    I like how he’s included the warm up there, I find there’s a massive difference in what I can shoulder press without discomfort. Got to get those boulders for shoulders, great vid!

    Love your routine. Just an old school dad here and my 26 yr old son hitting it for gains and all around health and fitness. I subscribe to several different guys and find routines for various muscle groups that suit us. really like this shoulder routine. One thing: Midas has a cool way he guides your workout by doing the full routine timed with rest inbetween exercises. That way we just put the phone where we can see it and he talks inbetween briefly explaining then hits the reps. SO, it's effortless for us. Just turn Midas on and go. We don't do all his routines. just the ones that suit us. Love it if this routine was formatted like that. We will do it anyway. Really awesome. Thanx!

    Well..this is the best shoulder workout..my friends and family noticed changes in me..i did the whole workout 3 sets 12 rep 2 days in a week..👍🏽
