As for tax return forms, Did you upload a copy of 1040 tax you filed? Or did you request your tax return documents from IRS and upload those tax return documents you received from IRS?

For the bank statements, did you submit one for each month of the year or just few months in the year? Great video btw

For a spouse that has a 2 year grean card through marriage from a US citizen, do they need to be still married to the citizen spouse in order to have the n400 approved?

Great vid. Working on the n400, we notice some sections for evidence request the same document twice such as childs birth cert and marriage cert. Do we actually upload the childs birth or marriage more than once?
I didn't notice that when i did mine. It's fine if you upload it once.
I don't have the account statements printed on paper, can I download the files from my bank and send the file as it is? it is because there are many pages to take pictures
I'm assisting a family member complete the application online. Would you recommend the family member fill out the paper and then when ready, begin the online application?

Question: Did you submit all copies of your Income Tax Return (both Federal and State), or just the front? Ours has 8-11 pages on average per tax year, Im not sure if I should include everything. It's gonna be a lot for 3 tax years.
I had my interview last year. I sent the income tax transcripts, but also you need to bring all the taxes for the interview. They want to see the whole thing.
Hi, for sending your tax information do you need to send all the papers form 1040? Or just the first page of your tax return?

Hi. Thanks for your helpful content. Just a query. When you submitted your bank statements did you have to black out the transactions or left it as it is? I was planning to just submit the (quarterly for 3 years) first page to show the joint names, address and dates. Will that be sufficient to show our bonafide marriage? Thanks again.
I didn't black it out. USCIS wants transparency. So i guess you'll just have to trust them. If you are not showing the full statement it can be risky and that is all up to you. But in my case i when i submitted first few pages only..

It would be better on the same page but you can also do it on different pages just put a note which one is front and back

Sis, you are very helpful. I have a question but before that I'd like to give you a background of my timeline. I filed my I-751 on October 23,2022. They gave me my 24 months extension on November 2022 then they gave me my 48 months visa extension on January 29 2023. Now I have an update that my finger prints were taken. I'm a LIN filer and married for more than 3years now to an American Citizen. Do I need to wait for my 10 year gc before filing for N-400?
Some applicants didnt wait for their 10 yr GC to arrive when filing N-400 and they were fine. They got approved for both 10 yr GC and N-400. What happened was they had a dual interview for both 10 yr GC and N-400..

Hi there, thank you for sharing this video. How did you add your joint account statements yearly (in 3 documents)? I have so many statements from the past 5 years. I am confused about whether I should add the monthly statements I have or if there is another way to show a yearly recap document or something similar?
You can do it by quarter

Hi! So, if applying for citizenship on the basis of 3 years' permanent residency, do you answer this question: (a) with 3 years of travel history (which doesn't strictly answer the question as-written, but answers it in terms of travel taken since becoming a lawful permanent resident), or (b) 5 years of travel history (which will include 2 years when I wasn't living in the US)?!

hi ate loray question po panu po kong yang green card ko expired na then I only have the extension letter kati po Hindi pa po nila send sakin yung yung new green card ko ok binigyan lang po ako ng extension letter waiting pa po ako ng actual green card na Hindi expired should send po ba hung expired card or should I just send the copy of my extension letters thank you po ate.
Hello please I’ve been done applying for n400 and have every supporting documents, but realize I don’t have my divorce papers. I’m old and can’t remember at all where I got divorced it was a crazy process. I only have proof of both my marriages but no proof of my first divorce. Are they pretty hard on people without divorce proof?
Im not really sure.. but they do require as per instructions of N-400

Nope no need signature. Bank statements are optional if you want to add more evidence

Can you upload additional evidence even when you submitted already your n400 application and scheduled you for biometrics appointment? Coz i just submitted my green card and marriage cert as evidence. I need help.
Not sure but i dont think you can upload additional evidence once it's submitted. But you can bring additional evidence during interview
Hi Inday, I had a question if you can answer. I am submitting my N-400 naturalisation form online and it asks for travel outside the US in the past 5 yrs. So I moved to the US 4 yrs 3 months back, should I mention any trips I took before my move to the US? Like the previous 9 months before I actually moved to the US, I was living in my home country? Do I include that too?Anyone who can help me . it will be really helpful. Thanks
No need to include.. only the trips when you started living here in the US

hi. my gc will expire oct 22 , 2022 10yrs after. do i need to renew it or just n-400. Im just concern of the processing time since i am working now and my eligibility to work might be affected when it will expire and im not yet approved for my naturalization. any input?
I think if you file you N-400 now you might get approve by the time your 10 yr gc expires.

You can use uscis calcalculator on when you can apply.. but i guess you can already.. you dont need to file it right away..

Hindi po. Inantay ko ung 10 yr gc ko po and pluse di pa naman po ako eligible that time kahit mg apply po ako sa n-400

Bank statements are optional, if you want to include this then you can do quarterly not the entire 12 months for 3 years.

Yep.. requirement is only 3 years but if you have more than that it would be more impressive..my interview will be next month

Regarding Supporting documents like the bank statement, pwede ko bang e submit like 3 months each year front page only(showing both names and address or needed e submit pati yung bank transaction?) or needed e submit like the whole year bank statement?
I think that would fine ung 3 months each year you can submit 2-5 pages for each month
Hello po, i have a question im planning to file my n400 in 2 weeks but when i check my itr copy po wala yung signature namin sa page 2 pwedi po ba naming lagyan ng signature and date? Nag hired kasi kami ng tao para magprep ng tax naman.

Hi sis.. paano mo nagawang 4 pages per year lang ung sa join t bank statement? all I can do is 10 pages per yr parang 1 page per month.. at tsaka okay lang kaya na 2 yrs lang maiprovide ko kasi late na naisama ni mister ung name ko sa bank namin e, I was unemp;oyed since kiasal kami aug 2018 to March 2019, sa March 2019 statement namin saka lang magstart na nag appear ung both namers nnamin sa acct.. Depende sa bank sis kasi sa amin ung bank namin 4 pages lng talaga ung sinisend nila every year. And i think di naman kailangan all pages e send as long as makikita nila ung name and year i think that's fine. Ok lng if 2 years lng

Question for you po, I processed my roc and yung gc ko has expired and the only proof of Id i have is my state id and my 24mos extention letter, now that I wanted to process my n400 can I used those documents if I upload it on my identification documents, since my gc expired or i should include my expired gc front and back as well?
You can include those and most especially the NOAs of your RoC
