    Okay wow. I’ve done this 5 days straight already. And I’ve already noticed significant changes. The 11 line ab is showing and my stomach is looking a lot more toned. I’ve already lost 5 pounds I’ve been doing this and her slimmer leg workout.

      The diet should be
      High fiber like green leafy vegetables
      sweet potato
      Granola and oatmeal
      Avoid saturated fats
      eat low fat foods like lean meats
      I don't eat chicken skin and use peanut oil for cooking
      Olive oil for vegetable salad
      low in sugar avoiding cake
      sweet chocolate fruit juices
      soft drink and desserts
      Lessen carbohydrates intake
      like a cup of rice or 2 to 3 slices whole wheat bread
      eat healthy nuts and seeds
      Fruits like
      Lemon
      Guyabano
      Apple
      Pears
      Pineapple
      Avocado
      Kiwi and Tomato
      Avoid eating pizza and ice cream
      I exercise first ( upper and lower body )
      then eat fruits before having proper meals
      drinking a cup of black brewed coffee daily
      One glass of Anlene milk
      and 7 to 8 glasses of water a day
      My vitamins are taken alternately
      B-complex
      Vit. E
      Vit. C
      Ferrous sulfate
      Centrum capsule
      Calcium with vitamin D if no Anlene milk
      I was born in the year 1969
      with 3 professional children
      and a waistline of 28 inches 😃

    Doing this workout for 2 weeks!!
    Day 1:I can tell you that this is NOT beginner friendly😢, but for me it was pretty easy to do, I wasn't sweating that much nor struggling. You can feel the burn from this workout and even though I haven't gotten results yet (ofcourse) I can feel my abs tightening, it's going pretty good honestly!
    Like to remind me!

      It's not up to me to tell you what to do, but taking 2 - 3 day breaks between each muscle group gives your body time to heal and repair/grow your muscles

    what the flip this does work . I’ve been doing this for a week now and my bloating has decreased so much and my waist looks smaller . def give this a try . I also did some cardio and other workouts .

    Doing this for fun. I haven’t trained before, spend most my days in bed. Time for a life change.
    Day 1: ✅ Stomach was BURNING at the end. Pushed throught without any pauses but find myself forgetting to breathe. Gotta keep working on that

    day 1 : 13/08/24 (you already feel it after the work out)
    day 2 : rest (even you didn't workout you also feel it🤣)
    day 3 : 15/08/24 (you feel that your muscle is tighten up lol)
    *just wanna keep pushing myself to do this 7 days continuously even I can't but I'm tryin - let's see how many days I'd keep going :)

    Day 1:✅ almost died doing some of the exercises but oh well
    Day 2:✅ was really tired but did it anyway,i can't see much of a change yet
    Day 3:✅ felt better than previous days,my upper abdomen is getting hard

    I’m doing this for 2 weeks, my weight is 123.5 I wanna see a smaller waist and stomach, my goal is 110
    Day 1- it was okay it was kinda hard
    Day 2- I felt the burn and I already feel good about myself
    Day 3- I’m not as bloated as I usually am and I’m starting to see some results but not that much
    I skipped 2 days since I was very busy but after doing the workout for 3 days I was getting less bloated and had a slightly slimmer waist
    Day 4- it was very easy but burned

    Doing this work out for a little over two weeks & posting my progress! (Posting this comment while I’m already on day 8 lol)
    Day 1: ✅ Hard but not super difficult. Immediately felt sore in my core, thighs and arms after. Gave me energy. (weighed in at 148 lbs, horrible bloating)
    Day 2: ✅ Core was sore even before workout. Workout seemed easier and faster today.
    Day 3: ❌
    Day 4: ✅ Doing the workout twice to make up for the previous day. Felt much harder to do even during the first session.
    Day 5: ✅ Less hard than day 4, noticed way less bloating.

    I'm going to try this core workout, plus gym and treadmill
    Trying to keep my routine consistent and healthy.
    I'm 65kg now, but I'm not focusing on losing weight :D

    hi! i am trying to get abs (or maybe just a little muscle definition in my stomach) for the summer! i am mainly concentrating on my inner thighs, so i will only do this workout a few times a week. since i won’t be doing this everyday, it might take a little while, but i am okay with that! wish me luck!

      same girl! my main goal this summer is to build a booty, but that means eating excess calories and extra protein so i’m doing ab workouts every other day to help maintain a smaller stomach as i gain weight! i wish u luck in ur hot girl summer transformation

    I’ll do this for two weeks and tell y’all my results! Btw I try to reach 10k steps a day and I’m drinking no sugary drinks during this.
    Day 1-This was so fun, I loved it. Definitely felt my core during this.✅
    Day 2- Definitely harder than the first day, but still easy.✅
    Day 3- I skipped a few day because of how tight my schedule was🥲. Easy enough to do, I’ll do it a second time today after work.✅

    shred before school starts!! i’m gonna do this one and 2 other 5 minute workouts
    Day 1: ✅ done! i got so bored when finishing my last one but i did it!
    Day 2: ✅ i did this one, but forgot about my other two so it counts but i’m still disappointed
    Day 3: ✅ Done! almost forgot and did it right before bed
    Day 4: ✅ Doneeee!! Squeezed my little routine in right before heading to the store, seeing some toning happening!!!

    Please bear with me, I’m one year postpartum looking to slim down and possibly tone a little bit. I haven’t exercised since before my pregnancy.
    Starting date: September 20, 2024
    Starting weight: 139.8 lbs (I’m 5’4 and 21 y/o btw)
    No diet, but I cook everything homemade if that counts for anything?
    Day one: ✅ Very difficult but I kept up very well.
    Day two: ✅ A little sore today but the exercises felt so simple compared to yesterday. Post workout weight- 139.3
    Day three: ❌ sorry I didn’t do it today yall. I had such a terrible migraine I was feeling sick from it. I’ll double the routine tomorrow!
    Day four:❌ I was exhausted from work so I skipped out. I’ll double down!
    Day five: ✅138.6 lbs pre workout weight. I did the routine twice today and my goodness AHHH. Anyway, I feel like I’m slowly seeing something happen even tho I wasn’t up to it the last couple days I’ve noticed a slight improvement in the way my waist looks I’m starting to see those 11? Lines idk what they’re called lol. Anyway I’m going to do this routine twice tomorrow to make up for the other day I didn’t do it :)
    Day six:✅ 139.3 lbs. I did lilys 8 minute lower ab Pilates before doing this routine and omg i was burning up so bad I was really struggling to keep up but I did it yall! My weight seems to fluctuate and I have seen very very slight changes but i definitely feel stronger in my core more than I did day one.

    im 5'1, 128 pounds. my goal is to gain strength (without too much muscle) and bring myself down to 110ibs-115ibs. i will be doing this workout for one month (including break days to prevent damaging my muscles) alongside a slimming leg workout, arm strength/fat reduction workout, and fat loss yoga. i will keep updating until i finish 😊🫶🏻
    day1: hello!! i am very sorry for not starting. i started my period and got soo busy. i did it last night though!! in total i spent around an hour and 15mins working out. i was BEAT afterwords 😂🫶🏻
    for this workout specifically: i 100% felt the burn and it was NICE! 🥰 i typically work out before my nighttime shower because i feel like it works better (for myself, everyone is different with their schedules, bodies, etc!). id give it a try if i were you!! 😊🫶🏻
    day 2: break day! still doing yoga today though. im not sore, but that's probably because i slept for 12 hours 😅 also, im only eating a small semi-healthy breakfast and whatever im being served for dinner. i cut out snacks yesterday as well, and im going to keep doing that. remember that you need food though! your body can't work without it 🫶🏻

      Surely you can’t gain strength without muscle as your strength comes from muscle. If you want to be ‘lean’ then you need to eat less. If you look at Lilly she is pure muscle, she just has barely any % of fat, so is lean with it.

    day 1 ✅: burned!! some burned more than others
    day 2 ✅: my core is already feeling tighter, i'm able to thug out the reps longer than i was able to yesterday
    day 3 ❌: super busy today :(
    day 4 ✅: did it twice to make up for yesterday
    day 5 ✅
    day 6 ✅
    day 7 ✅: noticing changes in my stomach omg! i can see the 11 line
    day 8 ❌: busy again :(
    day 9 ❌ feeling really unmotivated.. i might quit 😕
    day 10 ❌
    day 11 ✅: bounced back today! ate really healthy and disciplined myself to do the workout
    day 12 ✅: doing a lot better! did it a few times today
    day 13 ✅ great! my 11 line is coming back again :)
    day 14 ✅ last day woo! feeling super accomplished and im excited to weigh in
    MY THOUGHTS ON THIS WORKOUT (After completing)

    Okay! 1000% recommend this workout. My starting weight was 58.5kg and i've plummeted down to 54.2kg (but please do note during this time frame i've been eating in a calorie deficit.) i'm super proud of myself for never giving up no matter how much i wanted to, this challenge showed me that even if you miss a few days, what matters the most is that you get back up and keep pushing instead of quitting altogether
    as for the results! WOW! i can just say i am absolutely amazed by the visible 11 line i have on my abs now (i would show pictures if i could) not to mention i feel so much stronger not just externally but internally, and on the last day (day 14), i was able to get through the entire workout without stopping or pausing once!
    so all in all i would 100% recommend this if you're looking for something simple to keep you motivated and if you're looking for quick results. thank you lilly sabri!!!!!

    doing this until i see changes 😄 ! im 5’3 at 140 pounds (i also do dances sometimes out the weeks to help with weight)
    Day 1 - isn’t too much, great for if you feel stuffed and need to feel “loose” but none of these workouts were -too unbearable!

    hellooo so ive been doing this for 2 days and ill update everyday and like on the 3rd of april i started with shirlyn kim and it gave me a flat stomach but did not slim ny waist so i decided to switch to this anyway
    im 15
    weight :80kgs
    height:167cm
    waist:80cm
    day1:✅was on my period so i threw up and it was super hard
    day 2:✅didnt throw up but was still pretty hard
    day 3:❌i wasnt able to do it+its goo to take rest days
    day 4:✅btw like so i can come back and update cz ny comments always get lost😭
    day 5:✅this is not getting any easier and my waist is still 81cm
    day 6:✅
    day 7:❌my waisr bexame 83cm im gonna cry.
    day 8:✅im gonna start to take rest day cz i think that why my waist is expending
    day 9: im gonna switch to another workout but from the 3rd till now i have lost 2kgs so that good
