This was my first Indian meal when I was about 8. At an Indian restaurant in New Brighton with my parents. As a good brit I've never stopped eating Indian food. You make my mouth water every time I watch one of your videos. I think you are the best. Good luck in all your ventures.

I made this last night, followed it almost to the letter. The supermarket had no fresh green chillies so i substituted some from a jar of Basque hot red ones.
Latif, it was really, really good. In the 60s I trained as a chef, have always murdered curries but this turned out perfectly.
Thanks so much for your trouble and time.

Just made this curry and pretty much followed it to the letter (though didn't have black cardamom pods).... An absolute BIG THUMBS UP!! Moved to rural Ireland 5 years ago and in this part of Ireland, you can't get a really good authentic curry. So grateful for vLatiffs videos enabling us to enjoy a good curry in a place where you can't buy one!!

This is what is known as 'extreme multi-tasking' keeping track of all that stuff on the go at one time is actually an act of genius. I now know why I could never have worked in a Restaurant kitchen - the stress was just too much. Respect! I'm amazed. And does this mean you sometimes have to take an hour to produce a dish for customers while they wait? Surely not. Or maybe things are cooked in advance and kept warm until someone orders them from the menu. Anyhow it's mind-boggling. Very impressive work.
