    Sir I have been struggling with a problem for a long time and can't find any solution. The problem is. In 2021 I took B1-B2 visa category interview apartment in June 2024. When interview apartment date for me and my wife. We had no children then. Alhamdulillah I am now a father of a boy who is only four months old. Now the problem is with my son. Now he also needs an interview apartment date with us. Or our interview will be my son's apartment date. With this in mind I have not yet filled the Ds-160 form. Sir, what should I do now?

    Hey, I wanted to ask about your travel history. Since you already had a visa, was it suppose to go through the procedure to get a B1/2 interview waiver and submit your documents in the dropbox? Was it necessary for you to attend an interview?

    • @SiddharthaJoshiFilms
      @SiddharthaJoshiFilms  7 месяцев назад +1

      Yes it was necessary as my visa was quite old and had long expired. Usually you have to apply within a certain window (six months?) after your visa expires to submit the documents via the dropbox.

    • @SiddharthaJoshiFilms
      @SiddharthaJoshiFilms  2 месяца назад +1

      You are right - a physical copy of the photo wasn’t required at all. It’s something the travel agent told me to get and just like the rest of the documents, they didn’t ask me for it.

      I do think you have an excellent chance of getting the visa. Since your trip is all sponsored, and I’m guessing you have a letter for that, it should be ok. Most likely you’ll be asked about your income right now so be prepared to answer that. Be confident and give them no reason to think that you won’t come back after that conference. All the best 👍

    However, there’s one point that prompted me to leave a comment. Like you, many individuals face long wait times for their interview scheduling. I wanted to share that we can assist those seeking a U.S. B1/B2 visa, with appointments available within one to two months.
