Hello there.
This is the first lightsaber color change edit I made a while ago. It was just an experiment so It's rough but hope you enjoy what the fight would look like with red lightsabers.

Dooku told Grievous that he could not just beat a jedi in a normal way because he did not have acces to the force. Grievous had to scare them, make them unfocused so they would not be able to use the force. That is why he is using the blades of the Jedi he kills. Kenobi probaly knows every single one of those sabers.
But the red looks cool though

I never understood why grevious’s lightsabers had the sith sound effects but the colors were that of the Jedi
Membersonly Volume69 pretty sure all lightsabers wether they are used by a Jedi or not make the same sounds
Ryan Grant nah red lightsabers or sabers handled by a sith have a different sound then Jedi sabers when they turn it on
But when anikan turned on his lightsaber on against the younglings it was the sith sound even though it wasn’t a red lightsaber either

I like saving red for truly powerful sith users. Having not seen one yet makes palpie igniting his more of an "oh shit moment"

Grievous is neither a Sith nor a force user, so it simply just doesn't fit his character even if it may look better (though I think it would look better if all of his sabers were the same color period).
@@thehumanity0 Grievous having different colored lightsabers has nothing to with his character, it has to do with the circumstances in which he got them. You could easily flip this around and say "Grievous isn't a Jedi, so having Jedi lightsabers doesn't match his character" but it still wouldn't make sense.
@@alexwisecup4167 The reason Grievous has different colored lightsabers is because he collects them from dead Jedi like trophies. It absolutely has to do with his character, it shows he's more like a bounty hunter in many ways than a Sith. Dooku has scolded him for putting too much value in his "pursuit of trinkets" and accused them of clouding Grievous's reality. If you're specifically just alluding to the lightsaber colors, I imagine Lucas Film designed them that way to highlight Grievous's obsession for collecting trophies, so yes it does matter stylistically what color they are otherwise viewers may not have understood their significance to Grievous and how they came from the multiple different dead Jedi that Grievous has slain.

Also Grievous: *immediately looses two hands*

I wish that he run away when the clones came but had all 4 hands and lightsabers in he's wheelbike and went to the ship where he died and fought kenobi there and died there with all 4 hands but kenobi chopped of his head or many cut him in half

What really angers me about Grievous is that as someone who wields 4 blades, no one should survive against him. All he has to do is parry his opponent with 1 to 3 blades and once they are exposed use the last to cut them down
In a canon comics he killed 2 jedi in a few seconds with this technique
The movies can’t really show how fast Jedi can move just by the nature of being a movie. The official novelizations describe Palpatine vs Mace for example as being so fast Anakin could barely even see what was going on and this fight as having Obi-Wan blocking dozens of strikes in less than a second

Greivous used to have red lightsabers in the expanded universe, but they were stolen. He began collecting Jedi lightsabers after.
This is an alternate universe where they were never stolen

Nope, that particular story about Grievous originally having Sith lightsabers was part of Star Wars Infinities, which did not fall under the Expanded Universe canon.

He’s got Savage, Ventress, and Maul’s lightsabers after they died. A fine addition to his collection.

Canadian Gopnik Ventress is, there was a The Clone Wars episode arc that was one of the many that got cancelled thanks to Disney where Ventress and Quinlan Vos teamed up to try and kill Dooku, and Ventress ends up getting killed

Darth Grievous was a Dark lord of the sith so powerful and so wise he could use the force to influence the midiclorians to create Fine Additions to his collection.

Had this version come out in the official release back in 2005, I would've definitely shat my pants. This is the Grievous I would've feared. Well done👍
Imagine if he fought on the side of the Jedi. The fact that he would be able to defeat (or at least disarm) Sithlords would make him downright badass. I just wish he was more like in the 2003 cartoon. That particular version of Grievous has got to be my favorite Star Wars character.
If you look closely, the two lightsabers in Grievous’s right hands (our left) are Obi-Wan’s and Anakin’s, but they got their lightsabers back. Just a funny little mistake there.
And in the original video the sabers change colors
But the thing is the one with Anakins hilt has a green blade, so I think it was just them re-using the CGI models for the sake of saving time

@@DarthPorg me and my brother used to play that game all the time when we were kids! Although back then I wasn't too good at the game, so I remember the Anakin vs Mace Windu level took me like 2 weeks to beat. But I still love that game.
I guess Vader's, Maul's, Dooku's and Kylo's lightsabers made fine additions to his collection

What if in this time line instead of an evil Jedi hunter, he’s a Sith hunting anti hero who occasionally fights Jedi either out of misunderstanding, corrupt Jedi who are joining the dark side, or attacking in self defense against Jedi trying to capture him.

A lot of saber edits still leave the glow of the original color on the character's face or something. This one you barely see any blue or green. This is really well done dude

I am doing a fan edit on Star wars revenge of the sith and I want anakin light saber to turn red when he joins the dark side but my computer is not strong enough to have the soft ware to do it so I was wondering if I email you the footage I need recoloured if you wouldn't mind doing it for me you would be credited of course
I think someone has already done that kind of edit. I’ve seen Anakin’s red lightsaber edit on RUclips. So you might want to ask them first. I‘m sure they are better editors than me. Wish you all the best with your fan edit.
Yeah some one did do it ok you tube but it’s very low quality I have asked them and they don’t get back to me do you think you will be able to do it?
It would take some time and I’m not sure if I would be able to do it soon. I’ll keep it in mind but can’t make any promises.
