    Good day!
    Thank you for doing this video and gives us idea on what to do and not to do during our visa interview.
    I got denied with my visa application for b1 b2 last December under section 214b, after 5-6 questions, the visa consular said that I'm not qualified for this visa and handed me a paper, I had with me all the supporting documents but she didn't ask for anything, and I left that window speechless and sad.
    Now i applied again but this time my itinerary will be different because im leaving the country where I'm applying from. I will be coming to Canada on March 10 and I planned to visit US on April 1 to 16. My interview will be on February 28, is there any problem you can see from my itinerary?

    Honestly it depends on the country you are applying from. When I lived in Jamaica went on work and travel 3 times came back on time finished university and got a full time job and I was denied 3-4 times. I moved to Canada and applied and got through on 1st attempt. In Canada I noticed the officers ask enough question and give a fair chance as oppose to Jamaica one dumb question and then denied.

    Great advice!!!....The ironic thing about these types of interviews is that when the person who is applying for a visa speaks the truth, they often times don't get the visa, and the ones who boldly lie are often the ones who get the visas, and those are the one who definitely over stay in the USA and never return to their homeland.

    • @KunleSolomonMain
      @KunleSolomonMain 4 года назад +1

      @@eyimofe3310 You know I sort just figured out that something wasn't right about how Nigerians are treated at most embassies particularly the US Embassy. You cannot because of a few irresponsible fellows punish an entire country. It just doesn't fit. Secondly if there were adequate reason for the refusal it would be fine. But the question is how do they know an individual has no intention of returning. The truth is those who have no intentions if staying are the one mostly being granted entry into the US. Those who just want to go and spend their money and enjoy are constantly be denied on very ridiculous grounds.
      Lastly, my comment was days before it was finally announced that Nigerians have been restricted from certain vusa types. Even if the restriction are on certain types of visa, the truth is they are most likely to be denied the whole visas. My opinion, and observation.
      Long live the federal republic of Nigeria and God bless her richly.

  • @Lorell29

    Kind of messed up that they want you back in your country and if they assume you aren't returning they will be denied, if PR wasn't a part of the US and I had to go through that process I'd go insane... I told my mom that if she left to PR then she would probably never hug me again cause I wouldn't go back to that horrible place if it was her last wish, I am 40 and my home is within the State itself, nothing could take me back to PR, so why can't every one else say no I don't want to ever come back??? Why??? I am so frustrated with this bs

    Hi, thank you so much for these information. My question is, if i don't need an invitation letter, what then do I go with? Because my brother who sent the invitation, is the one paying for my trip and he indicated that in the invitation letter.

    Hey graylaw tv I appreciate what u do, please answer my question, I once had a b2 visa wen I was 13, that was about 15years ago and I stayed more than 6 months now I want to visit one more time the us but I’m a little bit nervous. Will the embassy be able to know that I didn’t return on time the first time and deny me a new visa? I look forward for an answer to my question thank u 🙏

    So what if who will send the letter of invitation is the person that will take care of the accommodation? And it was emphatically written in the letter? Shouldn't i bring it in this case?

    I'm from the UK and work in construction project management on a contract basis. I'm looking to do a 5-6 month motorcycle/hiking tour but as I'll be in between contracts, I'll technically be unemployed. I'll have ca.$80,000 dollars in savings at the time of travel. Am I likely to be refused just because I'm unemployed at the point of the B2 interview?
