Our i-130 petition got approved by the USCIS so right now we are on our affidavit of support. My wife was in Africa for 10 months and she didn’t end filing her 2021. So her daughter agreed to be the household member to sponsor the applicant but her daughter is married and she files her tax jointly with her husband. So my question is should the household member and the husband(whom she files tax jointly with) both fill out the I-864A form???

I found this online about money order "In the Memo or Payment For Section write “USCIS I-765” and your “SEVIS number, found in the in the upper left-hand corner of your I-20. Do not sign the back of the money order." So will I leave the money order's back side unsigned? I am confused
If i want to apply form i130 online by us credit card does I still need to fill form G1450 first? And if it’s yes how to do it please because i really didn’t know how to pay online and I tried many times but they didn’t accept my credit card and in every time they’re saying my payment failed because my credit or debit card was declined so I’m really confused I really don’t know why and where’s the problem

First thank you for your straightforwards videos! its really helping me. 2nd i have a question, if you are filing an adjustment of status and have already filed i 130 online and already paid the 500 dollar with ur debit card.. you still need to file i-485 through mail and send 1225 dollars seperately..so the combines will be around 1800 dollars?? .. ( reason im asking was that i though u are only paying one of these fees and not both) thank you very much
If you already paid $535 for online you don’t have to pay it again, only for I-485

Hello, You say that different payments cannot be combined for different forms. The i-485 form is $1225, which includes the $85 fee for biometrics. I'm assuming that this entire fee is for the same form (is that correct)? I also have another question. If I have done biometrics previously for an i-539 (extension of visitor visa), do I still need to apply (and pay for the biometrics again)? Just want to clarify.

Immigrant visa fee and green card fee are different fees, one you pay before filling out DS260 and the other you pay after approval

Hello, the general fee is $1140 plus biometrics so total is 1225. But it can also depend on your age and derivative status. You can double check using the USCIS fee calculator tool

I did the exact same thing. Uscis will return your documents in a few weeks with a green slip saying the payment is wrong or incorrect. And you will have to resent them with the correct amount.?

Hello, you cannot mix and match payment options. You may be able to obtain another Cashiers check with the remaining balance.

You should submit an e-service request to say that you never received the notice. 4 months is way too long

Always pay with a check. G1450 form in itself is fine, but the credit card companies LOVE to flag random transactions as fraud, denying the whole thing and causing lengthy delays.
How about someone who is filling concurrently and did the I-130 online ? And the I485 by mail . Do you pay for the i30 when you submit online or send let’s say a check or money order for both the 130 and 1485 when you’re sending your packets ?
