    4:10 Ryzen 7950x boosts up to 5.7 Ghz, not 5.8 Ghz. It says it in AMD's website. 🙂

    Does anyone know if using all the NVME slots with Gen 4 m2s will affect anything?

    • @TheBebe666
      @TheBebe666 Год назад +1

      Yes it does. I halves number of available lines for gpu to x8. That`s maybe not the case on upper class ( Hero or Extreme )..But on this one ..yeah . Although...it makes no sense because this mobo is quite good.

      @@TheBebe666wow I didn’t realise that, good job I saw this comment. Just checked the manual and you are right! Doesn’t make any sense at all on this board. Might as well just get a B650E-E!

      @thangy90 @La Trec The manual states its only M.2_3 that shares badwidth. The rest should not impact the PCIe lanes.

      @Arvi_The_Clown Год назад

      @@TheBebe666 Misinformation. The manual clearly says that only when the Gen 5.0 is used in specific slot which is m.2_3 the bandwidth will be halved. He's good to go with Gen 4.0 no matter how many of them he'll put into the board.

    Please help, I originally had 32gb of ram on slots 2-4 and decided to upgrade my ram by adding 64gbs of ram on slots 1-3 but I started getting a red light ram error and my pc won’t boot up

    • @GLITCHEDZA
      @GLITCHEDZA  3 месяца назад

      I had this same issue on another board and after a while, I ended up removing the RAM. When you put different sizes of ram into a MB it causes problems. Usually, you'll have to stick to only 32GB sticks or 16GB sticks. You can't go 16GB and add 32 GB. If you do, your system loses the Dual Channel feature and enables flex channel memory. If you're having issues with Flex Channel Mode, try troubleshoot them by reading up on the feature. It will give you some understanding on how it works. Also, be sure to have your BIOS updated. I know these boards still have RAM issues today and keeping them updated helps prevent them.

    Asus X670E-E GAMING WIFI motherboard I changed memory to G.SKILL F5-6000J3636F16GX2-TZ5NR approved by ASUS for this board and that fixed all my problems. Could not load BIOS 0705 or 0805 = FIXED. INTEL i225v3 Ethernet gave trouble sometimes = FIXED.

      I have this board and had the same problem, could not get any network connection or Nvme drives to work on either 0705 or 0805, which memory were you using orginally? I might try your solution and get the G-skill memory.

    • @kerotomas1

      Keep in mind asus coolers show cpu socket temps and not the true cpu temps so it will always show less than what it is. And they are also massively overpriced for the cooling they provide.

    Since the motherboard has an HDMI slot, can i operate without a GPU?

    • @GLITCHEDZA
      @GLITCHEDZA  Год назад +1

      Yes. You won't be able to play games but the HDMI on the motherboard does function so you can use it without a GPU.

    I have a 3070 Rog Strix GPU and im still unclear if im able to put it in the pci 5 slot or if i have to put it in the PCI 4 slot at the bottom.

    • @GLITCHEDZA
      @GLITCHEDZA  Год назад

      You can put it in either. It is backwards compatible. Only if you had a 40-series would you have to use the top slot.
