Hiya Latif we are enjoying some of the meals you are sharing with us all.. thank you!.
Made this today and so looking forward to having it for tea. It looks and smells delicious Xx
Thanks for showing the preparation step by step.
It is painstaking but the end result is superb.
It is a must try recipe.
Thanks once again Latif.
Patience is a virtue… cooking is an art you have to love it.
@@LatifsInspired Thank you for sharing this recipe. I was blessed to try this amazing dish from a Pakastani family in Vegas for Memorial weekend, it actually blew my mind how delicious this is! I asked some questions on how it was made and this is it! Now I can do it myself thanks to you. Definitely a work of art! You are awesome :)
Look’s bangin Latif! Did your chicken biriani the other, deffo fam favorite. I’ll do this one next week 👍🏻
Looks great, Latif, I've never considered marinating veg but I will now! 😅
Try it.
Made this the other night and it was delicious. Only change I made from your recipe (above) was to use veg oil instead of olive oil. I never use olive oil in Indian/Chinese/Japanese cooking in much the same way that I don't use garam masala or five spice in pasta dishes 😉
You have made curries so easy for me to make. Your recipes always get the appeoval od my pakistani huaband and my mother in law. You are fantaatic. Such good explanation I just can't go wrong when I make one of your dish. IT NEVER FAILS.
Bless you
bless you my dear I am so glad to have found you and your channel. We cook together every week😀
@@ssand6949 yo, made my day…
Hi Latif, been watching your channel for a while, not sure if you read old video comments, really enjoyed this video as you broke down the prep process, I imagine it's more difficult on the post production, but I personally found it extremely helpful.
Biryani is a special dish, it takes really long time to cook, every household in Ind, Pak and Bgd would devour this dish be it wedding, bday or funeral, we want our biryani😂😂😂
That looks so good Latif! Thanks for sharing but I may have to add Chicken too. 😁
Lol, yes we meat eaters!!!
I'm with you with the olive oil in the raita.
😎
The last two minutes make difficult watching here😢 I could smell it. Superb.
Very nice roast potatoes, delicious can we use courgette in veg Mix for biriani.
Dude, this looks fantastic. ❤ Really, really good 🏴👍
Wow ! just amazing Sir. can not wait to try that ! I've a family celebration coming up in a couple of weeks - with some vegetarians coming - looks like I've found the main dish ! Great to see the milk powder being used - reminds me of childhood dishes ! Thank you !
This looks very tasty, the only thing that would make it better us if you added the fruit of the lamb tree🤣.
I appreciate what you do mate✌enjoy the sunshine brother.
Bless
Now I’m hungry for Indian food
I just need a plate 🍽 😂😋
Yup 👍
That looked amazing fella ,hope i can make it as good as that . We have the same morta and pesal so im sure i will 😂
Hiya 😊
Where do you buy those deep pans/wok pans as I’d like & replacing some of my ones I’ve got.
That roasted potatoes curry looked soooo yummy.
I so enjoy your youtube videos & especially if they’re vegetarian too. Keep up the great content/work.
Where your restaurant for instance as would like to come & eat there wow 🤩
Thank you 🙏🏼
Daaaamn man that looks incredible! What was the ingredient you said you didn't have at home so you used Cumin seeds?
Shahi Zeera
Oooo, an excuse to get star anise in!
Yup! Very fragrant
I watched this AFTER my dinner, but I’m drooling, Latif makes it look so good! 🙂
Bless
This looks great, definitely going to try! Just out of interest, do you not like using the jars of garlic/ginger paste as a shortcut?
You can if you wish however if you do what I did trust me your going to love it. The fragrance, aroma pungency is next level
Many, many thx
Your welcome
You make the best videos. Because of watching your videos I now also put out all the spices and ingredients needed beforehand, instead of frantically searching for them when it's time to add them.
QUESTION:
Can I use any milkpowder? Don't think I'll be able to get the same as you coz i live in the Netherlands
Yes. Any milk powder is fine. Please do not leave out trust me!
@@LatifsInspired I trust you! 😊 I will get milkpowder!
Biriyani is one of our favourite meals. Im going to try this one. Nice and hearty prefect for winter. Your recipe looks delicious. What brand curry powder do you use?
I normally use “East End” brand. Vgood quality
@@LatifsInspired Thank you
Hope the biryani made you feel better. Get well soon
Jazaak’Allahu Khyrun
Given how good you are with recipes, Would it be possible to have any pasta dishes with a twist of Asian style? I thought I’d ask. 🙂
Why not…
@@LatifsInspired - Thanks, I really appreciate! Just something full of flavour & pasta on the go!
Incredible 🤌
What is your restaurant called. And where is it
Great recipe. I guess you could put in in the oven for the last part?
Even better. That’s what we do in the restaurant
Awesome but there's a flaw.
That's an awful lot of faff for a disabled guy cooking for one.....reason I love a good curry house 😁
Your vlogs do show the love and attention to detail that goes into such great recipes not everyone may appreciate.
Going to bed hungry 🤣
Bless
Is there a way of keep the quality of your cooker flame? After a few years tend to feel that the way things cooked before they dont any longer on full flame?
😂I could smell it wallah bareek allahu laka .
Hello, just wanted to ask you whether you could use the vegetable mix and put pasta in it?
Never tried it myself. If I was to add pasta then I’d probably use single cream so the sauce sticks to the pasta
@@LatifsInspired - I see, thanks for that. 👍🏼
Scalp will be tingle bro😂
Salaam bhai can you make chicken tikka jalfrezi at home🤞
Wa Alaikum Assalam Wa Rahmatullah.
I have a recipe on the channel already
Why do we need to use powder milk. Can’t we use any milk?
Powder milk has a sweet flavour
is it alright if I boycott the onions and garlic? My mum is allergic :( and is there a substitute instead?
Hmm... just thought that I could wack the cucumber seeds in with the ginger-garlic chutney. Mostly water anyway
i found broad beans go well in rice veg.
Yes definitely
Great, now all that needs is a big side of lamb chops lol
We meat eater think the same! Lol
went to restaurant last week ordered biryani with raita I was expecting something similar to what you made in video instead got mugged of with mint sauce
Thank you for visiting much appreciated however please state to staff if you wish for anything off the menus.
I'm a big fan of veggie biryani (there is a Sri Lankan restaurant near me that makes theirs especially spicy and very tasty including eggplant, plum, and soy meat chunks). Yours sounds very good too. But I will never understand why anyone continues to use animals and animal products like yogurt and ghee, since ghee is easily substituted and now we have available delicious unsweetened coconut or almond and cashew yogurts that produce very tasty results. For 20 years now I no longer see any moral justification for killing or otherwise exploiting other innocent sentient beings.
Eea8😅(😅😅*❤😮😮😮8*😮W😮8😅😊}😮
Exactly! 👍
The sounds of the chopping are developing a very comedic nature, almost Benny Hill-ish.
And your comment has what to do with the recipe being demonstrated ?
I hope your enjoying the recipes 👍
@@KM-pq7jk what do you thunk?
@@LatifsInspired I always do and your videos have changed my regular favourites.
Thank you.
This looks lovely but I can't help but feel that, for once, there are just too many spices in this.
I just lost count and think that I wouldn't be able to taste them all since there are so many of them.
👍
Beautiful looking Biryani!
Try this Raita recipe next time with your biryani
- Chickpeas
- Cucumber
- Red onion
- Tomato
- Chaat Masala (1 tsp)
- Red chili powder (pinch)
- Mint sauce (1 tsp)
- Lemon juice
- Yogurt
- Salt
I had a similar one, yes very tasty thank you. Much appreciated
I need Indian husband!
agreed!
Shut up and take my money mmmmmm
Lol
No such thing as veg biryani sorry my my brother this is more of a pilau or veg riceZ since when has biryani have no meat.
My mums says that. Biriyani has to be with red meat.
