My wife and i applied in 2022 and we didnt have an interview and we just received the socail and green card. But i also called my congressman because it was taking long time. They also cancelled a request for additional information. Very oddd

Hello Kseniya! I got my 2-year green card without an interview. Will I still have to go for an interview to remove the condition for my GC? Or I just have to submit the necessary documents required to remove the condition?
Usually they invite for an interview for removal of conditions

Hi. We applied for the I-130 July 3, 2023 with my wife living in Thailand. We were given a date of 9 months for the USCIS To make a decision. In April it went back to 4 months and now today it's saying 9 months. Has this happen to anyone else and if so, Why / What is happening ?

Hello Kseniya. I am trying to adjust my status through marriage (husband is citizen) and I have a 7 yr old applying with me. Do I need to fill out forms i-485 and i-130 separately for my child and myself? We came as visitors B2 visa and overstayed. Thank you for all the info you provide 🙏❤
A U.S. citizen petitioner must file separate petitions for each of their immediate relatives including stepchildren

Hi! Thank you for your videos they help me a lot in this process! I have already done biometrics and responded to an RFE in November. Since then my 'estimated time until case decision' got down to 2 weeks, but recently went back up to 5 months and its stuck there. Is this normal? If I responded to my RFE in Nov when do you think I should expect my green card? Thank you for everything, your channel is extraordinary!

Hello, Kseniya, NVC approved received and approved all documents 4 months ago, but the IR1 interview for my wife at the US Consulate has not come yet, NVC says they try to set schedule interviews in the first 3 months but they tell me it also depends on the US Consulate abroad, what do you think, Thank you
It does depend on the country where the consulate is located. Some have to wait years. Even for immediate relative visas
Hello I got Section 221(G) letter at interview ( 22nd March ) because of my medical issue ( Sputum Test) but now on 15th May my medical is completed and they sent my reports to embassy so how much time embassy will take to revert back me for next further steps . Bcz right now I have left just 3 month within this time frame I need to travel

Hello, Kenya. The new fee is confusing on form I-765. It doesn't really specify if you are concurrently filing I-485, it just says "if you have a pending I-485 on or after april 1st"
So what is the fee?
Regular: 520?
Or because you are concurrently filing with I-485, 260??

if you filed I-485 before april 1, 2024 you could file I-485 concurrently with a I-765 and/or I-131 for one total filing fee so I-765/I-131 was essentially free to file but with the update of fees april 2024 you now have to pay separate fees for I-485, I-765, I-131 even if you are filing them all together at once

Hello ,I applied for 130 and 485 concurrently, in US here on April 18,2024 up to this time no receipt has bn received from USCIS....Only usps return green card that I've gotten..can u pls give answer for that?

You may still do it. Upon approval of your EAD, the notice will say that your travel doc is approved as well.

Yes you now must pay a full fee for I-131 and a reduced fee ($260) for I-765

Do I need to pay an additional fee for Form I-131 and I-765 if I send them together with the I-130 and I-485 ?
