    Ingredients list for staff curry
    2.5 kg chicken
    10 tbs oil
    1 tbsp punch phoron
    3-4 bay leaf tez pata
    2 cassia bark (cinnamon)
    8-10 Cardimon
    2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    1 tbsp garlic paste
    2 onion
    3 tomato
    1/2 green pepper
    Sprinkle fresh coriander
    4-5 slices Shatkora
    10-12 green chilli
    Coriander for garnish
    Water
    Spices:
    2 tbsp cooking salt
    2 tbsp chilli powder (extra hot)
    2 tbsp curry powder
    3 tbsp coriander powder
    2 tbsp cumin powder
    3/4 tbsp turmeric powder
    1 tbsp dried kasoori Methi
