I admire the flexibility in ur thinking and how you mostly show you can understand almost every perspective of the person being interviewed, I just feel most of your other colleagues aren’t this flexible, not doubting that you all aren’t trained the same way, but most just seem too sadist in personality, and sometimes it reflects in their decisions

Thank you for a very enlightening Q&A. Just laying my cards honestly as I saw here was the reason I got my 1st visa approved. Then when Dropbox was already in placed, I was able to renew through that since in my trips to the U.S.A. I never over-stayed but returned on the day ticketed just like in other countries I've been to like U.K. & other EU countries.

In October 2023, the visa interview at the Islamabad embassy in the USA for Pakistan Immigration was approved. No additional documents were requested. However, the CEAS status indicates a refusal for one applicant and three applicants are currently undergoing administrative processes. It is unclear why this has occurred. The category is F3. Although my date has been updated after two days, the status remains unchanged. The embassy officials extended their congratulations.

I'll stay there for a shorter period of timr since I have anewly established digital T-shirt printing & carwash business in the Philippines.

I have been thinking to apply for a b2 tourist visa, even if i got admitted to the US 3 times already through the ESTA program (two times just recently this summer and in november). i made friends while I was there for an english course/planned vacation but most importantly my boyfriend is a resident american citizen, and during the last two trips i've stayed at his family house to pass my vacation days. I am a college student in my home country and I don't have a job currently, even if with my savings and my parents support i always paid all the expenses of my trip. I want to apply for a b2 since i am planning to come there again to visit and i read that if you plan to travel frequently then it's best to apply for a Visa.Could I be eligible for it?

Hello Ben, I am planning to apply for a Tourist US visa by this month for next month's interview. The last time I applied individual from Africa was in 2010, and it was refused saying that I should apply with my family from my home country. But I guess my documentation was not complete at that time. This time again I am applying from Africa. Would you suggest something on last time's refusal and what can I respond now, if the same question is asked. Also what should I Mention in the form at the refusal point, as I was not provided any document in writing for that reason?

I’m currently in Cd Juarez. I’m the petitioner in my step sons case. His paperwork was undone how we had it and paper clipped his passport, birth certificate and his next appointment. On his 2nd appointment my birth certificate was not in the packet. The same day I sent my birth certificate via DHL as they requested. They said I would get an email approval once they received my birth certificate. I live in Arizona and the young boy(19 years old) is ready to reunite with his brother whom has already gotten approved and has lived in Arizona with us (myself and his father) how long do we have to wait. I’ve already spent at least 2000 plus dollars in just hotels not to mention the other cost such as food and clothing. Should I fly him back to Jalisco? And me return to Arizona until we hear back from them?

To Mr. Ben, my question is about my niece who are in the process to take a B1/B2 tourist visa here in the U.S. A. My question is she has a pending petition that I filed in 2006 wherein my brother (my niece father) is the main person in my petition and my niece is in the lists of my brother's lists of children. Will this affect my niece planning to get her tourist visa here in the U.S

Thanks for your comment! Congrats! It will be harder to pass your visa interview if you haven’t traveled to the U.S. before, but the scholarship is a plus in your visa interview. We can help you strategize how to present all the strengths and weaknesses in your case to the Visa Officer. You can book with us here: www.argovisa.com/?RUclips&

If I cancel a visa interview and didn't attend, will my DS 160 still be in the US embassy database? Will it affect my next visa interview?

    Hello Ben,
I have work visa and live in the US for many years. I want to apply for my parents b1/b2 visa. I have a good job with steady income and pay taxes. Is it better if I sponsor my parents or they should self sponsor their trip. Thanks!
