could you please answer this question for me because i am very very confused about it

When filling out the N-400 application, I answered "No" to "Have you EVER committed, agreed to commit, asked someone else to commit, helped commit, or tried to commit a crime or offense for which you were NOT arrested?" and "Yes" to "Have you EVER been arrested, cited, detained, or confined by any law enforcement officer, military official (in the U.S. or elsewhere), or immigration official for any reason, or been charged with a crime or offense, or notified that you were being investigated for a crime?", then I entered citation in "Crimes and offenses Table "
When I go to the next question 16 "If you received a suspended sentence, were placed on probation, or were paroled, have you completed your suspended sentence, probation, or parole?" What should I answer here? "Yes" or "No"?

@@KseniyaInternational thank you so much for your help -Is it okay for USCIS to leave question 16 blank? This is because, if I answer either yes or no, the question does not apply to me. This is very confusing because I read all the N-400 instructions, and they never mentioned that if the question is not applicable, we should leave it blank or skip it. They only mentioned that if a question is not applicable, we can state that. However, this question is a yes or no question, and in my case, it was only a speeding ticket, a normal traffic violation. Therefore, the question is not applicable to me. For this reason, I am still confused because previously, this question was divided into two separate questions in the old version of the N-400 form.

Technically PR does not count as foreign travel but I’m not 100% and you won’t be penalized for including it on the application

Hi Kseniya I have a question that might have an answer for.🤞🏾 My daughter who is now 16 got her green card when I received mine. Do I have to fill out a naturalization form for her as well?

When you become a citizen on the day of your naturalization as long as she’s still under 18, she’ll automatically become a citizen. You’d only need to fill out N-600 at that point
