its humiliating what they do , they can keep their F visas , I've been in USA before it's not worth the time and humiliation they give when you go for the interview, even if you do everything right you still get denied , if they think they doing such a good job, Why are there still immigrants living in usa

Thank you Argo Visa for this wonderful video. It was very educational, an eye-opener, and helpful. I watched this 4 days before my interview and after almost 2 months, I'm back here to say that my F1 visa was approved and issued in China after being denied on 2 different occasions. My application went through 5 weeks and 3 days of administrative processing before it was finally issued. I arrived in the US just two days ago. Thank you🙂

@@claudiustormu1441 Hi! I went to the embassy in Shenyang because of the COVID situation in Shanghai. They mainly asked about my academic background and how/why it led me to choose the school/program. Just get your facts right and most importantly be honest! For example, have you been denied before? (I was asked this question) If you have, answer truthfully and state the reason. Also, just like the video mentioned, make sure you tell your own story because that is unique to you and no one else. Let me know if you have any further questions. Good luck to you and let me know how it goes!

Hello Friend, I already filled out the visa application but having a hard time to make appointment for interview date. My question is which one do u select when you try to make appointment for visa? The following are the options.
    1. Passport services other than adding pages.
    2. Report the birth abroad of a child of a U.S. citizen and/or apply for the child's first passport.
    2. Request notarial and other services not listed above.
    Thank You in advance!🙏🏾

Hi sir. I currently work in Nigeria as a supply chain manager at my fathers manufacturing company. To expand my knowledge I am looking to pursue a masters in Supply chain management from the US. Post my studies I am open to two options , either joining back my fathers business in Nigeria, or I am looking to expand into a new manufacturing business (already know the field) in my home country India.
I wanted to know if being an Indian, I mention that I plan to return to the business in Nigeria, will this be a problem? My father is in Nigeria since 20 years and I have done most my school from there too. (I will be giving my visa interview for F1 in India for fall 2022)

I was refused to get b1 b2 visa by consular officers in 1.5 minutes Last friday eventhough I had all supporting documents, he didnt even give me a time to talk, as soon as the officer saw me he started to type on computer and later he gave me a paper and passport..,
eventhough applicant non eligible to get visa, usa consulate embassy officers should respect the applicant by speaking for atleast 10 minutes for collected non refundable visa fees..
They should talk to the applicant atleast for 160$ otherwise money should be refunded.
They must explain to the applicants why we refused.
Officers need not to be psychologist to find whether the applicant real or fake, they can read their mind by talking to them 5 to 10 mins..
Decision making in 2 to 3 mins results real people gets refusal and the fake people gets visa..

I was previously refused with F1 visa. I had applied for masters. VO has pointed that i had good grades but why didn't I apply for scholarship? The university I had applied didn't offers scholarship for my course rather university offers CPT(Curricular Practical Training) for the course which was clearly mentioned on I20.In addition, she said that COA was high. Was COA only reason for my visa denial? For now I am applying same university and same course. What change or strategy should I have for interview?

I applied for non immigrant visa to visit the US in 2008 but was denied. I have not gone back since. And now my daughter is studying in the states and she's a US citizen and I want to visit her. What chances do I have this time around?

The good thing is that if your daughter is a US citizen, she can petition a green card for you if you can't get a visa.

I had my b2 interview with my parents for my bros grad ceremony. Everything was asked abt my brother and only a question abt what I and my parents do. I’m pursuing my 4th yr bachelors and have job offers in hand. But since she asked what I’m doing I only mentioned btech. My parents visa got approved thankfully but mine was rejected. I think my only fault is not mentioning abt my job offer. How early can I apply again and get my visa approved? Is there any chance?

Please can you talk about dependant visas.

    • @ArgoSocial
      @ArgoSocial  3 месяца назад +1

Dependent visas are very personal depending on what type of visa the main applicant is on and their situation. It is important to know that the F-2 visa has the highest refusal rate of all visas. We recommend working with an Argo Officer to help you with this. You can book a consultation on our website at www.argovisa.com

If Uk Visa officer ask Name of agent or consultant in Interview. And Student disclose that Information. So that put a negative effect on visa Application or Decision ?

Hello. I am 38 female born in Romania with german passport and living and working for over 10 years in Switzerland. I work in a hotel, F&B department. I ve got a working contract for 18 months, trainee program, in Florida. I am waiting for the documents so I can apply for a J 1 Visa at the US embassy in Switzerland. I am a little bit concerned about the interview and get the visa. I do not have strong ties to my country Romania not even to Germany where my parents are living. I do feel more at home in Switzerland but how to prove that. I am thinking to open a business/ hotel, after coming back from my trainee program in US, having the necesary knowledge. The trainee is in room division department, divided in 3 phases.
I am divorced no kids and no relationship. How can I prove that I am coming back to Switzerland or what should I take care, be prepared for the interview? I want to have an exchange year in US since I was in school but my parents didnt allowed me and couldnt affoared it. After I got merried very early with 20 and my husband didnt allowed it. So now that I am divorced I want to havd this experience.
Thank you for your help and any kind of advise.
