How do you make the in house masala sauce? What gives it the redmess?
i thought it was part of the biriyani recipe. I'll look out for your chicken tikka recipe. The redness looks wonderful and spicy at the same time.

Hello. It kinda sounds you always say «whish me luck» whilst putting anything in the pan, but than again not. What is it you’re saying, and if not english; what does it mean? 😊🙏
Who had that piece of chop??

Amazing Lamb biriyani. I am from Hong Kong, can you please tell me whereabout is your restaurant in UK? Would like to visit if I have a chance. Thank you. happy cooking.
Alsager, Stoke on Trent
The full address and postcode are in the video description above.
It is well worth a visit.
How many people would this feed?
6-8 adults
Do a dedicated built from scratch Naga biryani recipe.
i m urs indian father, hyderabadi biryani is best in the world
Please do easy fulab recpie and easy food for ifatri and consider the cost of living crisis Ramadan Mubarak
Is this mutton - sheep, or mutton - goat? I ask because lamb is from young sheep, mutton is from older sheep, however some cultures call goat meat mutton.
Latif bhai please do easy chicken fulab I want to make for iftar and Eid Inshallah I want my children to taste bengali foods used Pakistani cuisine dad is Pakistani so Bern cooking alot of Pakistani food my family Syleti Busnath
**my Bangladeshi born & Bred husband does not like Nido in anything else but tea when in Bangladesh**😊
Another hot famous bengali dish. Latif ur bangla raw 😅
What cut of Mutton is best for this? Shoulder, leg neck?
**We have East End Butter Ghee**
Yo!

You have used the raw spoon and put it in the salt at 2:28
Ramadhān Mubārak
Ramadan Mubarak to you too. Barak Allahu Feekum
Please may I come and work for you?😊
This looking good but you have to learn Indian hydarabad biryani
An absolute work of art. Compare this with how they feed the staff in McDonald’s!
Also, is a good 20 minutes in the oven different to a bad 20 minutes? 😂
Nice Pulao, wish I was one of the staff....lol.
To make a quick staff Pulao, just pre-boil the meat on a slow heat for 1-2 hours , then separate the meat and stock and carry on as you did here. It will save you a lot of time and effort.
staff curry if your ever looking for a dish washer give me a call
This is not a biryani but a mutton yakhni pilau
