Hi, Kseniya! I’m confused, I just want to know what happens after you receive the letter that your case was approved. I looked for the information but I’m still confused, I only found what you have to do in a consular process 😐help! please. Thanks 😊
You guys are awesome. I got approved today in interview today. Marriage case. May 10- file received by USCIS June 20- work permit approved Nov 14- interview scheduled. Dec 13- appeared for interview and officer asked 2 or 3 basic questions and approved. Once again, thanks a lot. We prepared our case on our own with your help and some other RUclipsrs as well.
We just came back from my interview today in Chicago and we followed all the recommendations here. I got approved right there! In our case the officer just went ahead with the questionaire and we updated some info like address, added newer tax returns and so. After that he said all looks good and that I'm approved. Thank you so much Kseniya for all the help throughout the process. It was incredibly helpful and valuable. We are super grateful.
Am in Massachusetts, and I when to my interview yesterday the 12th of may 2022, my husband goes in first, then he called me in after and asked me the same question he asked my husband.,my children names, there date of birth, my name, address, phone numbers what kind of washing machine and dryer if they're joined, who does the cooking, what we eat last night, what kind of car my husband have and how many cars, how many rooms and bathroom, who does the cooking, what kind of movie's we watched together, what we does for the holidays, if we have anything joined together, and he asked for pictures so we show them what we bring and some off the phone. He said we receive a online email and letter so am still waiting.
Thanks to your super informative channel I did everything correctly and got waived from interview and have gotten my ssn and green card in the mail ❤🥰🫂.. you've been such a great help to me and others here that's still going through the process. Again thank you so much and stay bless 😇🙏🏼
Thank you for this video. Highly appreciated. However, you didn't tell us what your answer was when the officer asked "if you knew what the next step."
Thank you so much for all the helpful info! Did you have to bring the passport to the interview? I ask because mine expires in July and I don’t know whether I should apply for one now while I’m waiting or wait till I hear about the interview date.
Congrats!! Happy for you. Your videos were very helpful, I did applied using them, Application got accepted 3 weeks ago. BTW how long did it take to get EAD?
Hey there! Your videos have helped my wife and I through the whoke process so I thank you! Just one question some website say you need a copy of your whole green card application packet and some don't. Do you need it? And if so, how do I get a copy of all my packet documents if it is sent to uscis? I already recieved the update that they have scheduled my interview already what do I do?
Hi Kseniya! First off thank you so much for all of your videos they are truly a lifesaver. I have such a different situation that I am wondering about with my husband and I and I keep seeing conflicting information. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in Vietnam and had to return to the US to seek treatment. My husband then followed me here but only on a B2 visa, because that was the fastest way we could get him here. I've heard conflicting information about this, as I've heard it's really hard to get this type of visa approved for Adjustment of Status. Knowing full well our circumstances, the uscis did approve him coming here but I'm wondering if you might know of anything about this particular circumstance. Cheers and thank you!
Hello, firstly sorry about your situation I hope you’re recovering well. Secondly, I’m not sure I understand your question. So was your husband approved for a green card or no?
Congrats! Thank you for all your videos! I have a question about the documents you brought. Did you bring copies of the forms you submitted? Thanks again.
Hello, I brought the originals with me and also made an additional copy in case they wanted it for the file. However, they did not want any copies of original documents. They did take additional copies of additional financial and bonafide evidence that accumulated between we submitted the file and the green card interview.
Hi Kseniya! I have a question about submitting bank statements and bill statements. Do we have to submit statements from when we got married or just 2-3 month statements?
I applied in February 2021 concurrently for adjustment of status and I received notice that they took the fees . Waiting for biometric appointment . I was wondering estimate time to get 10 year green card I live in Madison Wisconsin.
Can you make a video for a single applicant please? All videos are just focusing on married applicants as if only married applicants are granted interviews for green card opportunities.
Dear Kseniya, thank you so much for your videos, very helpful! I have a question regarding an interview: should I ask my parents to send me the original birth certificate from the country of my citizenship or it's not nessesary? Do you have any advise or it's better to ask the lawyer?
@@KseniyaInternational Did they ask you most of those long list of Yes/No questions in Part 8? If not, which ones did they ask and which ones are the most important ones in your opinion?

Hi Kseniya! I'd like to know if you got your green card with your single name? or with your married name? Because I got mine with my single name although they had my marriage certificate. Do you know if I missed something?
Hey, I did not include my form I-693 ( Medical Examination ) together with my 1-485, so do I just wait until I get my letter for my interview in order to have the exam done? Did your interview notice ask for your medical exam? When will u be doing the video on the medical exam portion. Thanks for your help.
AOS, F1 visa. I’m the beneficiary and my husband who is an American citizen sponsors me. Do you know if I need to bring my original birth certificate? I’m asking because my original birth certificate is currently in my home country. I only have the copy translated birth certificate that I submitted when I filed the application.
