    1) Standing dumbbell press 4 dropset (2 sets, 6 reps on each dropset)
    2) Behind the back lateral raise 4 dropset (2 sets, 6 reps on each dropset)
    3) Straight arm plate rotation 4 dropset (2 sets, 12 times on each dropset)
    4) Facepull 4 dropset (2 sets, 6 reps on each dropset)

    Simeon, I haven't been in shape in almost 8 years. When I was 22 I was in the best shape of my life. Since stumbling upon your channel, the fire returned to want to be the best I can be.     Wow! Talk about motivated, this gentleman is the Bomb! I have worked out at a comfortable pace just to stay "in shape" since 1967. But today I face reality! At age 79 I can't do the heavy weights, pull ups, I used to, so from now on laying out the drop set dumbbells, and even on cable machine exercises, drop a plate per set to failure. With rest day, staying hydrated, sounds like a plan

    In order to keep up with that you really need to have some shoulder exercise experience. But I think this exercise makes shoulders out of steel 🔥

    Hello sir... Just wanted your advice .. My current weight is 78 kg if i am taking this following diet with ISO whey protein then what would be the result.
    My diet is below👇
    Diet ( Increase)
    Early morning empty stomach calcium 500mg

    Breakfast 3 whole egg (either boiled or omelette) 1cup oats in skimmed milk
    MidAfternoon - 1 apple
    Lunch - vegetable + dal/chicken gravy( 3egg) + 2 chappati + 1 small bowl of curd
    Snacks - 4 boiled egg
    Dinner same as lunch + 2 boiled egg
    Remember to keep fixed timing for all the meals
    Have lots of water

    I have always had great genetics and I worked out like a beast but one thing I always missed that I’m finally learning nutrition is the most important thing now I’m starting to see amazing changes in my body because I’m starting to eat right counting calories counting proteins drinking lots of water before I was just on pizza shoulders and beer

    Tried it yesterday, amazing pump. Never felt my shoulders like this. One question though: how about replacing the plates with dumbells? is it less effective or not?

    Your physique is insane. I know you have a super strict diet, and I know the types of food you try to eat everyday, but I was just curious as to the macros and calories you aim for each day? There’s a lot of controversy out there; more protein, more fat, no fat, no carbs, etc. I really like your approach to health overall and I’d like to incorporate it into my lifestyle.
