Im confused with the uscis account number that is not the A- number? And What’s the easiest way to upload documents, by computer, by phone? I’m not much of a technology savvy.

Great video thanks! For a spouse that has a 2 year grean card through marriage from a US citizen, do they need to be still married to the citizen spouse in order to have the n400 approved?

Hi Inday! Did you get your driver's license after you received your 10 year greencard? I am planning to get the driver's license here in NJ but my greencard is about to expire this month. Even I have my extension notice for my greencard I am thinking which is the best thing to do. Should I wait for the 10 year greencard first or should I get one now? Please give me an advice. Hello sis..For driver's license if you have a driver's permit already they wont ask for your GC anymore..

A question for you, pleas :) I am not sure what to do exactly. I am still legally married but separated. I have filed the vawa case agains my husband and got the green card years ago. So the reason to file N-400 is the approved vawa case. However, since I am still married I need to include his info on the applications. But I don’t know his current address and frankly I have no idea where he is and what he does. Not sure how to proceed with the N-400 application. Please advise if there are specific way to proceed it? I will be very happy to get some clarity 🙏🏻
I have a question on the form. The question is are you male who lived in the US at any time between the age of 18-26 , my answer is yes then the next questions why I did not register for selective services how do I answer this and then it wants me to submit a status letter ? On lawful permanent resident question, how do we answer if currently on conditional green card (expired card but with extension letter) and still waiting on the application results to remove condition? Been here for 5 years.. Which two years is adjustment status and three years with conditional green card status?

Im not sure. If you file online it will ask you for 5 years and it will highlight in red if you only put less than 5 years.

I received my 10 year Green Card a few months ago. Can I apply for citizenship now since I’ve been married to my husband for 3+ years? Or do I have to wait until I was a permanent resident for 3 years?
3 years as a permanent resident. But you can apply within 90 days early before your 3rd year comes.
HI Inday, In the part that asks if your husband was married before, do I have to put his last marriage or all of them he has had? and what happened if I do not know the day his ex wife was born. Thanks for your help.
Im not sure really.. if there's an option to add more then it's better to put all of them. If not then only the last marriage. Maybe you can ask your husband for the date of birth

It may be possible some applicants did file N-400 as soon as they're eligible while waiting for they're 10 year gc.

To apply for N-400, but yes you have to provide all the information for the last 5 years in and out side of the US

Yes you can use that with your expired greencard.

I have a question. My wife got her green card on 12/29/19. I know we can apply for her green card 90 days before her 3 years anniversary of her green card. Yes if she got her greencard thru marriage with a US citizen.
Do the accept foreign marriage certificate for the filling after you have lived in US with your spouse for more than 3 years.?
Or Do we need to convert/register foreign marriage certificate in US court system before filling N-400 applications?
I think marriages that are contracted abroad are recognized here in the US as long as it is legal and where it performed.

Hello Inday, I was watching your vlog as you fill up your application for N400 online. I noticed that you the name you wrote for legal name was your name when you were still single . Loray Magbanua Dela Cruz. Is that the name you used for your greencard ? You did not use your husband’s last name ?

For children below 18 you can include them on your form. There is a part where you have to write down your kids name. They will become US citizens when you become a naturalized citizen

Yep any evidence like joint bank account, joint utility bills as long as it shows that you are living together or pictures

I followed your steps for I-751 and I didn't receive yet my green card but I think that everything was perfect, it's more then 8 month already everybody saying they are delaying a lot lately. My question is: Can I start N-400 before that arrived? It's more than 3 years from my first green card
