Indeed, and Latif is so humble in spite of his brilliance; the kindest person ever! We love him so much!
Assalaam Alaikum this Lisa husband Ridhwan I had lost my parents when I was very young so couldn't remember how she made the amazing curry and dishes I thought my curries were good but you have shown me how to cook properly and now my food is excellent thank you may Allah SWT shower you with His blessings and protection, and all your family inshallah. Ameen bro Ridhwan from Oldham
Why would anyone give it a thumbs down?? Probably vegetarians.... dont worry our chef Latif has catered for vegetarians dishes too, pls look at his other vids! Dont forget to like share and subscribe!lol
They're Australians and it's a thumbs up!
In post war Britain, mutton stew, was a cheap meal for the family, and if your mum didn't know how to cook it, and remove the fat, it was really sickening. I think that may be the reason for the thumbs down.
We hear Mum in the background...Tell her we love her here!!
Us bengalis actually eat like kings! So glad to be begali and eat this superior mouthwatering food every day!
Kings of the ocean maybe yeah. Nuttin but Fish is all yaal eat.
@@AL1KH4N gtfo of here you unseasoned little freshi yute. Your mum probably cook shit food anyway. Its that bad I bet you just eat plain boiled rice.
AL1KH4N geeza all you guys ever do is eat sabzi, daal & roti at home and if your lucky some meat too your weekly shopping on food for a family of 10 is equivalent to a £tenna hence why you guys always eating out at the local chippys mummy and daddy never learned how to cook proper food and the fish thing my bro the fish prices is almost half your weekly rent. we rather eat good then eat like pudhus 🤣
@@Do-kk7zu mate you would eat fish for breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner. All day every day and 365 days of the year.
So as your name suggests you can do1!
@@KarnageBlaze eat fish bro, you lot probably have a fishy bubble bath and cover your bodies with fish oil.
That looks just amazing!! Love the little tips and tricks you give throughout the vid.Think they make ALL the difference when us amature cooks are trying make these wonderful dishes!
When I first started eating curries back in the early 70's I began with biriyiani's. I've never made a Biriyiani before so looking forward to doing so soon. Tonight having your Tika chicken with with your mushroom Bhajee, chapatis and salad. Lovin it, and spreading the word wherever I go, I think the local Asian shop is seeing a big increase in spice sales. lol
Hi Latif, thank you for keeping these videos coming our way, your recipes are the best. I see your mum is not letting you make a mess of her cooker like you do in the restaurant !! She must enjoy your company at this time.

This looks amazing can’t wait to try it. Must look out for that rice.. I’ve noticed a big variation in basmati rices I’ve bought and currently try to find aged basmati. I really like the long grains.
One question is I’d really like to find one of those cast iron pots like the one in this video.. where would you recommend looking to purchase one please?
Bit late but Lidl have them in quite often for cheap but tkmaxx/ home sense are a good place to have a look
Very good dish I'm going to try it

Us Canadians need you here! We need that flava, we are the more adventurous if you want to compare, hence why we are here!
This looks delicious! It’s very similar to a dish we make here in Trinidad called pelau. It’s pronounced the same way you pronounced it. It’s made like this but with coconut milk instead of yogurt. ❤️
that's because of the south Indian influence in Guyana and Trini the coconut milk.
I’m actually delighted your doing more home videos your tips are A1 👌🏽
Thanks brother it looks delicious
this looks amazing, another new ingredient [shahi jeera] to get
Nice 👍
