The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.
In short:
1. Get an insurance (health+life) first.
2. Get the idea how much you need to invest (50:30:20).
3. Get the concept of compounding.
4. Getting the idea where to invest (Equity/Stock market/Gold/Crypto etc.)
5. just do it!

But investing in something like REITs/Listed bonds upto say 10% of our portfolio is always required. REITs offer a rental yield of about 6% apart from capital appreciation and bonds offer stability to our portfolio and ensures that sufficient cash is available to buy the dip when needed.

That depends on rate of return which we get as return. Suppose this year i got 10 % return , but it can also be increased to 12% in next year , so as rate increases investment rises and also rate of inflation is flexible , it can be also be change from 5 % to 7 % or 10% in upcoming years .

@@spotlighter4801 the compounding means getting returns on ur returns , , meaning if u invest say 100 in a stock , then ur money has grown By 10% (ie 10rs) then ur total is 110 n next u again get 10% RETURN on ur total amount of 110 which becomes Rs121/- this generating returns on the return is called compounding

Suppose If I bought a share@$100 @1am and @2am it's $101...so if I sell it I'll get$1 is it that simple?
If it's that simple then how traders get loss?... If price is lower than than buying price then why anyone would sell it?
@@ssddplayer if it's day trading you have to sell it because if you don't you have to pay charges to hold that stock. If you're talking about holding the stock in the hopes that it'll go to 102 from 100, there's a chance it'll plummet to 86 before getting back upto 100. If you're able to hold your emotions and keep vested you just might beat the markets. ✌🏼
all the big big numbers shown in this video looked so simple but the main problem in investing is that the 15% or 20% return is not stable sometime it comes down to 4% 5% even lower than FD. 😂😂😂

I learned that the stock market was a rich man's game (yes, grandparents lost it all back then and preached that forever) but I've been around long enough to really taste how great it can be. To be profitable, with inflation at 6.1% These are surely desperate times, but in my opinion, there is no market condition that a good financial advisor cannot navigate, especially those that have existed since the crisis of 2008 and before.
I know having a financial advisor improves your overall portfolio performance, but are they really as effective as you claim?
@@stephaniestella213 They are quite effective, I've been using the skills of an advisor since the August 2015 stock sell off when the Dow fell over 1800 pts which inherently wiped out all my gains I was in down over $80,000 (terrible times)... That's when I started using an advisor, it took me about 6 months to break even and also a net gain of 'about $830,000 while others have waited over years to break even, being aggressive certainly comes with greater risk, but with an investmėnt advisör, it's all been calculated risk.

@@harsharansingh5201 Yes compunding also works for mutual funds. However, to get the full benefit of compounding, I believe investing in form of SIPs will be better.
