Mr. Latif, could you teach us how to make that salad? Also, have you ever tried using kiwi paste to soften lamb chops? Blend kiwi into a paste, mix it with the chops, and add other general ingredients. This is the first challenge you received from a fan. I challenge you to make a video about it. Let's find out if it's a better way to tenderize the chops. Looking forward to the salad video with the kiwi paste lamb chops experiment.
Ooh. Never tried kiwi as a tenderiser
Didn't know you can use kiwi as meat tenderiser !! Always used papaya but it's too expensive. Will try kiwi next time. Thanks
@@MultiJam1993 Certainly, blend the kiwi, mix it with spices, and marinate the lamb with it. You'll notice how tender it becomes. Mr Latif, are you gonna make that video, or are you afraid to take tips from a non-chef? Lol
Latif, let's go! We've got the most likes on his comment. People are eager to see the experiment. I've had trouble tenderising my lamb chops, so let's test Noah's theory of using kiwi to tenderise them.
@@LatifsInspiredpapaya paste is a life hack on lamb bro 👀
this are my favourite vids of yours at your own restaurant
Thank you
Can I please work for you ? I will not charge, all I want is the food at the end of the night!
lol. Many offered
INDIAN aren't you from Bangladesh... if so your not indian ... QA please
Everyone knows this type of food as Indian however it’s complicated trying to explain so most times we just say Indian!!!
Your friend was so friendly and helpful when we visited your restaurant. Amazing food too! ❤
Thank you. I’ll make him read this!
That Madras, you cooked it so quickly, every other recipe I have seen, seems so unnecessarily complicated.
Enjoyed watching this particular video
Good stuff 😊
Thank you so much
@@LatifsInspired love watching your videos 😊
Latif is seriously missing a trick here!!! 🤣 🤣 These late night after hours videos of sneeky staff curries need posting to Only Fans - not YT! 🤣🤣🤣!!! Bismilah! "Lock in" and "open bar" in a pub doesn't appeal to me nearly 1/10th as much as the prospect of a "Lock In at Latifs!"
Seriously though brother - you should consider doing some sort of promo / competition open to subscribers for a "Lock In at Latifs" - could generate some extra interest in the channel and the Restaurant! 😁😁 Either which way, your a good man with banging recipes!!
Bless you ❤️
Looks like it tastes wonderful. But, man, you've got to do something about those 'lamb chops' - those are the sad, pitiful, lamb wafers the likes of Tesco, Sainsbury's and Aldi flog you! Go to a decent REAL butcher and get some Barnsley chops. Do the dish some real justice!
Thanks for the tips!
I’m curious. I’m watching this, having just watched a chicken Yakhani dish, and in both you’re making a stock from the proteins which you on to use in the main dish.
I’d have thought that the meats would lose some of their flavour to the stock, so how much is ‘lost’ from the final meat itself?
No doesn’t lose all the flavour. It’s like if you cook a curry the gray or the stew takes a huge amount of the flavour however the meat still holds flavour.
I was wondering when you said the lamb chops didn’t have enough fat,you said someone else went to the butcher,so don’t you just call the meat provider the night before, and have them deliver in the morning.Thats how it works here in NY,I shared your last home style recipe with a Bangladeshi friend from Comilla,he like your recipe a lot.
Wow! Yes they normally deliver however we the staff just wanted to eat
way too much sugar for the shemai!! also try adding evaporated milk elevates the flavour.....
Yes, we like dessert to be sweet lol!
Hi Latif. Can you visit a Sri Lankan restaurant at some point, or even try and cook a Sri Lankan dish? Devilled mutton or chicken is delicious with roti 😊
Yes love Sri Lankan food
Chutney recipe, please!
Will upload soon
Not sure if this is true. I have heard Indian food in England is better than India 🇮🇳.
British Asian food is a lot better in my opinion
@LatifsInspired *Can you cook more vegetables & lentil recipes, you focus so much on meat & fish that I & other veggie loving viewers are not interested in your channel*
Sorry - veggie so didn't enjoy this one! But love the channel and hope to visit the restaurant when in the area.
Please do!
I can't stop making tandoori chicken since I watched you make it, it's so gorgeous
Ooh lovely
@@LatifsInspiredmate if you have that biryani to a Pakistani or a Indian !! You probably get a beating 😂 but understand your clientele is mainly English people, who have no idea of what the real dishes are supposed to taste like
I’m going to visit your restaurant this year. It will be bit of a journey from South Wales but it’s a must-do journey for this curry addict. I’ve made so many of your recipes over the years I’d be able to help out in the kitchen. Lol Best wishes to you and all your staff. Doniobad /diolch/thank you.
Bless you. Look forward to seeing you
Hello, chef, I prepared your rice dish - the one with the lamb stock. Although, instead of lamb I used chicken stock. It was so amazing! For now on my rice will be much more flavorful. Thank you, I appreciate your channel.
Great 👍
Asalaamu'Alaikum bhai, hope you and family are well Insha'Allah. Just wanted some advice, I'll be starting my own home cooked food business soon Insha'Allah. But I struggle with bulk cooking. If I want to double/triple my recipe. Do I add double/triple amount of the salt/spices used initially? I've been making them all by scratch as I have a fear of it not tasting the same if I double or triple my salt/spices.
Can you please repeat what is on your salad plate please Latif
Red onion, vine tomatoes etc
Just loved that one, I am pressure cooking a lamb shank in your base gravy just for me, my missis is away. You guys blow me away!
Coming to Alsager end of May - get ready!
Would you and the guys like a couple of rabbits?
Wots the green accompaniment at the end,, mint? Fab vlog my friend as always, u leave me dribbling😊
Green Chutney
Mr.Latif, while cooking lamb palov, you didn’t mention how long you have to cook on fire before putting in the oven, number 2, how high tue flame should be, number three what temperature for the oven. Thank you
Can I be a guest and film your amazing work in the kitchen one day? lol Just a poor Welshman wanting to learn your secrets!:)
Sat at work on my break drooling to this right now. Deffo going to make some lamb chops like this on the BBQ this weekend if the weather stays nice. If not, grill it is. Big up yourself Latif
Yes please put the recipe on, I love your cooking and
have tried most of them it’s very occasionally we go to a Indian restaurant only for special occasions everyone needs too lol, can remember my first visit to an Indian restaurant with our mom an dad back in the 70s every Saturday the large fountain in the middle of the room that was my start to the love of curries x
Oh, I like the trick of squirting water onto the hot plate to produce steam. Very dramatic for the customer.
Made that pulao of yours today. Minimum ingredients, maximum taste ❤❤❤
Latif, brother I love your videos and the way you teach how to cook. I was wondering, what do you eat in every day life. Do you eat those stuff every day that you cook in your restaurant?
Me and the better half have just got back from your restaurant. The second time we've been now and the food was fantastic mate.
Gonna make that chicken drumsticks and lamb chops in ninja outdoor grill this weekend 🤤

My Friend, I’m new to your channel and I follow your recipes to the letter. However, I was wondering if you could do video introducing yourself ( I don’t know your name yet I watch your videos an every evening ), and perhaps the history of Latif’s. Thank you for your brilliant content. 😉👍
His name is latif 😊
Latif is not only a magnificent chef but genuinely cares for his subscribers and wants us to be able to reproduce his fantastic recipes. He kept us all going during Covid. Welcome to the channel you’ll love it!

My Dad was a Brit from Burslem in Stoke-on-Trent, moved to NZ in 1973. I'm his son, who loves cooking Indian food and thanks to the many shops in Auckland that supply ingredients it's fairly authentic. Funny world isn't it?
It's great to watch a chef prepare the food as I can only guess the process. Would love to have a Tandoor oven at home. Enjoyed that - will try the recipes at home.
Small world
Amazing to see behind the scenes in a real restaurant!
Thanks
Can you show us how you make that lovely looking salad please.
Love the ease in which you make up your dishes, chef. Really professional.
Can someone explain the whistles when using a pressure cooker?
Thank you

Really enjoyed the more informal video. But would still like all the recipes please! Tempted to volunteer to do the washing up at your restaurant, just so I can join in the staff curry.

Looks delicious! Why the vinegar in the marinade?
Acts as a tenderizer
The plastic bowl gave it dog food vibes 😂😂😂 proper shitletti style! Which province of India are you from
Lulfii?
Brilliant video and fantastic food for the staff, as well as the restaurant food, the latter which I sampled last year. Next time I'm in Stafford I'll apply for a job! Super delicious food. 🙂

Dessert needs to be sweet! Eat in moderation though!!!
Latif talking about the butcher having removed too much fat from the lamb chops … “I’d give him a grilling” 😂🤣
Brilliant unintended humour, love it Latif👏👏
lol!
