Hi, I have to ask you something very important. I travelled to U.S. previously as a crew member for a cruise. I have an active C1D visa but while signing off, as i signed off in the US and as i was a new crew member. My passport is stamped as parolled (DT) by US border protection. Now I want to apply for an J1 visa to work in US in one of the hotel for cultural exchange training exposure. Will that stamp play any role in the decision. It's purely a process of the company, those are new and not already 5 years if they are signing off in US.
The DT parole stamp grants permission to enter, right? So that is a good thing. Shouldn’t hurt you for J1.
@@chaiandcoaching Thankyou! I was just worried. wasn't sure, it's a good thing or otherwise. Also there were so many threads on internet regarding the same but many mixed opinions, so there was no clarity.

Quick question: So i have my admit for universities like Iowa and Penn state, and i applied to two other safety schools which are not state level. I was thinking not to mention those. Wont it be concerning to the officer that Iowa State has a 90% acceptance rate and i still wasn't confident of getting accepted? What do you suggest?

Hey, I got an opportunity to attend the World Youth Festival,2024 in Russia in March as a delegate from my country. The uncle who is a US citizen is married to aunt who is now a citizen. Should I tell the VO as to why my parents aren’t sponsoring my education in the F1?
@@sonaliphilip5621 yes, you will want clearly explain why using your uncle and not parents
What would be the best answer to that in your opinion please

Hey, how'd your interview go?
Does paying part of my tuition deficit before my interview have a positive impact on my visa interview? Can i mention this to the VO?
Probably not a whole lot of impact

Hello, I am going to apply for extension f1 visa from Turkey. I might be eligible for a visa waiver. However, I have finished my collage in US and my ESL program as well. Then I got a job offer and wanted to expand my knowledge in the field. I am currently under STEM OPT and my STEM will expire in May 2025. I really missed home and want to visit and come back to US to finish my work until my STEM expires. I was wondering is this a big risk? I was told this is not an issue, I can get renew my visa but I am unsure. Please help me with my situation. Is it risky to not renew?
I’m not sure about that, sorry. Please get help from an immigration attorney or the experts at Argo Visa for guidance. 😃
Am going on August
