This is my favorite cooking channel on RUclips so humble and wholesome!!! Keep up the good hard work!! Absolutely beautiful meals!
Cooking is clearly a passion in your family. Massive respect to you and your family for showing us the true meaning of food in your culture and what it means to your family. And thank you to your family for making family recipes that clearly have real meaning in your family. Once again massive respect and a huge thank you
I am really looking forward to giving this a try! Watched in bed on a Sunday morning, now I am feeling inspired to cook a large family meal! Thank you Latif for another lovely video.
I believe you should have a home style cooked event at your restaurant, if you did I would be there and I believe it would go down a treat. Love that you've shown us your family members cooking the traditional way. I look forward to more home cooked videos.
It’s great to see u doing home style videos keep it up bro!
Sam Rahman thank you
@@LatifsInspired Second that and see my own post. Btw I know times are going to be tough for us all. Hope you get through this ok, love and good thoughts to you all :)
@@LatifsInspired It's a shame Bangladeshi restaurateurs in the West offer generic "North Indian"-ized menus, and not enough emphasis on Muslim dishes like biryani, korma and kebabs especially made in ways seen in older restaurants or even weddings in Bangladesh.
@@Pagalchhagal I agree. As much as I love the standard curries, I love to see Sylheti fish dishes, for example. Personally, I think it would only take a couple of brave restauranteurs to include more of these dishes to create the demand for more authentic dishes. Food on the Indian subcontinent is as diverse as it is culturally diverse. In the UK, we tend to see a slightly interpreted tiny snapshot of the huge gastronomic vista that is there.
Rant over, I feel better. Time for a curry!
Affa cooking looks great ma sha Allah, alhamdulilah.
Beautiful😍💓
I've never had a biryani in the restaurant before but now I appreciate the effort that goes into it!
Wow! That looks both tasty and achievable. Shall give that a try. Please thank your sister for showing us the recipe 👍
Also thank you sharing your recipes. If we do need to self isolate due to the Corona virus you have given us some fantastic recipes which can be created with lentils and chick peas for example which will be very nutritious and using dried goods we can store. I have plenty of pulses, rice and spices which, if needed, will feed my family and neighbours should the worst happen so I thank you for your kindness 🙏
Latif
Can you show proper shami kebab not the lamb burger ones but the proper ones coated in egg please pretty please, and a nehari would be good x

MashaALLAH

Your father must have been very proud of both of you.
W Thornton yup
I'm loving this. It isn't pretentious, just simple family cooking, and it looks amazing. Well done to your sister.
Huge thanks to your sister for doing this. 2nd thanks to you for putting this online. Sister if you are reading this, you are a wonderful cook :) . I'm reasonable at cooking curries at home, I'll admit this looks scary I fear I'd get it wrong, which is testamount to sisters skill and knowledge :) . Wish we could see her but hey we don't all want to go in front of the camera. I'd like to see more of these recipes, maybe some easier ones for incompetents such as myself (this feels hard)?
I really should say, to sister, this looks delicious and my highest compliment is, I swear I can smell it from the screen :)
Thank you for you kind words, it's really nice that you all appreciate it. It really is not difficult at all, follow the steps & give it a try, if you try at least once, you'll get the hang of it.
I’m so glad to see you using this spice mix, it’s always been my favourite. Now that I see a Genuine Asian Chef giving it the thumbs up I know I’m on the right track. There is a taste in it that I cannot get from any other spice mix.
Thankyou for writing out the recipe 😋
786tazz most welcome
That looks delicious.
I thoroughly enjoyed watching your sister cook
That looks really good thanks for sharing your family traditions with us and I hope you have great success as this kind of thing should be on mainstream media instead of the some old chefs cooking bland food

May Allah bless you and your sister and your entire family. May he give you abundant ridhk and halal wealth, may he keep all evil away from you, both physical and meta physical. May he save you from evil eye, bad people and keep you in his protection. I pray Allah keep your family healthy during these times and all times . Thank you for "feeding" so many families through this channel. You are a shining credit to the British Muslim community. Everytime I follow a recipe or a tip of yours, I make a prayer for you whilst cooking. During Ramadan, we will feed the less fortunate and needy using your recipes and we will no doubt make dua for you.

I made this lamb dish last night from your recipe. I cooked using Clarified butter for the first time!
The ready spice packet mix were great. I also made a veggie side with plenty of KTC Sag tinned chopped spinach in salted water while using your ginger, garlic coriander green chilli smoothie style. Absolutely nailed the BIR flavours We all loved it.
Thank you so very much.
And take care my friend.
You should try cultured ghee (made from raw milk cultured cream not pasteurised commodity milk). Will change your life
