I haven’t felt rejection in my life. I felt like i'm nobody or my disability is an issue. I had a 3.5/4.0 GPA in my first MSC in Europe. I'm from Nigeria. I'm back in my country after my studies. Got a job as a HRM in an hospital and I fell in love with the healthcare sector and there are lot of opportunities. Because it's evolving . So i decided to pursue another MBA in healthcare management . But this lady was so cold, despite being a stutter I tried to explained myself and she allowed me finished talking. I felt she enjoyed seeing being foolish when other people watched me. She passed me the 214(b). In tears I said is it because of disability she went muted and couldn’t say anything .

Hi! I'm a foreign widow of a US citizen. What will the visa officer expect to hear from me at the IW1 visa interview to be convinced to issue me the immigrant visa?
Here’s my question Ben, I was refused an f1 visa some 6 months ago, now am about to reappear again because my job depend on getting a degree at least to remain in my present position at work. I never had the opportunity to have a formal degree, due to the fact that I lost my both parents in an accident while still in the high school, but since I already know what I wanted to do and there was no support for university education, I enrolled myself in a vocational training and I earned a diploma in computer engineering and networking, and I have been on that path for almost two decades, and successful too. Upon arriving for my f1 interview, I was asked by the VO; “apart from my high school, any other formal education?” And the next thing I saw was a refusal. How should I approach the next interview? I also have multiple certifications in IT, I have my wife and three kids, and some landed properties I have acquired over the years. Thanks

Nothing gang related very colorful(flowers, stars etc) . I did get the waiver approved. However, a part of me is still a little worried because my life basically depends on this interview. I’ve been married for six years. Also, I was married before I applied for divorce because my ex-husband was a piece of shit and he cheated on me and treated horrible. I wanted nothing to do with him. I didn’t even want the damn green card. However, we did a start a process back when I was married to my ex-husband, but as soon as I left him. The process was over. Can you please, help me do you think this will be bad for me also, the dui & retail theft were misdemeanors. I have my interview in less than a week. I’m hoping and pray this will affect me and everything would go smoothly. Please help thank you.

Hello, I enjoy your program a lot I do really appreciate it. I am chatting from Nigeria,i was denied a Tourist visa yesterday. My question is what could had gone wrong? The interviewer didn't ask me much just 3 questions about where I was going, if I had been to the US before and my job. Is it because I am a first timer?
Great video Ben! I hold a valid B1/B2 visa issued in my Indian passport. I recently received citizenship of St Kitts. As India doesn't allow dual citizenship, I had to surrender my Indian passport. I applied for renewal of B1/B2 US visa in my new St Kitts passport using the dropbox, but received a 221g asking me to appear for an interview at the consulate. Is this normal in the case of change of nationality? Thanks!
I want to marry my boyfriend from Pakistan. He wants me to sponser him then we will marry here, I still need to earn enough money to support him.he wants to help his family as well who is back home. So what visa is best? What video can I send him so he can study for the interview,
Hi, I have seen almost all of your informative videos. Thnx . I was approved for the family immigrant visa interview at Islamabad US Embassy. consular congratulated me & said within 10 days I will get my passport. Also gave me a paper, which said same like Congrats.... After 15 days I got e mail that my visa is refúsed under 221 g & asked for some (like 15 yrs job, 15 yrs travel, social media.. etc,) info which I sent them the next day. Confusion is first congrats...after 15 says refusal. Kindly comment
Hello Ben, I would like to visit USA to meet my friend & also for tourism purposes but I have altogether a blank passport, as no travel history. Kindly suggest whether i should apply or not for tourist visa, as i don't want to get a refusal on my blank passport that too from USA.
Hi Ben, I am going for my H2A visa interview on Wednesday 5 October. My visa was denied because of a DUI last year. Court case and fine has been paidn, medical has been done. My question is what do I answer the consular if he asked me about the DUI?

Hello. I am 38 female born in Romania with german passport and living and working for over 10 years in Switzerland. I work in a hotel, F&B department. I ve got a working contract for 18 months, trainee program, in Florida. I am waiting for the documents so I can apply for a J 1 Visa at the US embassy in Switzerland. I am a little bit concerned about the interview and get the visa. I do not have strong ties to my country Romania not even to Germany where my parents are living. I do feel more at home in Switzerland but how to prove that. I am thinking to open a business/ hotel, after coming back from my trainee program in US, having the necesary knowledge. The trainee is in room division department, divided in 3 phases. I am divorced no kids and no relationship. How can I prove that I am coming back to Switzerland or what should I take care, be prepared for the interview? I want to have an exchange year in US since I was in school but my parents didnt allowed me and couldnt affoared it. After I got merried very early with 20 and my husband didnt allowed it. So now that I am divorced I want to havd this experience. Thank you for your help and any kind of advise.
Hi I’ve got a visa interview on the 10th March but can’t get a medical done till the 16th March I’ve have been try to reschedule my appointment but it’s been impossible to do this. Should I go to the the interview and explain the Situation and tell them I have a medical a week later? My visa is a F3.
I had a typo in my ds 160.... Instead of Ohio state university i wrote Ohio states university.... Will this be a big issue during the interview and how should i go about it?
Sorry I missed the live session. The embassies in India currently have endless wait times. What is your advice for resident indians with USCIS approved individual work petitions. What are the chances of receiving a successful non- immigrant visa stamp on an Indian passport at embassies in Frankfurt or Osaka or Singapore. These embassies have very little appointment wait times. What if my passport goes for 221g and am stuck in foreign shore without mv Indian passport.. thank you.
If you are purposely going there for a visa interview, I will not advise unless you have some other good reason for being in those countries like having ties there like family or business, then you are good. Otherwise they will think that you are visa-shopping
Hey, my best friend visa was denied, she is a business owner, works for a stable company (almost 7 years), recently got a master, she has traveled before to other countries… do you know what would be the reason? She was denied once before when she was younger and did not have a good income, any idea? We want to go on vacations together.
my f1 visa was refused under section 214 b of the us immigration and nationality act know know i shedule another appointment any tips for my second interview
If you get a 221g at the interview this is a IR1 and you take all the documents to the drop box and it goes to administrative process and 2 weeks later they are returning the documents back to you what does this mean?
Hello, my appointment is on March 7 that's on Monday for B2 visa for me and my wife. The purpose of the trip is for our honeymoon but we got married on January 15 due the no appointment schedule at that particular point of time this is why we want to travel now to the US for our honeymoon and also to answer to the invitation of my uncle in law who sent us an invitation. Please is this purpose to travel to the US strong enough for the visa officer to proceed with our case?
@@mayafabrics2788 We didn't get our VISA sir, duty officer said we didn't have enough money to cover our travels and she gave us form 214b😢😢. 1Q, what are you traveling for? I said we were going on honeymoon and visiting my stepfather. 2Q, are you married? Yes Madam. She then said to my wife, do you know you can live in the United States because your father is there, right? My wife said yes and said to the officer please i don't speak english can you speak french? The officer then posed the question again in French and my wife replied, it is not my father that we are going to visit but my uncle, it is my mother's eldest brother who is like the head of our family. The officer says OK, then backs up what she's already written on her disk. She also asked me if I had traveled before? I said yes, I have traveled to my European countries and South Africa and China. She didn't even look at our documents, she just took the DS 160 and judged us. Unfortunately for us.
Hi sir , Hope you’re doing good . I am a Liberian but currently studying in China 🇨🇳and I got admitted to a uni in the United States of America. Please sir , I would like to ask few questions. My questions are ; 1. Does staying in a “ third country “ have negative effects on your chances of getting an F1 visa ? Is it advisable to apply for visa 4months before my program start date ?
hello, I'm from Ethiopia I have booked my F2 visa interview for me and my 2 daughters in Dubai ? since the US embassy was closed due to instability in the country.is there less chance of acceptance? what shall I do to get accepted? what questions should I expect? did i have to take my 3yr and 2 yr babies with me for the interview? can I change my interview country after paying fees and submitting a DS 160?
Hello I am khan Yesterday I got 1-20 from university by the name of Lincoln university. I live in istanbul and the classes are starting in 13th of June so when should I start my visa process??
Hi. I had given my f2 visa interview on 1st march from nepal and i was denied. I knew i have some weakness during filling up the ds-160 form. Honestly i didnot know what are the facts that i have to included while filling ds-160 form so i depend on that guy who fill my form. Finally i realise i have to change lost of data in ds-160 form. So i want to know does our prevoius ds-160 form's data will effect the data i am going to fillup now. For example in my previous ds-160 i fill up intended length to stay as 4 years but i want to go us for 3 months. I thought us visa officer will give me visa for 3 months if i mention only 3 month and i will have to fillup form for next time too to vist her. Finally before interview i realise i should have to fillup the intended length of stay of 3 months. So to cover the mistake of 4 years i tell them i want to join my masters degree. Due my wife's expenses they might have denied me. Does this have effect on my second ds-160 form.
I don’t see nothing wrong someone being nervous going for an interview, it doesn’t means the person is not genuine or not credible, is human nature, even going for a employment interview you sometimes feel nervous, because by nature humans don’t like disappointments or when they get denied for something, if you are going to judge people base on their body language or because they are nervous or because they don’t have eyes contacts with the interview officer than you will be wrong, you might deny someone who is legit and genuine for the visa. Even you the officer conducting this interview you are not God you are not angel, how can you just judge everyone base on their appearance, or their body language? You could be in their shoes going for interview for a visa or employment and also feel the same. Sometimes this visa officers act like their decision is final, I can say for a fact there are applicants, who visa officers granted them visas and they are not credible or genuine for the visa and they have also refused some applicants visas who are genuine. You can’t not get it all right to grant someone a visa, that’s why most other countries embassy now normally base on documentation, they verify and authenticate all the documents you submit and when you meet all the requirements you have submitted they make decisions to grant the visa or not to grant the visa. But the US visa interview is like lotteries, if the visa officer don’t even like you he or she can just refused you visa application no matter what you provide to him or her or even you talk nice and convince them, they can still refused you. Getting US visa is lucky. I know someone with major ties where he lives , owns business, have houses 🏠 , married with kids, good financial background, no any criminal records, but they denied him US visa. And I know someone who is student, no employment, but got visa to travel to america for holidays. So to me I think sometimes is also base on luck, and depends who you meet at the counter, sometimes also there is discriminations. We are living in unfair world. There nothing like equality. Is all just lips talks. This causing many illegal immigrants around the world. Other nations can just use their passport but flight ticket and travel, but if you from certain countries you can’t you need scrutiny just to travel to another country. There are poor people in every country not only 3rd world countries. We living in a biased world. No truth and no justices not equality.
I love your videos. I've learnt a lot from your information and eventually my visa got approved. Thanks a ton.
Congratulations
good job

Hello Ben,first of all i thank you very much, for your advise,i am a 58 year old man,i have applied for B1B2 visa for three times, but i was denied, but after listening to your advices,i relised that i was at fault, because i use to give short snswers, and slso i do not look at eye of the Councilor officers, but i have applied for the forth time,my worries are,i did not apply for myself,i paid someone to do it for me,but after applying,i read the question ,and answer form,i didcover that, the person that i pay to apply for,has answer some of the question on her own, which is not correct atall, because she said no,to maney plases, and she had asked me i would have said yes,snd when i ask her to change them, she said that is late, because the Councilor have recieved it already,so what is your advise on that,i cannot lie, should i explain to the Councilor, exactly what happend or what.

How long does the interview take?Besides, I have a valid B1/B2 tourist visa which will expire after 2 months of the interview. I have not used the B1/B2 visa this time, though I have been traveling to the US as tourist since 1989.

Hey, ben! Thank u so much for the wonderful video. So my question is I have been denied a visa on jan and am planning to apply again for summer program with totally new university and ofc with a good scholarship offer but I changed my major in this one. Will that lead me to denial.
Changing a major doesn't lead to denial.

US Embassy in Singapore is small or big?
Great video Ben! I hold a valid B1/B2 visa issued in my Indian passport. I recently received citizenship of St Kitts. As India doesn't allow dual citizenship, I had to surrender my Indian passport. I applied for renewal of B1/B2 US visa in my new St Kitts passport using the dropbox, but received a 221g asking me to appear for an interview at the consulate. Is this normal in the case of change of nationality? Thanks!
I want to get B1/ B2 visa what questions do they ask please.

That's a DS-5535 check, it can take many months to complete, and there's no way to speed it up.
28 July my interview date please give me some advice sir my family give me last chance for proof my self

My visa is a F3.
Hi! We can help you prepare for your visa interview, you can present the medical results after the visa interview.
I had a typo in my ds 160.... Instead of Ohio state university i wrote Ohio states university.... Will this be a big issue during the interview and how should i go about it?
That doesn’t matter
Sorry I missed the live session. The embassies in India currently have endless wait times. What is your advice for resident indians with USCIS approved individual work
petitions. What are the chances of receiving a successful non- immigrant visa stamp on an Indian passport at
embassies in Frankfurt or Osaka or Singapore. These embassies have very little appointment wait times.
What if my passport goes for 221g and am stuck in foreign shore without mv Indian passport.. thank you.
It's always better to apply in your own country rather than as a third country national.
If you are purposely going there for a visa interview, I will not advise unless you have some other good reason for being in those countries like having ties there like family or business, then you are good. Otherwise they will think that you are visa-shopping
Please pleaseee help me how should I get informed of your live programs in RUclips😔🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Is it possible to determine how many immigrant visa interviews are pending at the Mumbai consulate?
No, it's not possible.
Hey, my best friend visa was denied, she is a business owner, works for a stable company (almost 7 years), recently got a master, she has traveled before to other countries… do you know what would be the reason? She was denied once before when she was younger and did not have a good income, any idea? We want to go on vacations together.
Tell her to contact us to schedule a consultation.
my f1 visa was refused under section 214 b of the us immigration and nationality act know know i shedule another appointment any tips for my second interview
Good luck!
If you get a 221g at the interview this is a IR1 and you take all the documents to the drop box and it goes to administrative process and 2 weeks later they are returning the documents back to you what does this mean?
Not enough information to know. You already attended your interview, so you don’t have any way to further influence their decision.
you could check your visa status on the website to see if it’s issued or not
Hello, my appointment is on March 7 that's on Monday for B2 visa for me and my wife.
Did you get it?

If My mom traveled with visiting visa but didn't come back would it affect me traveling as a student
It's possible. It depends on the entire context.
