    Thank you soooo much ! I had a 214b in my past 4 years ago, and today I received my B1/B2 visa. What you were saying all was completely true. I am single male 28yo but working past 3 years. I answered questions not only yes or no but I added some good informations. For example for the first question,
    why do you go to US ?
    - I traveled a lot on european countries and this time I wanted to see something different so I decided to visit some friends in New York (which is really my case and in the opening, I guided her to the fact that I am a valid traveler).
    Are you married ?
    - No but I have a boyfriend I don't know if that counts and I smiled, VO smiled too and added 'me too!' (most of the people say 'no' and thats all, VO already know that you are single, so there's no point to saying only a fact lol)
    She asked me if I previously applied for a B1 visa and I told her very confidently 'Yes !' (even tho i was refused on that and I mentioned that on my ds 160). I added that It was 4 years ago and it was for a conference. She approved my visa right away
    She didn't even ask me about the details of my trip. Nor she didn't even look at my pay slips. And I knew from you guys that I never imposed her my documents :)
    Thanks again

      If the V.O asks that want has changed how can you start answering that question?

      @@abedmurwanashyaka7569 actually she didn't ask me that. Because my situation has obviously changed since 4 years ago I was a student and now I have a job etc. And the fact that it's been 4 years proves itself that I didn't have the intention of immigrating to the states. Can you explain more about your situation, and your first interview ?

      @@noroots2905 I am a teacher here in Rwanda and 6 of my students are going to the US to be culturally unique choir performers and I am going specifically as a choir support personnel of the choir members .
      This is means that I am not going to be a teacher or teaching and the kids are not going to be students or studying in US. They are going to participate in a culturally unique music program not a study program.
      But we were denied visas because I told the consular officer that I will teach the kids and they will have time for studies after and before each performance. We applied for the P3 visa which is specially for culturally unique performers and events. How will I demonstrate that my circumstances have changed?

    Concerning f1 visa, i failed because the officer was talking with a low voice, can i tell him to raise up his voice? Number 2 is if i work for my dady company as a supervisor can i convince the officer?

    • @ArgoSocial
      @ArgoSocial  2 года назад +2

      You should ask the officer to repeat themselves if you can’t hear them. It’s not a crime to not hear someone. If you can say it to a co-worker, you can say it to an officer.

    I was refused 3 times and every attempt my university was changed and in my 2nd attempt i told him that i change university because it is best in all aspect and in 3rd attempt i told them i change university because last time VO told me to change something so i change my university because it is better in business management program and skill as compared to previous one ( he ask 2 time question whats change and he also told me its not about university change your circumstances). Now i am again change university to my 2nd attempt university.
    My question is if he ask what change this time. Is it important to tell them about change of university (maybe Vo put note about changing universities) or its not important to tell them about change of university and just tell them what i not told last time which will bolster my case?

    Hello Sir
    I had 3 been issued 3 consecutive visas before however the last one we had a group of 3 and our visa was refused.
    may I know was it because the officer was not satisfied with the one of the group applicants?
    if yes why would he issue visa to the other 2 applicants?

    • @ArgoSocial

      I don’t know why they refused you and not the other applicants. But yes, applying with others means that you will be compared to them during your interview.

    Can you do one regarding petty larceny expunged non immigrant and will it affect visa renewal for said applicant who is now married from last application full time university graduate with a scholarship. Will we face a problem or that petty larceny falls under the exception act in either 214b or 221g?

    • @ArgoSocial
      @ArgoSocial  2 года назад

      Yes, it will have an effect, even if it was expunged. Even if the crime doesn’t rise to the level of a crime involving moral turpitude, it will still affect the visa officer’s assessment of overcoming 214b. We can help you with this.
