    Hi Kseniya, thanks so much for your awesome and very helpful videos. I would really appreciate it if you could make a video about form I-864 affidavit of support, more specifically about if USCIS denies cases because the petitioning sponsor didn’t file 3 years of taxes if he was required. Would they accept if the petitioning sponsor filed say 2 including the last one which is the one you need to send proof of with his w-2, specially if the beneficiary has a co sponsor that filed all 3 years. It’s not clear on the instructions of I-864 if they would accept the form if for example the petitioning sponsor says in the application that he filed the 2 most recent years. I wish they would make it clear that they wouldn’t accept I-864 if all 3 years weren’t filed. My son doesn’t make enough money to sponsor my husband anyway and we had already sent an I-864 for the co sponsor with his last 3 years of taxes plus his w-2’s for each of those years. We got an RFE and we’re debating if we should wait until our son can get his 2021 w-2 so can file that year and wait until the IRS process it but that will take some time since the Navy only starts accepting w-2 requests after February 12, after that it takes I believe 7 business days to get it and then he has to file it and wait for the IRS to process it or re send both forms for each of them with the last year of taxes and w-2’s and hope the person processing the case doesn’t deny it? We aren’t sure what’s the best option. The RFE letter wasn’t specific at all about what they thought we were missing or if we filled out the form the wrong way. The co sponsor makes double what’s required so we’re confused 😕

I received two notices for biometrics schedule which has the same place and time. it's stated that I should be bringing "all notices". however do I have to complete the "applicant's information worksheet" on all notices I have received? any feedback would be appreciated. thank you so much

    Hello, just a quick question: For filling out forms in general, for sections that are not applicable, do I need to put "N/A" in all these spots, or can I just leave them blank?

    • @sassystulla

      Put “N/A” to be on the safe side, just so USCIS knows for sure that you saw the question and didn’t skip over it.

    Something that happened to me and a lot of people don’t seem to talk about is the fact that my receipt numbers do not start with IOE, which means they are not digitally processed, instead paper-based and I do not get any access codes and have no access to the document tabs, like many do. I am only able to check progress with my receipt numbers, which we all know just give limited updates.
    I think it’s worth bringing it up because I spent days trying to figure it out, calling USCIS and frustrated I never received the codes, when in fact I am not supposed to receive them at all. It could have saved me a lot of anxiety and headaches if this information had been more available.

    • @KseniyaInternational

      I filed all my forms by paper and was able to manually add them to my USCIS account and track them normally

      @gabbyzafalon2701 5 месяцев назад

      @@KseniyaInternational correct. But it is not about sending it all via mail. It is actually based on what they decide to either digitalize the forms or not. IOE is digitalized and all the others are not.

    • @KseniyaInternational
      @KseniyaInternational  5 месяцев назад

      @@gabbyzafalon2701 I’m not sure that’s necessarily true. None of my forms had IOE either. I’m sure there’s a way to add your case to the USCIS account to track it

      @gabbyzafalon2701 5 месяцев назад

      @@KseniyaInternational yes, I was able to add them with the receipt number but no access code. And I was told I will not receive one and if any RFE I will only get via mail and will not be able to upload anything online.
      I am able to see my progress there, no details but things like Fee received, form received. Not even my biometrics shows there. I was surprised about it when I got the letter.
      I also have no access to documents tab.
