Those of you filing from abroad, these are the best ways to pay:
1- Ask a relative or friend in the US to purchase a money order for the exact amount you need. Mail the money order to you, fill it out, and include in your petition . This is the best way, currently.
2- Pay by card using an international multicurrency account like Payoneer or Wise. The Payoneer card was tested by a viewer and it worked. Wise should also work. Both are linked to american account numbers. Use my referral link to get a fee-free transfer of up to £ 500

Hi oscar, great videos, learnt alot from you 👍
1 question, is the fee of 2805$ in premium processing seperate to the fee of i-140 + assylum 1015$ or is it including them?
In simple terms if i choose premium processing then do i have to pay just 2805$ or 2805 + 1015 = 3820$ ????
And if they are separate, then do i have to fill 3 credit card forms? With 3 seperate payments?
Please provide a quick answer, i am very confused in this.

    • @OscarsGreenCard

No payment information goes in that form. In any case you would need to fill out G-1450. In my course I provided detailed info on this and other topics payhip.com/b/gfuRU

Hello is it enough to send photo/photocopy of the Check with pettition letter

It looks like USCIS accepts a credit card if it is issued by a U.S. bank only. With a Form G-1450.

Hi Vikas! We don´t provide recommendations on lawyers. We made a video recently about popular lawyers for EB2 NIW and some of them also work in EB-1A. But again, not a recommendation! ruclips.net/video/zVNPOArGuVE/видео.htmlsi=rx07dBRPToOpAyS8

I still don't fully understand, but you should stick to the rules and write what the Instructions say on the check, and not have USCIS written on it@@solomonmingle8716

hi Oscar, Greetings to you. you did a splendid job for the EB visa seekers. as there is an option in USCIS, cashier’s check, why do not we
    use it?
I am from outside USA, can I enclose cashier’s check along with i-140 petition ?

i contacted a consultant in Pakistan and told him ia m Medical Doctor with master in public health and 14 years of work experiance in public health (Epidemiologist/ they do not need any license to practice). He said right away zero chances for Epidemiologist you should try Australia or Canada its easier.
I am kind of discouraged by his remarks. any guidance
