more than I did day one.

day1: hello!! i am very sorry for not starting. i started my period and got soo busy. i did it last night though!! in total i spent around an hour and 15mins working out. i was BEAT afterwords 😂🫶🏻
for this workout specifically: i 100% felt the burn and it was NICE! 🥰 i typically work out before my nighttime shower because i feel like it works better (for myself, everyone is different with their schedules, bodies, etc!). id give it a try if i were you!! 😊🫶🏻
day 2: break day! still doing yoga today though. im not sore, but that's probably because i slept for 12 hours 😅 also, im only eating a small semi-healthy breakfast and whatever im being served for dinner. i cut out snacks yesterday as well, and im going to keep doing that. remember that you need food though! your body can't work without it 🫶🏻
Surely you can’t gain strength without muscle as your strength comes from muscle. If you want to be ‘lean’ then you need to eat less. If you look at Lilly she is pure muscle, she just has barely any % of fat, so is lean with it.

Okay! 1000% recommend this workout. My starting weight was 58.5kg and i've plummeted down to 54.2kg (but please do note during this time frame i've been eating in a calorie deficit.) i'm super proud of myself for never giving up no matter how much i wanted to, this challenge showed me that even if you miss a few days, what matters the most is that you get back up and keep pushing instead of quitting altogether
as for the results! WOW! i can just say i am absolutely amazed by the visible 11 line i have on my abs now (i would show pictures if i could) not to mention i feel so much stronger not just externally but internally, and on the last day (day 14), i was able to get through the entire workout without stopping or pausing once!
so all in all i would 100% recommend this if you're looking for something simple to keep you motivated and if you're looking for quick results. thank you lilly sabri!!!!!
