- We recently recorded a mock green card interview for you. The video was made at our recent firm retreat.
Our own Amany Hacking acted as the immigration officer and Jim & Adela served as the happily married couple.
We conducted a fake Stokes interview, which is when USCIS interviews the couple separately.

I have no idea why I am watching this. I'm German, live in Germany, wanna stay in Germany and I am married. But somehow this is super interesting to watch.

You'd be astonished but German authorities do pretty much the same for family based residency permits for spouses from non EU/non EEA/non "privileged" (US, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, South Africa, Singapore, UK, Brazil and some others) countries....
It's just organized in a decentralized way (each Landkreis (county) has its immigration office "Ausländerbehörde").
Maybe you are looking for second wife in Germany with a Green card from USA..
She's so intimidating, I would panic even cry

Me too, now I'm thinking maybe my husband wouldn't be ready. My husband is forgetful of dates. But he has a more calm nature than I do.
@Ana Rojas your ok. I forgot out wedding date and my husband corrected me infront of the officer. They was absolutely no problem.
I have to say it was a great video . I almost believed was real and think is a good example . I'm waiting for my interview and going to share this with my husband because he doesn't take that interview much serious , he think is more nice but definitely you have to be ready for that day!

I was watching and the whole staff seems real, the only thing off they forgot to do is ask more about the supposed ex-boyfriend, immigration officers would have ask for more information.
