My Girlfriend Applied for a B2 Visa to come visit (She has been here before on an ESTA) They did not even look at her documentation before rejecting her for insufficient ties. She is from Australia. How about making a video on how to GET AN INTERVIEW IN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC. I never thought that it would get to this point after I did everything required for the fiance visa there, and then told that I have to login daily and HOPE TO FIND an interview. I had thought that once you paid the visa fee and did all required, that you would be assigned an interview. But not down there.

I had my interview for my 4 kids, and I got turned down. I answered all the questions they asked. I already have my visa, and I travel only once it, I stayed for two 2weeks in the state. My mom is currently sick at this moment. She has stage 4 cancer , and she has not seen her grandkids since 2017 . I have been working at my company as a repairs supervisor for two years, and I still got turned down.
Visa officers are dumb. They gonna approve u if u tell them scripted answers. One girl infront of me was approved. I noticed her as she said completely scripted answer. She even fumbled, stammered and repeated the same sentence again and again as she got stuck in the middle but she was approved. Visa officer even advised her to be careful at the airport during immigration. Meanwhile I had done complete research about my university, course, faculty, my future goals, my background and gave him the genuine answers without nervousness or fumbling but he refused me with just 3 questions (name, background, do u resign ur job if so why?) I gave him a right answer but he refused me. When I asked him for the reason he read complete 214b out load twice. My conclusion is a few Visa officers are dumb and simps.

I would recommend that you're authentic - if you're normally friendly and cheerful, that's great. if you're normally more formal, then don't force anything. Deference and respect to the Visa Officer are best, but they do want to understand who you are as an individual person, so authenticity is also important.

Hello, could you please have answer my question. I'm an 19 year old male and am an US citizen. I got married overseas where legal age of marriage for man is 21 years old. Meaning my marriage was not recognized by that county’s law. Should i consider K-1 Visa since technically we are not married by law. Also state my situation in an separate peice of paper in the K1 visa application?

Hello sir. I am 32 yrs old and genuinly unmarried. Now i have DV visa interview in few days and I have heard that there will be interrogation regarding marriage for people above the age of 26. Now how am i suppose to prove them that i am genuinly married?

You will need to make sure you can travel before the start of class if possible. You might want to remind your Visa Officer that you have a short time frame (if you're approved), as there may be a way they can get your visa to you a bit faster than normal. Good luck!

Sir,could u please explain how the candidate names,parents names are should be there in Study certificates and other certificates either Initial or Surname for f-1 Visa students?
In my SSC certificate my name is with only initial and ina all certificates like Aadhar,Pan,Bank account etc are in with full surname.Should I change all with initial as SSC certificate or Shall I do the gazette for Study certificates Sir??
