As a Seahawks fan, here's my take. As everyone knows, it's a new coaching staff. But even more than that, the HC, OC and DC have never had these positions in the NFL. Plus, it's not even like they're even from the same coaching tree, they're just figuring things out and how to work together. Two wins to start out, no matter how close they were, is pretty impressive.
I agree, our games haven't been pretty but they're doing this with brand new coaching, some injuries, and an offensive line that is a work in progress. I guess we're waiting for the Lions and 49ers games to see how good we are in Year 1 of this new regime.
I kind of think their opponents leading up to the, um, *gauntlet* are perfect for working out disasters, good enough to expose the flaws but not to actually beat them.

The only problem for the Buccs moving forward is within our own division. New Ors looking better than a lot of these teams. But a healthy Buccs squad is still underrated .

I appreciate that you're the first person I've seen that acknowledged that the Vikes are also down some key players. Everyone is talking about CMC being out and thats why the 49ers lost instead of it being an even match with big guys out for the game

Nah should be flipped, 49ers out a lot of key players, have rusty players due to hold outs etc and still only lost by 6. seahawks barely beat 2 of the worst teams in the league. Even without cmc and deebo, we will be fine, jordan mason is ballin out and people tend to sleep on Jauan Jennings. got rams next (who are worse off than niners) and then a shitty pats team. Seahawks play a Qb-less dolphins team next and then we can see how they are after that against a lions team.

This is the reason why, as a vikes fan, I can subscribe to you.. not sure if it'll hold up, but so far, they look like a top 10 team and you didn't let your hate override it.
I've gotta admit the Steelers-Broncos game was the single worst football game I've ever watched. It was bad to begin with, thanks to the sheer absence of offense. The refs flagging EVERYTHING made it legitimately unwatchable. But, once again, the Power of the Steeler Bullshit prevailed, a win is a win, and Stillers gahnta Supa Bowl.
Am I the only one who wants to see Burrow's expression in that hug. Mahomes looks so done, "Do I gotta hug him?" I'm sure both guys were exhausted after that game, but funny pic.

Bengals literally lost by one point and didn't make the top 10 when the Chiefs are at 1. I fucking hate our DC for putting in a rookie safety on that play. Changed the entire perspective of the league on one fucking play.

Ngl, not sure how long the Vikings and Saints’ Linsanity run is gonna last. I think they are both gonna run out of some of that magic and begin dropping games. Until then, they’re balling and you’ve gotta give them props.

I'm just numb at this point. Jacksonville doesn't seem to care about getting better, they make the same mistakes, give the same "we'll be better" speeches and they just humiliate themselves over and over again. They show no respect to their fans by actually trying to play well or atleast play competently or fire someone after all the mistake they keep making.
These past two games were an embarrassment and they all deserve to take a massive pay cut at minimum.

As a bills fan, I feel that kc should have points docked for having the refs be 12 of their 50 man roster
Everyone seems to think they get all the calls. Do we remember the last year when there was a DPI against Green Bay at the end of the game against MVS and it didn’t get called and the Packers won? How about right before the PI call against the Bengals the reason they were in a 4 and 16 was because the 50 yard play was called back based upon a facemask call by the Chiefs OL. It doesn’t always go there way. It’s just they have more room for error with that stuff because they are good.

I watched Perna all last year “that’s good sports”. Between his “comedy”, that isn’t funny and gets annoyingly old, and every week he has to insert his favorite team instead of being a little serious- it’s nice to have found a channel that knows about football and can actually speak about it intelligently. Glad I made the switch. All the crying over there is not only cringe, it just gets old.

Steelers are not playing awful they are playing clean smart football. Running the ball well, passing when they need to, not turning the ball over at all. Stats might not look great but gotta watch the entire game to understand the full picture of what they are building. The special teams have been amazing as always, and got a very good defense that could be the best in the NFL this season

I love how Tom throws shade at the Vikings when bringing them up. Buccs did a great job. They had a lock down on sideline passes but not in the middle before. They locked down the middle of the field to force goff to throw to the outside in which they feasted.

Bills stumbled in the first half of the game, as is usual for every week 1 game of every year. And then absolutely decimated the second half. The Dolphins game needs no explanation
