सर मैं अपना नया स्टोर लिये हैं, जिसमें 1.5,1.5 लाख रुपये का दो लोन सितम्बर महीने और नवंबर महीने में NBFC से लिये हैं,
अब भी हमें दुकान में भीड़ लाने में तकरीबन 1.5 लाख रूपये की और जरूरत महसूस हो रही है, चुकी बगैर 1.5 लाख रूपये इंभेस्ट किये दुकान रन करना थोड़ा कठिन है
कोई उपाय हो तो सुझाये??

Revision Time :)
1. Before Investing have an Emergency Fund, Life insurance and Health Insurance.
2. 20% of salary to Investment.
3. 30% of salary to needs.
4. No budget on personal growth.
5. Know your value of time.
6. Spend money only on the best things.
7. Help others
8. Know how much money you need in life.
9. Number first emotions later. (eg: Rent or Buy?)
10. Marry someone who has a similar view on money as yours.

My number one money rule is "diversification" and funny enough, I learnt this late, almost too late. You must never put all your eggs in one basket. As one who has been into Real Estates for as long as I can remember, I made my first million earlier this year from stocks alone (used the services of an expert though). I also experiment with a couple of other things. Imagine what the situation would had been given the present housing market if I were solely banking on it. Goodluck to us all!
