I see these "Get them before they're gone forever" more as "Get them while you can still support the developers".
The internet is a treasure trove of preservation.
I have them all and didn't pay a dime love my modded wii
I love my modded wii way too much

Wiiware games: Can't be purchased anymore
Dolphin Emulator: "Allow me to introduce myself"
A modded Wii is better for that
@@harleymoody34 Not all of the times, yes, a Wii is super cheap nowadays, but for example, nowadays you can also play those on pretty much any potato laptop, things like Contra ReBirth for example.
Or the simple fact we can use better controllers
@@radiantansel202 well good point
The reason there was a lack of 3D Platformers on WiiWare was because there was a 40MB File-Size Limit the developers had to be under in order to publish their games on the WiiWare service. In Comparison, Wii Optical Disks could store up to 8500 MB of data. So... yeah... most games on the WiiWare service aren't going to be 3D Platformers for mainly that reason as it would be very difficult to get a good 3D Platformer on that 40 MB File Size Limit. However, there were some developers that did pull it off and the ones that did are some of the best the service had to offer, just not many were not able to pull it off...
Lost winds!
I hope Konami re-releases the rebirth games and Driift Mania to preserve these games
I'm glad emulation saved these.
I had a nostalgia trip a week ago, and ended up getting all my favorite WiiWare games working on PC with a wiimote.
Onslaught at 4k 60
2021 you can still get every single one of them, who knew? 😂 everybody knew.
Shin'en should remake those Wii tracks from Fast Racing League on the Switch version.
You me and the cube actually looked like a lot of fun!
Really glad you included Pokémon Rumble! I know it's not considered the best game ever, but I played it to death
Yo same here, I spent hours on that
Love that demo
a list of these games in the descriptions will be help full
*gone forever*... until you discover there are wads, lol
Finding a proper wad that doesn't brick your Wii takes forever I found.
Or just use a usb loader on a modder, it's both easier and safer
@@indoshakermaker emmm, no.
Anton Basuki ever heard of dolphin emulator?
@@indoshakermaker I have a great site for you. It's secure, easy, and fast! archive.org/download/WiiWareCollectionByGhostware
After purchasing fluidity I want to get another wiiware single player game that's worth only 800 points. Do you guys have any suggestions?
You could try checking out Rock N' Roll Climber or ThruSpace. Mind you, I've only looked through the Nintendo-published games.
After some more searching, I came up with a list.
If you like puzzle games, there's Tumblebugs 2, ShadowPlay, bittos+, and LIT, although only ShadowPlay is WiiWare-exclusive. LIT has a version on Steam that's basically a port of its mobile version (and overpriced, according to many an opinion), so if you want the most expansive version, WiiWare is your best bet.
There's also puzzle-adventure Bobby Carrot Forever and action-puzzler Mr. Driller W. Both are part of a series, but those specific games are WiiWare-exclusive.
If you like strategy games, try taking a look at Crystal Defenders R1 or the slightly-beefier Crystal Defenders R2, although they're ports from other games of the series.
If you like shooters, you might enjoy Star Soldier R or Horizon Riders, although note that the latter game essentially requires a Wii Balance Board. There's also the music-based shooter Bit.Trip Fate although it's also available on other devices.
Speaking of Bit.Trip, Runner is another 800-point single-player game, this one being a platformer. And if you want a game where you create your own music, there's Just JAM.
Lastly, there's Stop Stress: A Day of Fury, an action game that also fits your criteria. And that's about it.
Pikmanipulator Thanks, I will go and take a look at those soon. :)
@@Pikmanipulator What do you think of Snowpack Park? It's worth 800 points.
@@nickk3077 I actually have that although I have yet to play it so I don't really have an opinion on it yet. The reason I didn't mention it is because it's advertised as supporting up to 2 players (although I don't know what the second player does), and you wanted single-player games. From what I know of the game, it's basically a sim game where you collect penguins, interact with them, and play minigames with them. It seems to be a calm sort of game that would appeal more to kids than adults.
Damnit. I couldn't get any WiiWare games.
Me: puts 6 of the 10 slots to bit trip
Yo did you know you can download these games if you have a modded wii with a WAD manager (like YAWM) i'm not gonna tell you where you can get the WADS but just know that you can do it lul
i need that. got links?
Emulation allows all of these games to be played, forever, and Wii Emulation was perfected a long time ago.
KennyLoggins emulation of Nintendo gamed requires the use of copyright-infringed Nintendo ROMs or WAD files...
Yes but some people like going the legit way
Franky or you can install downloaded wad files onto your wii, if you really want to play some of these games that don’t exist
and to the people who will go well that’s still piracy, tell me where I’ll be able to get these games that aren’t on any other store, besides the answer of 3 days ago or anything going you’re too late to do so
Dreamcast Spirit Well if I wanna play those missing games that Nintendo did not put on the wii shop through the years then I'm gonna transfer all my games to my Wii U so I can fully hack my Wii. I mean I can't have my purchases and hacked games on my Wii system all together can I?
Jim Rowell
And so what? These games are going to be abandonware, so...
Pokemon Rumble was also on the 3ds...
The 3DS games were quite different. They included far more Pokémon and Rumble Blast was more story-focused, and Rumble World is very focused on "free to play" transactions.
Uh well some thing called hom Hoo I'm totaly not a bad boy who hacks and mods their console exist
noice
